My 2000 Blazer broke down on me on Austin Peay in Raleigh! My Tow Driver was there in no time! Many thanks to him! I can’t remember his name, but he was really nice!

Tow truck drivers I talked to were actually pretty cool helpful, the drivers are the only reason for any GOOD reviews. The ladies in office however straight lied to me because they wanted to get more of my money. caused a lot of panic and stress on my end for a whole day, also they were very unprofessional and nasty ASH to me on the phone. Ill never use or recommend this company bc of the ladies who answer the main phone. just some rude ahh liars who act like they have no training. get better office people.

I had to call with a really crazy request. They were able to help me without any problems. If Im ever in the area I would feel good about this company towing my car.

My insurance company dispatched Trac1 to tow my car last Friday. With an ETA of 120 minutes, they were a no show. I called after waiting a little longer only to be told that there were 2 more cars ahead of me. The gentleman asked if I could leave the keys in my car or under the tire. Really? In Memphis, TN?!?! I couldn’t believe it. I called back to Roadside Assistance who said they could “schedule” my tow for the next morning. So, 7:21am I receive a text with an ETA of 90 minutes. Guess what, no show! (You are so smart.) I called and spoke with Amber who told me it would be about 9:45-10 before they arrive. Guess what?!?! No show! I called back again and spoke with Amber who told me it would be 30 more minutes. They had to stop and get some fuel. Do you recall me saying that I had an appointment? That should have been taken care of BEFORE the appointment. Anywho, Trac1 finally arrived at 10:46am. I am glad they FINALLY arrived because I had been trying to get my vehicle towed since 5:45pm Friday. I will give them credit for showing up. Then, when my car was towed to my home. I had to remind the gentlemen, who were about to leave, to remove the tow hook and replace the cover back on my car. 🤦🏽‍♀️ My thing is, if you have a business, you should run it like a business. I work hard for my money and I don’t just give it to people who don’t appreciate it. You are in business for customers. Word of mouth is SO important. If you cannot do a job and fulfill a job you have accepted or agreed to do, be the bigger person and just be honest with yourself and your customers. It will save a lot of headaches and complaints.

Lost my car key and needed a tow at 3am in the morning during the heavy snow, ice and dangerous road conditions. I called 3 companies and they all had excuses orhad no availability.I called this company. The dispatch guy Jeremy was really nice and accomodating . He worked my car in to be picked up next and the driver called me and let me know that he was in route.My experience on 02/21/21 was absolutely done with good timing, for an Affordable price and by a professional company and an experienced driver.

Trac1 Towing agreed to tow my vehicle from the side of the road and be there in 2 hours. First they delayed my tow for an additional 1.5 hours and then they never showed. I wouldnt give them 1 star, but Im not sure the site will allow a no star rating.

Called at 8:30 PM for a tow. Was told tow would arrive in one hour and fifteen minutes. Waited 1.5 hrs. Called for an ETA. Was told tow would arrive in 30 min. Waited 30 min. Tow never arrived. Cancelled order. I waited 2.5 hrs for a tow truck that never came.

Well the driver was nice, however they left me sitting on the side of the highway for 2 hours before even CONTACTING the driver!!! Not happy at all with their customer service.

I highly recommend TRAC1 Towing. My vehicle became completely inoperable 40 miles away from my home. I contacted my insurance company for roadside service and less than 15 minutes later LaDarious, the TRAC1 Towing operator called and gave his ETA to my location. Upon on arrival, he briefed me on his experience and assured me that he would get my vehicle to the shop I wanted it to go to. After a morning of frustration and missing work, his manners, concern, and professionalism really impressed me and far exceeded my expectations. One hour later, my vehicle was delivered to the location 40 miles away. Thanks again LaDarious.

Waited 4 1/2 hours and they keep putting me off. The woman that answered phone was Very Rude and Non caring. I would NOT Recommend this outfit to anyone.

I received an eta of 180 minutes at 10:42am on 7/24/2021 they keep call changing the time 3hours passed I called and was told it would be another 30minutes but they never showed up. Will never use and flag them on my insurance to never refer them for my vehicles in the future.

With all the chaos in Memphis from winter storm 2021 I would choose them again I was surprised they came as soon as they did with all the accidents due to the weather. The driver made sure I was safe and advise me on some winter driving tips for the future

I called in the middle of the night with two flat tires on my passengers side.. I had no idea how to find help considering I was from out of town and stranded on the interstate. Not only did this tow truck companies send out a very clean flatbed with a professional driver they were also able to get me to a 24-hour tire shop that replaced both passenger side tires at a super affordable price. They exceeded my expectations and provide professional service.

The woman I just spoke with was HORRIBLE!! She was rude, unprofessional, and actually said she didn’t care that my husband and I were in physical danger of being hit by traffic because of where we were!! She assumed that my husband hung up on her when the call dropped outside of the airport and CANCELED OUR TOW that our insurance company requested!!! And then insisted that she would only send the tow truck to the WRONG ADDRESS!! Thank you so very much for making a very cold, very scary, and very rough night SO MUCH WORSE! I hope her new year starts out so much better than she made ours.

Extremely unprofessional and they people that drive the tow trucks arent trained properly.Their driver damaged my vehicle.If I could give them NO stars i would. The owner is non responsive and the dispatchers arent worth anything either. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

The communication between the tow truck and the unconnect was not very good for the time of arrival and for pick up. The driver was amazing he helped us out so much and was very professional

They were great. They answer and explained EVER question and concerns I had. Even gave etc information on things most people would towing probably wouldn’t. For my first time ever getting a tow I got smooth customer friendly service. Would highly recommend! Thank you guys.

Straight garbage!! Weve been waiting for 4 hoursfor their arrival.

Was told they would be two hours, then they would be coming early, then two hours. Driver called me and said he was 15 minutes away. Nope, needed another hour.Whoever answered the phone was rude and didn’t give any helpful information.

Jeremy was great about coming to my rescue and getting my spare on so I could make it to my doctors appointment on time!!

The operator who towed my car did not attempt to swindle me. He was honest, professional, and real. I was stuck in a mud puddle in the middle of nowhere. He could get me out but there were risk to my car. He would work hard to safely get my car out. He was honest. My car was retrieved safely. But, if it wasnt, he was direct enough with me. And, this company was the only one brave enough to help me. They do excellent work. They do what they say they will do.

Do not use this tow service they are very unprofessional. The lady on the phone said it would take 60 minutes I waited 3 hours and still did not get a tow... I am very disappointed two thumbs down

I requested a tow through my insurance company, they sent this company WHY!!!! The driver comes and drives on my already flat tire. I mean backing up driving forward WITH A COMPLETELY FLAT TIRE. He then drives my car half way up the flat bed, stops to hook it up then here comes my car sliding off of the side of the bed. Im constantly asking the driver to put my car down because he obviously has no knowledge of what he is doing. Keep in mind I kept asking the driver NOT to drive my car with the tire so low, completely ignored me. So once we get the car to the drop off location he decides to drive it again off of the bed. By now I’m livid. Fast forward to today. I get the tire and battery fixed then BOOM the tire rod is completely destroyed because that’s what he used to pull the car half way up his truck. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY!!! Due to this incompetent individual I’m looking at $1000 or more to get the damages fixed he caused. When I contacted Trac 1 I was told to file a claim through my insurance because that’s who paid them. You guys are the worst in the city

Setup a tow through progressive. The first company they sent was terrible. Ill leave it at that. So I asked for them to send another company over. TRAC1 TOWING IS EXCELLENT! Would definitely recommend to ANYONE! they showed up on ETA, not sure of his name but the driver was friendly from the first second. He was engaged in a conversation with me immediately. And he got my vehicle to its destination with no problems and a very timely manner! 2 BIG THUMBS UP!! Thank you guys!

I had Trac 1 towing, pull vehicle from 3002 Thomas and transport it to there facility overnight and deliver it back to 3002 Thomas the following morning. I called first thing the next morning, to check on the status of my vehicle, it had not yet been pulled, I completely understood. They later towed my vehicle to the shop, however when they did, they did not insert my key back inside my vehicle. This severely delayed the start of maintenance being performed on my vehicle. When I called to inquire on why my key was not with my vehicle, I was the informed the driver left it, and which I understand mistakes happen, but no one gave me a courtesy call when they found out an error was made and it was very apparent that the person working dispatch even seem to laugh or find it funny. I was very disappointed in the service that was provided. Once again Willy the initial wrecker was great, everything that transpired after the initial pickup was awful. I would not recommend.

Was left on the side of the rd from 1130 till 430 was told multipul time was 90 mins out the called at 330 was told 2 hours out had a 7mo baby in the car told them that would not recomend them to no one

Dispatcher was obviously illiterate as I had to spell almost every word I spoke. Very unprofessional and unconcerned . She originally told me it would take an hour but after more than an hour went by, I decided to call at which time I was told there were 3 more cars ahead as they take insurance claims first? I asked why didn’t she just call and tell me that and she responded “I was getting ready to call”. Needless to say, I will NEVER use Trac 1 towing service EVER!!

Wish I could put no stars most incompetent tow truck driver unabel to hook a car for 40 minutes and then just left because it was to hard.

The driver left the dealership where he dropped my vehicle with the key still in his pocket. Rather than finish the job & go back and drop the key immediately so the dealership could begin work on my vehicle, he left and did other jobs. He was instructed to leave it in the dealership dropbox overnight and did not. Finally after multiple calls to the company office and them making multiple calls to him, he dropped the key off. Work that should have begun at 1030 on Friday morning was delayed at least until he arrived with the key about 1230 Saturday afternoon

Anyone in the area needing a tow should definitely call this place!I have never in my life met a nicer guy than the driver yesterday. After the complete lack of care and rudeness from a competitor (ha) Trac 1 estimated there time of arrival as 30 minutes. 35 minutes after that call we were already loaded on the truck and my husband and I sitting in the cab. I hope a Memphis pot hole doesnt take another tire out on my bmw but if it does Im patiently waiting for Trac 1 for sure

I waited for 2.5 hours for them to tow my car. The insurance company had to call them several times. I kept getting delay after delay with no call or explanation. Very poor customer service.

Took care of the job quickly

Driver was very rude. And was supposed to be there in an hour but instead got mad and got an attitude when I called to check the ETA (since I had 2 small children with me on the side of the expressway with a broken tire rod) and then took 2 and a half hours.getting there. RIDICULOUS and UNPROFESSIONAL. IF I COULD RATE ZERO I WOULD!

I just left this shop and paid 60 for a tire and it wasn’t even the right size. Never will I do business with them. If they didn’t have my size to my car why not say that but instead still over charged me. Smdh

Avoid towing services at all costs. They a service member stranded for 3 hours and claimed that they couldnt reach the driver. He answered first time I called and said the tow had been canceled. And gave me a bogus name of the company when I asked! Avoid!!!!!!!!!
