If you notice these 5 star comments its mostly caucasian women. It happened the 1st time and blew it off. But not again! The 2nd time had my feet soaking for over 30 minutes. I was up next and they claim the other woman had an appointment...they will put white patrons first no matter what. And its the women of color who provides the most support to their business!!!!

I normally see two ladies when I go to this place. That’s Ann or Cindy. Ann was off today and Cindy was busy with other clients. A new lady did my pedicure she was rough and cut my great toe. She also did a horrible job with the shellac polish. I called back to Nail star and spoke with chao‘s husband and advised him of the issue. He said he have to see what went wrong. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. The always have new people that’s what I don’t like Cindy has been there from the beginning of time. I don’t like dealing with new people.

12 minutes for color change on toes and even nails on hands. A quality job and fast. No appointment, just walked in off the street.☆☆☆☆☆

I went to this salon tonight and i asked for a pretty simple set. I went in and asked for tip and dip, well once we started to get going with the nails i told her that i wanted square shaped and a pretty long nails. Well i got coffin shape on nails that barley went over my fingertips. She then proceeded to mess up my nails when she was checking to see if they were dry but the manager came over and the nail tech told her it was my fault. The manager then told me to move my hand and yanked it and put it in my lap because i didn’t understand and she then told me it was my fault that the lady messed up. I did not tip after this because i paid $45 without saying anything else because no one is scared of a teenager who was not going to cause a scene. I will not go back here at all.

Was definitely great. Service was top notch and my feet feel great. And my nails look great as well. Definitely worth the money spent.

I tried to give this Nail Salon another chance as previous experience was good. But the last two times Ive gone to this shop they rushed my nail set. I am a paying customer just like everyone else and expect to be treated like everyone else. I do not suggest the women who I believe is the Manger to do your nails. Last night was the absolute last straw! As I was getting a pedicure (which is okay) the manager decided to come apply my set. I asked for short coffin. After cutting the nails she filed. *sidenote* the nails always look ugly to me until you apply the acrylic.* So once the acrylic was applied thats when I noticed how she butchered the file job she did rushing. My nails look like they were done by untrained nail techs. The price I was charged does not reflect the work done. (I paid $82), so yeah thats the last time they will mess over me and waste my money.

When someone say nail salon I think of friendly people coming to do my nail not rude people messing my nails up . They were all side ways and I told the woman she was filling to deep and she continued to keep going messing up my real nail and the salon was nasty very unhygienic doesnt sanitize clippers and tools and it will help to wear mask when working on people.

Place was busy, but when I walked in I was Acknowledged I needed repair on nail unlike Tinas nails in barlett, i wasnt acknowledged except for what i needed I sat for on hour waiting Nail Star immediately started soaking nail for repair while I waited. I will be going back

Ive been going here for years. The owners are nice and the work is 5⭐. Sometimes you have to wait a while.

I havent ever had a bad experience here. Friendly employees and ownership. Quality service. The powder dip is fantastic and always lasts three or more weeks. When the world shut down, I had just gotten a powder dip a week before. They hung on for some five or six weeks.

Good for shaping & painting nails ONLY.. if you want simple, they’re a 4/5, the rest of EVERYTHING is wack as hell . Terrible customer service, poor comprehension & Only the GUY was polite out of maybe 4 women... Went once, tipped $10 & I’ll NEVER go back😊

I went in last minute, end if being day for an acrylic set. Was in and out in under 45 minutes. My nails lasted 3 weeks!!! Very reasonable price, who tip It was right about $30. I received a great many compliments and I will go back. When I told her, it was an older woman, I wanted the short because I need to still be able to take of contacts, she completely understood. It was the first time in a very long time the were the exact length I was looking for.

The manicure and pedicure were good but I cannot always get the same employee. I prefer -Candy( nickname)lol but Ill try and make an appointment and see if that helps😊

Love this place by far is the best place to get your nails done.The workers are really nice and do a very good job. The prices are not that expensive. I highly recommend going to this Nail Star.

They messed my nails up twice! One time I got shellac with a design and it looked like my 5 yr old did the design because they were rushing! The second time I got acrylic nails and I asked for a coffin shape -_- ... I wish I had a picture to show you guys but, my nails were different shapes and my gel polish was coming up because she did not let them dry all of the way before adding additional coats of polish. They freak out when they start to get busy so, they rush the person they are working on trying to get to the customers waiting. That is NOT good customer service and I hope they know that they are losing what could be loyal customers!

3 year long customer.... Merchants rushes through clients and began speaking in foreign languages whenever customer doesnt agree with the product. Full-sets wont stay on longer than 6 days without needing another fill or replacement nail. Changes staff approx. every 3 months. Will not return.

**2 stars is for a good job on the pedicures** WE WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I only went because my nail salon was packed and I was pressed for time. The facility is cruddy and needs to be updated as well as the nail stations and massage chairs. They dont seem very sanitary. My manicure was done well, just a little rushed. Before I realized it the lady had started on my nails without asking me to wash my hands or soaking them or spray them with alcohol. I actually washed my hands right before I arrived but I still wanted them to be cleaned again. When I said let me go wash my hands she said not right now wash later. I did not want the drill but she insisted that she had to use it. My mom enjoyed her pedicure and it turned out great like mine but her manicure was trifling. The nail tech barely soaked her hands and did not do a good job polishing, trimming, clipping her cuticle area, pushing back her cuticles or cleaning her nails! When she showed me her hands they looked like they had not been manicured at ALL. The message was relayed to the tech what my mom said and the tech only talked back and forth to her colleague in their language. The manager eventually told her to try to clean them better. Needless to say ....WE WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I am a great tipper and I did not give them a penny more than the $87 that I was charged.

This is the worst nail salon.The people are nice but they did my nails horribly.The lady did not take her time on my nails.She did not push my cuticles back or file my nails. My nails came off within a week and my nail polish rub off.I wanted coffin nails and she did not even do that right. I wanted cheetah print and she made blobs.My nails are short and ugly. I have many hang nails.I will never come here again.

The lady that did my nails kept nicking me with the drill, when I said something she shrugged it off. She tried rushing through the whole process while doing my nails. Didnt ask me what shape I wanted so shedid square. When its time to pick the colors, she didnt really help me find the one I wanted so she told someone to go pick it for me. During the coloring process, she painted it unevenly and got kinda mad that it got mess up abit by the fan. Got home and my right hand nails color started chipping off abit. Im never going back there again. Bad service.

This is the worst nail salon. My fifteen year old got her nails done. She did not file her cuticles down. Her nails started falling off the next day. I will NEVER take her back again. Do not drop your daughter off.

Wouldn’t help me pick the color I found online while she was doing my nails she kept calling people and talking on the phone and taking a long time while doing my nails didn’t put enough glue got mad when I didn’t want the size it was and then when I was all done she went to the next person and waited almost 5 mins until she gave me my stuff and she wasn’t friendly happy or a greeting me making me not enough my vist .

I was a regular customer but the shellac polish constantly chips and bubbles up after a week. Plus one lady was very rude to my mother, so I will not be returning.
