I just got a storage unit here. And I dont usually write reviews on Google. But I just had to this time. Josh the manager was so sweet and made the process so easy. I was so stressed out with my move that day, it was so hot outside, my kid was crying and he was so sweet and patient. Honestly he made my day so much easier. The storage size he recommended was perfect. I would recommend this place 👌 5 stars

Rented here and it was great. Sam was so nice and always such pleasure to talk to. My storage was clean and ready when I moved in. It was just a great experience overall.

It has been awesome. The staff very helpful. The young man who helped me was funny and gave great service.

We had out storage unit broken into. My wife called the manager. He immediately argued with my wife that it was a Inside job. Today we showed up to empty our storage unit and found someone had tried to break into again. We will never recommend or use them again. Also the only cameras are at the gate.

Great prices and friendly service! The only thing I wish was different is the access hours. You cant get into your unit after 7pm. That makes things a bit difficult for me but other then that, its great!!

The CSR was very nice and explained how this rent works which is ideal since the others were charging alot more for the same amount of storage, we rented the 5×10 which is the perfect size! 5 🌟 Friendly, courteous and I was very pleased with everything!

Great place to store your belongings . it was a lot better when old manager was there Steven but he moved to different property .

Good location and nice office manager. Tight entrance off main but once in the gate, easy access to the unit.Very affordable and worth the price IMO

I thought I already wrote a review. But anyway the location is great and I have no problems. The manager is great he is friendly very helpful and I enjoy talking to him, the units are clean and bug free and thats a big plus I would definitely recommend this units to other people.

This was my first time ever renting a storage unit. The whole process was easy and stress free. The manager Steven was very kind and helpful. Facilities are clean and the security is good. The prices are affordable for how much space you get. For me personally the location is great because it is close to where Ill be living.

Steven and the lady (linda?) were so kind and funny! They were both professional and helpful. Steven definitely understands the importance of great customer experience. I went the first time just checking my options and, even though the gate hours are a bit shorter than I would have preferred, he was so helpful I ended up storing my stuff with them. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got the space I needed for the right price and not just getting a unit rented. The storage unit itself is clean and I feel like my things are secured and safe so I highly recommend using them!

Great place Linda was great she knew what size unit I needed I thought I needed a smaller unit and I was wrong she showed me a unit a little bigger and it was just right my stuff come right to the door with no room to spear. She was very kind even offered to help us with move in and gave us a few more hours to move in. Dont know the name of the guy in the office I believe he was the manager he was very rude to Linda in front of my wife and I thats my only complaint. highly recommend this facility.

This is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from the on site manager is very friendly and courteous and helpful I would not have stayed at the same storage complex for over 4 years if they didnt take care of there customers and talk to them by name its very friendly place . Thanks Steven for all your help for the past 4 years

Friendly staff. Can’t be the rates.I recently sold my house and needed a place to park my furniture until the new house is ready. Checked rates at quite a few different storage locations. Hands down the most affordable and no contract was required to get their best rate. Happy with my purchase.

The people here are super friendly! Got in for a great price thanks to my man in the front office. Fair prices, excellent coustomer service. Highly recommended.

I havent even been at this establishment for a month yet. The girl who works at the front desk is super nice and always a great help. She is the only reason that I gave an extra star instead of 1 star. The manager however went into my unit without permission, because I had left the lock on the wrong side of the door because the flood lights outside did not work. So he took it upon himself to go in and take out my light bulb and ripped the string off so I cannot put in a new light bulb. So now I cannot go in there at night and put anything in my storage or get anything out of my storage. And the only reason Im staying another month is because I had a free month from a referral, because I will slowly be transferring out of the storage unit into another storage unit where I can trust the manager. Upon calling the owner he told me he would find out what was going on and get back to me. I have never heard back from the owner, or the manager! Except the day he called me 4x to tell me that I needed to come in turn off my light or he was going to charge me $35 for electric. Even though it clearly states in their flyer lights are available in some units, mine being one of them. Im going to investigate the further legalities behind entering my unit without permission and I will update this later.

Excellent Customer Service!I just dropped by today to check on storage units at Mesa East Storage Solutions. Oscar was very helpful. He showed me my options and explained everything very thoroughly. This is a nice clean facility and excellent management. I know I made the right decision. Thank you Oscar for all of your help!!!

Good service

When I walked in, I was not acknowledged for a few minutes while the guy messed around on the computer. Then he asked if I was there for a unit. I answered that I wanted to see one of the units to get a better idea of the size because I had already looked on the website. The guy acted like it was such a chore to get up and show me a unit. He was so rude that I did not feel comfortable doing business with them and I left immediately and went to a different company.

Good prices, but had constant problems with the door of the storage unit. Broke three times in one year. Had to leave my keys for over a week while I waited for the door to be repaired. Nice site manager. Wouldnt use the facility again
