Someone should teach these ppl what an OXYMORON is bc theres absolutely NOTHING affordable about these people. First of all, the towing few is astronomical. Secondly, they charge $30/day for storage but my car hadnt even been up there even close to 24 hours but since they had it for around 10 hours on two separate DATES, NOT DAYS, I got stuck with having to pay for two storage costs in addition to towing and several other complete fees theyv seemed to make up as they went. If it were up to me, Id never EVER EVER use them again... No matter what!!!!

I called around To all the big name towing services in Memphis and they were either too busy or had a 3 to 4 hour waiting period. One company said they would be at my house and 35 to 45 minutes then they call me back after an hour and a 1/2 after Ive been trying to call them and said there driver was in my neighborhood and had tried calling me and left me a voicemail. Well I didnt have a voicemail and no missed calls and when the driver called me he said he was On the other side of town not in my neighborhood. V&B Pick up the phone right away and immediately said he was on his way. He arrived quicker than I thought he would And he gave me a discount. I also operate my own business and customer service and dependability is Everything. This gentleman was very professional and courteous And was everything a good company should be.
