This is my fave nail shop. I love the environment and music. Very clean and respectable establishment. Te is my fave tech. She is awesome.

Started out doing good work but, their service has declined tremendously over the past few months. Seem to be overwhelmed. Provides decent service when they arent crowded but have started to become very rude to customers.

I enjoyed my experience here. Trang was kind and professional. My nails look great!

Went for a pedicure and acrylic full set with gel. The pedicure was the best Ive received in a very long time. A week after services, four of my nails started lifting.

I went in two weeks ago after having my acrylic nails removed. My nails were so badly damaged and so, so short. My nails were cleaned up and manicured! He took so much time to do my nails ! Very professional and caring. He told me what I needed to do to help my nails grow. I went back today and received the same great treatment! They may be really short, but my nails look great considering how they began! I have found my forever nail salon! Thank you Tinas Nails❤

I went today (just before typing this) to get a full set of acrylic nails. I walk in and it’s busy which was fine. They ask what I want and tell them so I proceed to go look at nail colors for a few minutes. I pick a color and start to walk back to wait (this whole time their talking about me behind my back and embarrassing me in front of everyone). I was approached by one of the employees“Did you have an appointment?”“No was I supposed to have one?”To which they just wanted to say something like well since we have a lot of appointments right now (or something like that) and something else. Basically something about being busy.I would’ve been fine waiting or coming back later but no they embarrassed me in a shop full of people making me feel like I couldn’t be there. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I doubt I’ll go back. I just wanted my nails done for Mother’s Day and y’all embarrassed me and made me feel awful. Thx for ruining my Mother’s Day weekend today.

I went to Tina Nails today for a SNS manicure. The bulky woman is the one that did my nails. I asked for a specific type of nail color and was denied that option because she said they had to use a brush. Why do offer a color as an option and not perform it because it takes more work. They ask you to make an appointment but you still have to wait and/or settle for lesser service. While she was doing my nail she flung glue in my eye while cutting a nail tip off. My eye was irritated and burning the entire time she was finishing my nails. She never asked me what shape I wanted my nails. Her attitude is less than pleasant. She throws your hand very rudely as she is going from nail to nail. I understand accidents happen but at the end of my service she had the audacity to still ask for full payment while Im literally still holding my eye. I left there and went to an urgent care facility where they gave me a water based eye wash and told me if irritation is still in my eye to go to an optometrist. I may be in a lawsuit with this shop and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO THERE.

I got acrylic points. They are uneven, crooked, and they left the acrylic on the bottom unlike other places I have been the rest file it off. She didnt even check the size to make sure it was right she picked one glued it on and filed it. She didnt match them with the other nails to make sure the lengths matched either.

Ive been going here for well over 6 years. They are the BEST. I have never had a bad job and on top of that once we were actually trying out some crazy designs with specialty polishes I collect and I didnt like it so we started over from scratch. I have friends Ive sent there who were thrilled as well. If you are a walk in you may have to wait a bit because they do have appointments too. Walk in doesnt mean walk to a station. Believe me when I say its worth the wait!!

They did a super job. Removed my dip nails and made my real nails look pretty darn good to be so short!!

Went there in the middle of the week to get a overlay taken off and a manicure and pedicure. While she was taking the overlay off she cut my real nail so far down that she had to put a tip on. Then my manicure looked horrible. I was there for over three hours as she had regulars to come in and would start on them and make me wait. So not professional. For what you pay you would think she would be very nice,and professional.

Came here for a pedicure after being completely ignored at another highly rated establishment. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was in a chair within a minute. The service was excellent, very thorough! The shop is very clean, organized and doesnt knock you out with the smell of chemicals. Will definitely come back.

Walked in and was seated immediately. One lady started my nails and then walked out in the middle. TRA finished my gel manicure and did a great job. I would definitely recommend her.

I went to Tina’s Nails in Bartlett recently. My nails were messed up. They were done over and the quality was still poor.

This place does everything: toes, nails, eyebrow, eyelashes! But the most important part of Tinas is the QUALITY of the service. You might have to wait but you will be satisfied.

Just made the TERRIBLE mistake of going to this salon since my normal place, Best Nails, was closed for the weekend.I called ahead to ask about the price of a fill-in plus gel polish and was told $19 but AFTER my nails were finished, they told me their pricing was DOUBLE because my nails were an acrylic fill-in plus gel. Even after explaining that I’d called and ASKED ahead of time, they still ganged up on me and stated that I was told the right price just for gel polish...none of it made any sense because a fill usually MEANS ACRYLIC. They STOLE from me today. If I’d had cash, I would’ve tossed a 20 on the counter and left but all I had was a card. Be VERY SURE of what you’re getting before you let these people touch your nails. No wonder the salon was pretty much empty. Not to mention the fact that I wasn’t even asked how short I wanted them trimmed, she just started clipping! So so frustrated.

A mess... I can’t even. First off they were so rude to me when I asked questions about dip colors. She kept saying how much it was instead of helping. She cut me clipping my nails and proceeded to put acrylic over it. She didn’t sanitize anything after I bled on it. She threw my card back at me. My full set looks like I need a fill in already. She asked a customer to come back because a frequent customer came in.. I just am so annoyed with them and today reminded me why I stopped coming here.

My manicure looked great and I loved all of the pretty nail polish. The gold and silver jewelry was nice too.

Very expensive. long wait. The woman have one customer and are moving on to others ive been here for a hour now.

Very inconsiderate. I go in to get my eyebrows waxed. Literally waiting for 25 mins. Two ladies come after me and they get seated within 5 mins for pedicures. While I’m still waiting. I had to ask why I was still waiting. I was literally the only one waiting. Very inconsiderate of my time. Could have told me I would be waiting an hour for $10 eyebrows. So I could have made the conscious decision to go somewhere else. Very rude. Plus it was Saturday Day and they only had 3 people working. Ridiculous. Came across the street to Kenny Nail and Spa. I was greeted at the door and told how long my wait would be.

Seems very clean...They have bags in the pedicure chair bowls... I like that.

I walked in on a Saturday and they were able to immediately get to me. I could tell she was a little irritated with me as I asked for something out of the norm. I ended up getting acrylic nails with a special design.
