Guy was slow and very rough with my hands. Nails were crooked and not shaped properly.He kept drilling above nail cuticle into my skin which hurted.

My friend and I love this place! I would recommend calling and booking an appt. (they do take walk ins) but if you make an appointment you know you’re covered & your time won’t be wasted. I enjoy how friendly the nail techs are. I have gotten a gel pedi & gel mani different times and each time the techs have been great! Come & try it out you won’t be disappointed!

First off, when I got in the chair the man didn’t even prep my nail AT ALL, just went straight to putting on the tips and they are already lifting after 3 days. I also had to reshape my own nails because they looked so bulky with no shape.Definitely would not come here again.

Spent over an hour getting a full-set before a vacation, only for 1 nail to fall off 3 days later and another to fall off 2 days after that. Went back to get the full set redone, but they refused to do so. They said nothing is guaranteed and I should have known that.Got an attitude from all the workers there, including the owner. They tried to blame me for them falling off and even had the nerve to ask another customer to agree with them. It seems like they mess up so often they can’t afford to RE-do the service when they do, otherwise they would be out of business. Extremely disappointed in the work and the staff. Please tread carefully.

This place is very over-priced for what you get. Only 2 layers of dip. Manicure is a waste. Not cuticle softener. Actual colors do not match the samples.

Took 2.5 hrs to get nails dipped. Color didnt match sample. Staff tried to make it right but the experience was not good. Prices high especially when they did a bad job.

Omg I love THIS PLACE. They have a welcoming environment their very respectful and friendly. I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple years now, Beth, Tina, Amanda and Brianna and management are very welcoming it felt like home, everyone got along, services were in a timely manner just loved the experience. Will continue to keep coming

VERY CLEAN..FIRST VISIT..VERY POLITE..AND KIND..Social Distancing in place with shields between booths and pedicure chairs..I got a pedicure variety of polish...I will return!!🤩🤩🤩

Im a huge tomboy and I rarely get my nails done. I get them done only for my birthday. After a couple of days searching and calling, Ive found a perfect AND a affordable place!Everyone is so sweet and patient!! Ms. Bri gave me the mani pedi as well as the wonderful convo, Ms. Tina did a beautiful job of painting the sunflowers on my hand, and even though Mrs. Beth didnt work on me, her stories are quite funny. I LOVE it here and I cant wait to come back!! 💚💚

Their wait time is entirely too long. There will be literally no one in the waiting area, but it will still take them forever to get to you. This is because they are understaffed with nail technicians, and the few that they do have are inexperienced. Most, if not almost all, of their workers are only specialized in pedicures. If you just want a nice pedicure, this may be a place for you.

I went here once and had a great experience with a male technician, but today was awful. They appeared to be understaffed with 3 techs, but there were only 4 customers. I was told to pick a color & sit at the pedicure station. I waited for 20 minutes, with no one attempting to help or even run water for my pedicure. Then one lady gets finished doing a pedicure and proceeds to sit at a manicure station, but doesn’t help anyone, just sits there on her phone. I left and no one even looked up. I’ll never go back.

My favorite nail salon. Tina is my nail tech and she always have my nails looking pretty. I have tried so many nail salons across this city and no one is like Tina. Amanda is great as well. I am a loyal customer.

Everyone is friendly, nice and do a great job! If you have tried the rest, now its time to go to the best. I have been unhappy with the others, but extremely happy with I uv Nails. I wont go anywhere else anymore. You should give them a try if you havent already. I love Tina and the entire crew.

I went to I Luv Nails today for the first time. The nail technician Tina did an amazing job on my nails and she was very nice! I will be returning every two weeks to get my nails and pedicures done. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I love this place...they take their time on your nails, truly care about you as a person, and treat you like family! Im satisfied with every employee every time I go! Ive been to quite a few places in Memphis and they are my favorite thus far!

You have GOT to go here. I just got a pedicure, and it was an amazing experience. My feet look and feel like I havent been running half marathons for the past 5years, which is definitely not the case. 10/10 will do again.

Terrible, went in and waited an hour and a half to only get my color off and their lights get cut off. Very inconvenient. Couldn’t come back till next off day, went in at 1030a and the same lady was there she said it’ll be over an hour wait. I gave up never going back. Very unprofessional.

I have been coming here for years one person go on vacation and things get turned upside down not to mention I waited for over two hours and then my nails are horrible and you say come back another day I will fix waste of a Saturday 😡😡😡
