I ordered something online and go pick it few hours later and they told that process the order take up three day... Who the heck would order something to pickup three day later, for that I order from Amazon that get to my door in two days. No wonder why Amazon is killing all this business.

As most are aware, chlorine is difficult to come by. 1) do not buy online from this site and expect to pick up in store without excuses of why the order couldnt process- even after pending for 4 days. 2) this business needs to be reviewed for price gouging 50lbs chlorine. My order was cancelled 4 days later and I was explained that I would have to buy the same 50lbs 3 inch tab# but now $50 more. This was a monday- Tuesday price change and a discount expired on Monday as well.Do yourself a favor and go to SAMS or anywhere else for 3inch. Current price for tricolor 3inch# 40lbs was $99. I will not ever go to a Leslies again.

Terrible customer service! I called to get pricing on a Multiport valve, I was told $229.00 plus tax. When I arrived to pick it up the price changed to $299.00 plus tax. The manager (Curly was extremely rude!

Was having trouble with new pool. Took video of issue. Spoke to associate named Caleb. He was very happy to look at the video, he was able to recommend what he thought the issue might be. He took the time to show me a physical version of the same device I was having trouble with and how to fix it. He was patient, thorough, and professional. Will definitely be coming back because of Caleb.

When I got my first above ground pool it was trial and error. But as I continue to work with curly and his crew I learned more and more and now my second pool is this beautiful as I can expect it to be, thank you to the crew and curly for making my pool days wonderful. Never disappointed when I visit this store. Mr Curley is a perfect gentleman and a very knowledgeable pool counselor. If he recommends a product, I do not doubt him.

An amazing business with a professional yet familiar staff

I have been dealing with Leslies for over five years now and they definitely know their stuff. I cannot tell you how many times I have gone in with a pool sample, my pool looking terrible, they run their test and two days later, it looks like crystal clear drinking water. I also have taken advantage of their free pool sweeper repair more then once and they have saved me the cost of replacing the unit more then once. Curly is fantastic by the way. He knows his stuff and is willing to take the time to help you, if you are willing to respect his time as well.

Have generally had good experiences at Leslies. Went in recently for a problem with the filter system. The system is old and the part was not available but the tech helped me come up with a workaround to repair it and get the system running again.

New pool owner so Im clueless on how to keep it up. Curly is awesome! He and his employees are very patient and helpful. They answer what might seem to be stupid questions and help me trim the cost on occasions when my wallet might be a little light.

I think they give excellent advice and sell excellent products for pool maintenance but I jokingly, but seriously tell them that each FREE water analysis costs me between 20 and 100 dollars. More often on the lower end of that, but still...

I have spent over $600 dollars with leslies pool this year, and my pool is still green. They sell you just enough products, so you will have to come back and spend more MONEY!!!!!! DONT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!! They are not friendly when you ask QUESTIONS!!!!!

Bought a pool vacuum today at the location on Veterans Memorial Boulevard and Lime Street in Metairie Louisiana. All CSRs were waiting on customers. Curly waited on me and advised me how I could get extra money off of my purchase by downloading the Leslies Pool Supplies app; and was extremely patient while I did so. Thanks Curly for all your help🙂

Called Leslies for help with a pool purchased from them years ago that needs replacement parts. The man answering the phone was one of the rudest people Ive ever spoken to over the phone for assistance. Not to mention that they quoted more than $250 more than other pool companies. Do yourself a favor and bring your money elsewhere.

Needed to get some chlorine. They wanted over $110 for 25lbs of chlorine when Clearwater pools a little farther down on Veterans Blvd has 25lbs for $65. I questioned the difference in price and was told well thats Clearwater. Thats fine, Ill go to Clearwater Pools and get the same thing for almost half the price.

Can find everything you need there. Great people there to help you

One of the worst experiences of my life. Will Never Go To This Store again. The man behind the counter was rude and unfriendly. You do not treat customers like dirt that are trying to spend money in your store.

Not worth even losing the time to write this, review. However, I want to let others be aware of their bad business. Im learning how to treat my pool since I recently bought a house with a pool. I brought a water sample to be tested, and the manager said, oh that pool is in bad condition, making me feel bad in front of the othet customers . so to make an long story short. I bought 6 expensive products. At the same time My husband brought another sample to a different pool company and they advice just to put chlorine. They lie to people to sell and then you cant return the products.Moreover, he has a nasty actitud, making others believe he is an pool expect.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. I went to Leslies and the experience was terrible. They over sold me on chemicals. I brought a sample down the street to Clearwater and the cost was much less and the water came out great. I will never go to Leslies again.

My experience with this location was extremely disappointing. Order was lost, didnt receive follow up on status after weeks past, the people in the store are selective with whom they choose to greet upon entry into their store. I wouldnt recommend this location for business.
