They did give me a liability insurance for the house I’m renting at the moment. But when I wanted to get a car insurance they said couldn’t gave me one because I was a new client. They told me that after 6 months they will give me coverage for my car.

I had an issue with corporate Allstate so I ended up leaving Allstate and will never return. Which is a shame, because the people at this office are first rate. I wish the company as a whole were as awesome as these folks are. If you have to go with Allstate, these are the people to deal with!

Gabriel was so helpful and nice on the phone just the other day and that has been the way the staff there has always been. Mr. Robertson even took time from a family weekend event to assist with a claims issue and he did it professionally and yet very personally. Great service!

Hard to choose just one category for how we feel about Allstate. We must find something really good about them weve been with them for 44 years now, almost as long as our marriage. I chose responsiveness first because whenever weve had a issue, Allstate was right there at our doorstep ready to help. The quality of their service is first rate. I was shifted to Danny when my old agent who was just down the street left the business. I saw my old agent more often because it was convenient to just drop in when I went by. I have only been to Dannys office once in the years since. Hes only a phone call away. I almost always get a live person when I call and all my needs are promptly handled. My one visit was to get help with filing a claim because I didnt have a smart phone and everyone was fantastic.

I previously had Farmers for 50+ years and when that agency continued to raise the cost of my insurance I changed everything to Allstate. Update 10/03/19I went from 5 stars to oneI had 227 taken from my bank account by allstate and allstate stayed helpless to the situation I was told by the bank allstate should refunded the amount to me otherwise I would have to wait two weeks to get my many back absolutely very bad situation from allstate to put customers in! Even tho I will still be a customer here, the incident that happened to me caused a big inconvenience as it’s 227 I had to two weeks to get that’s absolutely not my fault!! from a happy customer over two years and half to an upset customer! I absolutely still love danny and all his stuff kim is extremely helpful and nice but this shouldn’t happen to any body It would be ok if the refund was fast but two weeks is just extremely long! very upset with allstate but not dannys officebelow is my old review!i walked in and i was so tired and sad, tired because i just left my work and sad because most of the insurance company that i went to are extremely expensive, i walked to the office and there is a women whos working there her name is Melissa Carroll shes is very friendly and she is very understanding women, Im foreign so i have noidea whats car insurance means so she explained to me everything she was morethan perfect she got me a cheap and good insurance and not just that now I know what car insurance means and how its work and how to judge weather its good or no . really thanks for what you had been done to me . i will always appreciate your help .
