When we had to file a flood claim the claims adjuster with this office did not communicate with me through out the entire process. Three weeks after all the repairs were complete I received a call from the restoration company that the claims adjuster was denying part of the repair work. I received the final repair notes from the adjuster three weeks after the work was complete, denying part of the repair. I followed up with Van a few times with no resolution. I would not recommend this office.
