Stay away from this company. It’s the WORST towing company ever to deal with! Its staff and operator are very unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite their expensive service, their towing guys are rude. When I saw their rough way they were towing my vehicle at front of me I wondered how they were going to unload my vehicle at their place!!!They basically damaged my front bumper and left written marks on my vehicle that I still couldn’t get it off my vehicle until now after a month of their service. On the top of that they were just very rude and disrespectful.

The staff is great. But the cost is high. Think it would of been cheaper given the circumstances.

They do a lot of business with apartment complexes in desoto mo co Ms,some by contract to tow cars parked in unauthorizedSpaces.and other times the drivers simply drive through a complex, some gated to keep out such traffic and look for people parked in reserved areas,hook the car contact the local police to let them know the car isnt stolen and away they go.the storage lot is in MemphisSome 20 miles across the state line.there are plenty of local companies that respond to localCalls, it seems this fishing tactic is unfair for a Memphis coTo cross state lines, uncalled forAnd tow cars to get business.To contract with a company like this may not be aware of their history. Lets hope no alabama. Co is low bid ! These unfortunate souls have no choice but travel and pay !

They’re nasty people. Stalking apartment complexes and towing cars because they know the stimulus checks are out! They sure didn’t tow them a few months ago. Haven’t seen or heard a tow truck in my parking area in a year and a half. Go to get a friends car that was towed $155 cash only on the weekends 😒. That’s how they cheat on taxes. So many people there a couple went to jail. To me it’s sad how someone will prey on a situation.

This business is awful!! I was visiting someone at their apartment and my vehicle was towed. Not to mention they wouldnt let me get my vehicle the day they towed it. So they wanted to make extra for storage. I wouldnt use them at all. Very bad customer service experience!😡

Today, I pick up my vehicle on 05/28/2020, from this company around 9:20-9:45 am and there was a tall, bald head white man with tattoos making fun of my hand gesture amongst other co-workers by imitating the way I was pointing. Little did he know, I wasn’t alone and his mockery was caught by people who rode in the car with me. I am a proud gay black male and this is discrimination at its finest and very unprofessional.

William and Molly are 2 low down individuals preying on the poor neighborhoods pulling cars for any small reason. You cant park in your own apartments complex and feel safe without William towing honest resident cars. My family had the apartment parking pass hanging in the window, however he parked in handicapped because hes handicapp. I tried to explained to William he just got his tags the day before but didnt feel well because he was just released from the hospital. These lowdown people still charged $155. This company will be exposed and every dog has his day! These are very hard times with covid-19, people have lost jobs and family members and these low down people are taking advantage of the so call city code!

They ride around looking for Vehicles to Tow. My Son thought his Truck had been stolen, But no glass was on the ground. I drove around to the front of the Townhomes by the leasing Office & had to get out my Truck, Walked up to a small sign saying How & Where to park. 🤔 Cant No one see that Sign unless you walk up to it.They towed my Son Truck from the Townhouses I live in . The ppl at the Tow Company are Rude. He had to pay $125 for them towing it & $30 for the storage 🤬total $155 Didnt Nobody tell you to Tow his Truck!! We contacting a Lawyer to see what can be done to this Tow Company

They placed a Notice of tow on my car claiming my registration was expired but its not. They should be more thorough in the business. They are predators lookin for money

My car was towed and n 7-19-2020, from an apartment complex assuming to be parked in a handicap parking spot. I requested a photo of proof that I was parked in front of it amongst pick-up and the young lady refuse. The young lady told me to get my lawyer to contact their lawyer. This tow company is prejudice and lack of professionalism, and just to mention I have a Nissan front wheel drive, so they dragged my car at least 30ft before they properly hooked it up, now my transmission is slipping. Poor service, bad attitude and not professional........

Very unprofessional. If you call the number it transfers you to the dispatcher instead of someone in the office. When you call you get the run around, as far as getting your car out. Just very unprofessional. If this a legitimate business why isn’t there a website with the proper information on there as far as a fax number, prices, who to get an contact with.

On Saturday May 26, 2018 around 9:35pm, my sister and I walked out to my car to find that it was being towed by Superior Automotive & Towing. When I asked the driver why my car was being towed he, he replied that my car was parked in a handicap stop and I did not have a handicap tag visible. I then attempted to explain to him that I did have a handicap tag because of my daughter whom is handicap and the tag was in the seat of the car, not only he did not allow me to show him my handicap tag but he would not allow me to get my daughter’s heart medication out of my vehicle. I don’t like to feel uncomfortable at my own home. I couldn’t understand how a tow truck company could be that nasty and troll around a gated community looking to make money by towing people cars that belong in the handicap stop in front of their home. I did some reviews on the company and are known for trolling around apartment complexes looking to make a few bucks. My sister brought to my attention this isn’t the 1st time that this tow truck company has been in the complex harassing the residents. She spotted the same guy walking around my car two weeks ago. When she asked could she help him with something, because she knew my car was paid for and the handicap tag was in the car, he replied nothing and got in the tow truck and pulled off. She didn’t think anything of it because she thought maybe he had the wrong car. This company is awful and if I could give no stars I would .

Predator company! my vehicle was towed because it was parked in front of my personal residential driveway, claiming to be a fire lane . After 10 mins of being towed I conversing with a female who works for the company, who fabricated stories of multiple warning tags being placed on my vehicle. She also stated that I need to pay them $150 and I will have to come the next day to pick up. After further research Ive found that this company is in violation of multiple city ordinances, So I contacted my lawyer.

The company trolls parking lots at night looking for profit.Our neighbors car was towed after midnight for lack of a permit, and in the process they scuffed up his body, put a dent in back passenger corner of my girlfriends car, and dragged his car the length of the parking lot (about 150 feet) before putting the dolly under the front wheels (it was a front wheel drive Accord too).Ive been living with my girlfriend here for close to a year and have not had my car towed - presumably because people knew I lived here. But this morning I awoke to find my car gone, and I reviewed out security camera footage to find that a Superior Towing employee walked through our parking lot at about 2 am and pulled my car. At least they put the dolly under the front wheels this time, but the bar running across the underside of the car also rubbed on the cars battery pack the entire trip back to the impound lot. I would fight it, but getting anything out of them appears to be hopeless (girlfriend tried to get the damage to her car from neighbors tow paid for to no avail).Overall, a very shady business with reviews to match.

I know one thing come bothering my car again assuming that’s it’s inoperable because, I have two vehicles; and I chose to drive either one when I want we’re gonna have a serious problem.

They are in the business of towing cars just to collect fees. IT SHOULD BE IILEGAL TO ALLOW THEM TO JUST TOW YOUR CAR FOR NO REASON. Thats exactly what they did... towed my car for no reason!!! Lying saying I was double parked!!! I was in between a neighbors car and my own other vehicle. In getting my attorney on this because they caused me to miss money!!!

They told me they would be an hour or less, I asked them to make it as quick as possible because I was stranded and baking in the heat. They took my phone number. After 1.5 hours I called them back and was told that they are still working on the tow truck and thats why they havent arrived yet. They never told me their truck wasnt serviceable, and never called me to tell me they werent going to make it. Worst customer service you can imagine. And a huge waste of my time.

Tow truck company came a towed my car... Apartment complex and tow truck company saying 2 different things. Then the notice said until a certain day but yet when the day of the car is already gone. But before I could even begin to explain the situation. The big fat prick which you could tell just from his voice from over the phone was already yelling in the phone. Guess I interupted his meal cuts me off but it was also clear that he didnt know anything because he kept putting me on hold but was try a yell. Law suit will be in the works. He said the car was towed cause it hadnt been moved in a couple days..: when you have more than 1 vehicle things like that will tend to happen. He even said his self he has a vehicle he dont drive everyday.. Now and days who dont... And to set it all the vehicle is the vehicle that is assigned to my lease.

Horrible company. On sunday 4-7-19 Superior towed my car from my apartment complex, i called them and asked if they had my vehicle. A young lady answers the phone and says no she its not there and hanged up on me. So i filed a police report and the police officer ran it thru their channels and tell me my car is at a towed lot. Gaved me the number and it was Superiors number. I called them and they said its there i told them i just called 10 mins ago and yall told me it wasnt, so then they young woman hanged up on me after she told me it would b 185 to get my car back. Next morning i go to my leasing office they said they didnt not request my car to be towed and they called Superior towing twice and they said my car shouldnt been touch. Then i called Superior and they saidthey have every right to tow my vechile cause its been a complaint on it back on 2-14-19 and they can tow it since its within 250 days of complaint... con artists...

They over charge ppl and hold your car until the next day so the fee is 155 instead of 125

Our daughter parked in an unmarked space in the Crescent at Wolfchase apartments. Signage said for visitors to not park in permit spaces. It was an unmarked space (vs. spaces marked with permit). This company towed her car from an unmarked space. While we were picking up her car, I witnessed this company do additional damage a black Nissan Altima. I would never trust this company. The other reviews speak the same experience we had with this company.

I had a UHAUL 🚚 truck. I work at UHAUL and have been staying at Champaign Place for 3 MONTHS. They towed the truck because it didnt have a sticker on it. REALLY? This is BEYOND thirsty. Sad!!!

Basically thieves that hide in the night. Has someone riding around in a regular truck spotting cars that are parked in front of homes, where I live theres no guest parking and in our agreement it says cars will be towed if they are parked on the grass and in empty lots. We park on the street in front of my driveway. And my agreement with the place I rent from says the tow truck has to give 24 hours to correct the issue before they tow. That came from my property managers mouth .but superior towing is above that. They allegedly can take your car for any reason.even out of your drive way. Was wondering if I was the only one having issues with this tow company. But literally everyone is saying the same thing. They are thieves, gta and run away .I honestly wonder how this company stays in business. But with thieves riding around stealing cars and making people pay 125 bucks to get it back they will never go out of business. Cant believe these people can sleep at night. But they dont because thats when they steal your cars, is at night.

07/29/20181:38am Just witnessed them trying to tow a car that people was sitting in. It has tent on the windows yet even though the people inside got out they mustve still wanted to tow it cause they made the owner of the vehicle and the people sitting inside get very upset to the point they was ready to shoot and/or fight them.01/29/2018Low stars because people mad their car was towed. Mines was towed because I no longer had a parking permit sticker. My windshield needed replaced after a car collision. I got another Lyft & Uber sticker. After parking in the residence parking area. I stopped worrying about a permit residence sticker. They give you the same attitude you give them. I had a decent conversation with one and he told me about how a lady tried to sue them about stealing a 50 inch flat screen that couldnt fit into her car.

Theyre very rude,shady towing company. The only reason you have a one star rating is because i had to pick it just to make the review. We stay in the Autumn Ridge apt an was pulling in our apt around 3:45-3:50. Every parking space was occupied even parking spots that had no parking signs because of the fire hydrant. There towe truck driver was circling around see that me and my sister thats 7 months pregnant had parked by the side of the dumpster where we could get everything unloaded out of the car while u where siting and watching. I grab the last bags out of the car close the trunk and proceeded up the stairs. 5 to 6 mins and i was back outside to move the car well so i thought. You choose to tow ower car that was very shady an unprofessional (you stopped and u observe the car in the no parking zone in front of a fire hydrant which was occupied.)

These ppl came and towed my car from the briar club. Not one car but 2! I tried to get my car the day it was towed and they told me that I couldn’t because the office was closed. I tried again the next business day and it was 10:54 and I called and tried to get someone to work with me so that I could have time to go up there to get my car. A guy by the name of Josh told me that the computers shut down and that no one would be up there. So Josh told me that he was at home in his bed. (I called the Superior Tow place) So I asked if there was a number that I could reach someone who could probably other than him be nice enough to to give me time to come up there to get my vehicle. He told me no and that he did not know who was in the office. He said that ppl have families and he don’t think they’ll want to wait around on me. Understandable I said but I have a family too and we’re hungry and I couldn’t get my car yesterday. He did not care at all. I asked for corporate number and he did not give it to me bc he said they only have one number to corporate and their number is also forwarded to his phone as well while he’s at home in the bed. Now I have to pay $210 to get my car out. They just want money from ppl and they don’t care about anyone!

Complete abuse of authority. They will tow any vehicle under any minor technicality. My experience with these people is at the apartment complex I live at. They do not respect personal property.The format of their office says it all about these shysters: bulletproof windows and steel bars.If you need a tow for your stalled vehicle, do not call these crooks. No problems here. The apartment complex residents and Superior sat together, came up with a letter, sent it to ALL residents, and there have been absolutely no problems!

I had my truck towed for not having a parking pass at the crescents at wolfchase. Funny thing is i have one. The towing company told me to take it up with the apartment complex and vice versa. I was greeted with a 150.00 bill and no interest in seeing my permit in my truck. The man was nice, but i would be as well if someone just gave me 150.00. Highway robbery? I wouldnt trust them to air up a bicycle tire.

They came into a private complex in the middle of the night and towed my fiances car. The car has been parking in the same spot for 8 months. These people are con artists

The employees that i have run into from this company are decietful and rude, they have illegally towed my vehicle twice. Thank God i was able to catch them in the act the first time, the second time not so lucky. So i call them first thing in the morning and the first guy tells me that they do have my vehicle,they ran my plates and they were out. False, i was waiting to receive my tag sticker, but my plate is good. So the guy runs the plate and is off the phone for 5 minutes probably trying to get their story together. The manager proceeds to get on the phone and tell me about a made up law stating that because i didnt have my tag sticker on my plate it was illegal in the state of Tennessee, therefore it was towable. so i call the police and they correctly inform me that my vehicle had been illegally towed.Once Again these guys are crooks, they are trying to take advantage of people in apartment complexes that dont know their rights. This business would help us out if they went out of business.If they do this to you do not let them get away with it. Im quite sure there is far better solution for your towing needs.

I am in the process of moving out of my apartment complex,my tags literally expired the end of the month and the had the nerve to say my car tags were expired so they towed my vehicle, keeping in mind my apartment complex leaving office knew I was learning next week...the company said I need proof of ownership, but all of that is in the car, the lady that answered the phone was rude as ever and seemed to not want to be bothered with me inquiring about my vehicle, this company is a con and honestly shouldnt be allowed to be in business if they are like this.

Unfortunately, I had to give them a rating of 1, which isnt even as close as how pathetic they are. This stupid company towed my damn car because supposedly it was a junk car but it wasnt. Then this nasty attiude guy gets out of the towing truck and starts getting in my moms face and starts cussing at her. He also approaches my brother and threatens to fight him. The officer even told us that they are shady, now I see why. So the officer ended up giving us the number to the office for the company and we called. A girl answered and we told her about our car and she said No we NEVER towed a car out of these apartments! We told her what kind of car it was, A mercedes benz, and she said we have a silver mercedes benz, but the car color of our car was blue. Se stated that it had a missing wheel. Since when?? Last time I checked our car had 4 wheels and it was running. She got an attitude, and even raised her voice at us. She calls herself professional? Whatever you do, keep an eye out for your car. Luckily I didnt put the guy 10ft in the ground if it wasnt for my patience!
