Ive used Rowayton Fuel for over 30 years. They are the best. No matter what time or weather, if you have no heat or a problem they are there quickly to save the day! Prior to me using them in W. Norwalk, my parents used them for decades in Rowayton. They were also extremely happy with their friendly, knowledgeable, timely service. I highly recommend this company for all your fuel needs.

They have a one of the last generation all mechanical pumps to dispense the kerosene! I was pleased that I remembered how to use it competently.

Update: today they came to fix our heat and it’s working. I’m very pleased on the two workers who came and they were very respectful and I appreciate them fixing our heat when we were told they couldn’t . Everybody had a bad day here and there but they fixed our problem and we are greatful.

Wonderful office personnel, but beware of getting an oil tank replacement from them. Expensive, terribly shoddy, and debris left strewn.

Avoid this company at all costs.Almost killed by one of their fuel trucks. Driver stopped at a red light in Darien and then as I was crossing on foot went through the red light and missed me by inches.
