I having been using North Country Club Storage Solutions, I have NEVER I MEAN NEVER, had a price increase come out of the blue UNTIL now, THEY RAISED MY MONTHY PAYMENT $30.75 per month! NO letter, NO reason, just boom! By the way you have to pay this amount now.. WOW REALLY!!!!!! Corporate office just justifies their excuses. But I have no problems with Jose he has been remarkable, and very professional, an upstanding man!

We used this facility from 2011 to 2016. And we are back again. The people are always great to work with. Michelle was wonderful. She answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions.

I had a rental increase and I spoke to the management about my increase and they were so understanding and helped me out by not increasing my rent as much. I thank them so much they are amazing.

Clean......Safe.......Friendly.......By the book....Rules enforced .......as they should be......!!! They have done nothing but work with me and allow me to get thru the merging of a divorce......out of state living....and my over the top sometimes amount of stuff.Thank You ...esp. on site managementP.S. I highly suggest you check this place out before making your storage decision.

These guys raise prices out of nowhere almost doubled. Even on their smallest unit. No warning and no explanation. STEER CLEAR!

This place is ran like a prison camp instead of a storage facility. Stay away and it is a dump and very expensive

I have been a customer at North Country Club Storage Solutions for about the last 3 years. I have been really happy with Jose,hes awesome. Recently I have been doing some searching to see how I can save money and I noticed that for the same exact size unit that Im paying $45.88 that the online price is $21.00 thats a difference of $24.88. I called down to storage and the receptionist said she would have me talk to Jose. There wasnt anything he said he could do. I called corporate office and tried to speak to the manager over the storage units. She said that Chuck was out in the field and he would call me back,so far I have yet to receive a call. I just dont think that its fair to charge us that much more for the same size 5x5 unit. We should all be adjusted on the price. The storage grounds are kept clean and are well maintained. Really love having my stuff stored there since I live right next door its so convenient. I really dont want to have to move my stuff out and into another unit just for the $21.00 rate. If I pull it out ill pull it out and go elsewhere.Still have not received a call

Manager and staff were efficient, professional, and organized. My unit was waiting, clean and ready, for the paperwork to get filled out and the payment to be made. I was impressed with the facility layout and the condition of the unit. Thank you, North Country Club Storage Solutions!

I went online to pay my bill and saw prices on storage units were a lot less than what Im paying for my space. Ive been renting there for years so I went and spoke with the manager he was very helpful but couldnt lower my rent, he told me I needed to move to another space I told him is 115 outside I cant move why cant he just lower my rent. He said it is policy of the company. I asked for the companys number. I called and the woman who answered said she willTell the D.M. to call me back before he goes in vacation. He never did, I went back to the office and was told the D.M. talk with manager and nothing was going to change. His name is Chuck and never returned my call, very unprofessional he knew he was going to be gone. Main company dont care about my 4 years renting here. I dont recommend renting space from this company they dont care but for money. And dont return your call will be moving out very soon.

We needed some extra storage....ya know...christmas & halloween decorations, camping stuff, etc. the kind of thing you need but dont have room for. so I googled storage units, North Country Club Storage Solutions was one of the closest places with the best prices. Getting a unit was super easy and fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for that little bit of extra space.

The team at storage solutions was very helpful and provided great customer service. Im very satisfied with the price and the service.

They told me they couldnt help me because they were at lunch, then pointed to sign they just flipped over as I grabbed a mask. I had reservations and after that I was appalled. Thats great customer service... Thank you for making me feel awful again.

Not only is this a great place to work, but its a great place to be a customer. Site manager jose is a great teacher of storage and an awesome facility manager. Hope to have many more memorable years w this facility and company in general. We keep it clean and our surveillance system is great. We have many happy customers!

Jose and his staff are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. I have a long trailer and Jose went out of his way to accommodate me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Robbery Víctim; For The lack of proper security.On Friday, August 6th around 12:40 pm, I went to Storage Solutions located at 741 N Country club Rd Mesa, Az 85201. On this day I went to Storage Solutions to pay the Monthly Rent of my Storage Unit. I had forgotten my Wallet with 700 Dollars and a Few minutes Later I Returned For it. As soon as I arrived home I checked my wallet for the money and it was gone. I Had Asked The Manager For the Security Video of that moment and Did not Provide it for me.

I needed to rent a unit, shopped around for a storage last week and rented the unit there despite the fact that I live just across a competitor, The reasonis this new manager they have there he name is Jose, He is attentive, polite, knowledgeable and most important very honest.When my girlfriend and I got inside the office there were 2 more customers 1 of them was mad and screaming about the service the last manager provided. Jose managed the situation in a way I know I wouldnt. Jose was cordial and kept his calm. He diffused the situation and took care of the other customer who by the way also complained about the last manager.I do recommend this place to do business with.

If you need access to your belongings that you pay to have. Make sure you are aware what time gates lock. This place needs 24 hour access. I love the staff and office people. But i need 24 hr access to my unit for mt job.

The on site manager is one in a million. Professional, friendly always with a smile. Unfortunately prices keep going up at an alarming rate and after over 6 years here, I am making plans to find a different facility.

Prices have continued to increase while they have done nothing to deserve such a drastic $$ increase! They havent extended their hours, hired more employees, or made any improvements so y am I paying so much more every month??
