If you want good communication and professionalism then this is NOT your place.Talking to them is like talking to someone whos high and dont care about anything thats going on.The best part is, I called to book their service and they never came nor even called back to say that couldnt or wouldnt and I was only 1 mile away from their shop

I commend a black man with his own business, but the communication has to be better. Following up on what you said has to be better. I believe a secretary would do these brothers great.

Very very very unprofessional. Had 14 year with no supervision work on my tire. Lol it took 1 and half hour for service. Only teason i stayed cause it was Sunday and no one else was open close. One guy working on cat in flip flops. The women and book keeper was excellent. But no deals i wont recommend this place

These guys are very reliable in a bad situation! I blew both; my tire and donut late at night. I was driving on a brand new tire within the hour. The most impressive thing was the fact that i was saved through word of mouth. Saved some money as well. This is a Great business!

They told me that they could help me I drove halfway across the city and then they turned me down said they couldnt do it.

I called while on the expressway with a flat. I was told by a really rude dude the he had my tire so I found a ride to the shop to get it, but when I got there, not only were they not there, but said that he didnt have the tire when I called to let him know that I was there. Horrible customer service and I will never try them again, ever.

I went and got a tire from them and it took a hour for them to put my tire on and then he said the tire was new and it wasnt

My mom and I almost got shot trying to get our tire fixed. It was late around 10 pm and of course we should have known better not to be in that area around that time but we were desperate. Shots were fired sounded like maybe across the street, they got closer and sounded very near. We were scared for our lives. It eventually stopped, not sure what it was about. Thankfully no one was hurt. It took a while for them to give us our tire, we were trying to get the hell up outta there. If you do patronize the business, you best do it before it gets dark.....

So I went to them today around 5pm to see if I could either get a plug in my tire or a new one. First off when you open the door all you smell is weed and weed residue on the ground. So he say my hole in the tire is to big to be plugged. I ask how much for another tire he says $35. So I got get the rest of the money and come back. Once again all you smell is weed and he proceeds to tell me because it is the weekend and after 6pm the price is now $40. That is not how you conduct business.

A ratchet Memphis tire shop, super ghetto, bad curb appeal, littered with trash, bad customer service and smells of drugs . Beware when there not a good area .Loitering is heavy with a lot of non customers hanging around.
