I have been going thru Freeway Insurance in Mineral Wells for the past 4 years now for my car insurance. I just had to stop by there get some questions answered reguarding changing my policy and as ALWAYS they are so helpful, understanding & always looking out for me & my pocket book. Dana was the service rep that helped me today and for being new to the company she already knew what she was doing! Great attitude, very pleasent to talk to while answering all my questions. So if your shopping for insurance and dont have time to call each & every insurance company yourself then take a minute to stop by Freeway Insurance in Mineral Wells, Tx and let them do all the work for you. I can guarentee that you will be glad that you did!

Please stay away from this company. Heads up: headquarters has one star with Better Business Bureau. You dont have to take my word for it, look it up yourself! They will say anything to get you to sign and then change things up. Wound up paying two times what I was told, fot half as much coverage.

*Updated: To revisit this review, after two months we are still dealing with the results of their incompetence. Errors that were made on their side are costing us money. We have called several times and were assured that everything was hunky-dorey. And then, oh wait, must be your fault. The customer service agents are rude and uninformed.If you are a Spanish speaker, expect to be given unfair treatment.Sus agentes que hablan español son groseros e ignorantes. Su incompetencia cuesta dinero a sus clientes. Recomiendo evitar esta agencia a todo costo.We were given incorrect information over the phone to make a sale. Once documents were signed: A) We could not contact the agent who made the sale, despite the fact that she said that we would be able to. B) Promises made over the phone were roundly denied. C) We wound up paying more than twice as much as expected and several hours trying to straighten things out. D) To avoid being charged 3 times as much, we had to double our deductible.Conclusion: Avoid at all costs. We feel like such fools to have taken them at their word.
