I love this place, the Atmosphere is great, Andrew does my nails. He has been doing my nails for a long time. Oh my mama does my feet, she makes you feel so good. You will get a Massage that will relax you too sleep. She massages your legs also, John has you laughing the whole time that you are there. It’s full of joy, and happiness. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth it. You pay for what you want. I have been going to Andrew for a while now. Anybody that know me will tell you Andrew have my nails on point. And it’s something different and Unique.

Only nail shop I’ll go to! They do an amazing job and remember what you like and don’t like. They treat me with respect and always have my nails looking amazing. I always see people giving them bad reviews for “poor customer service” but when I’m in the shop and people get an attitude with them they’re very patient but if the person starts getting loud or rude best believe John is going to stand up for himself and his family. They know what they’re doing and they do a great job at it!

This is one of the better shops in Memphis however, I do not like the fact that prices are not consistent and I feel its all about how much money they can get you to spend. I was told they no longer dip your fingers in the dipping power due to infections??They use the dipping power and give you acrylic nails. This hurts really bad when the nails break/crack because they break/crack your real nails. I had 2 bleeding fingers the last time I let Andrew do this and I totally disagree this is strictly a way to get you back in the shop for a fill in faster because the dipping power can last you 2 months almost. They charge $20 for the clear tips when they break easily. And why charge so much?? We as their only customer base should really make them re-evaluate how they treat us and what they charge us!! How many people have had their nails break/crack because they figured out a way to get more money?? I also had to listen to him complain the entire time he had to redo my nails which i thought was very unprofessional. They are going to look up and have no customers because of greed. Im definitely looking for other options. EVERYTHING OVER PRICED!!!

I made an appointment yesterday with Jon who normally does not do my nails because he tends to keep up too much female commotion I arrived early after speaking with John twice about my appointment that he sent which was said in a wrong time I still had to wait 15 minutes only to be miss treated and treated rudely after I was treated rudely and addressed and expressed how I feel I was asked to leave the building because John who never does my nails wanted me to leave! I’ve been coming to this nail shop since 2008 this was the worst most disrespectful customer service that I have ever had when I entered the building I felt the tension that Jon had on him he is very rude I’ve sat in seeing him do this to other customers that’s why I stop allowing him to do my nails because I seen how he did other customers that where is the regular .

Bad customer service skills and little to none of communication skills. They prefer for you to pay on cash app. So they don’t have to pay so much in taxes; to the IRS. Or at least that’s what they told me. My family & I will be finding a new salon.

I got a mani/ pedi, 2 toenail tips, and a 3D design. I go there anytime I want something fancy done to my feet since Im not really a nails person. I dont know his name, but hes always doing pedicures. Hes great and thorough, and funny to boot. Hes real exotic looking. Youll know who Im talking about whenever you go.

I started going here because my usual nail shop in Bartlett didnt have some of the designs I wanted to try. Andrew did my nails, done quickly but well, flawless. Its been a month since a fill in and my glitter gel nails look just as awesome as the day he did them! Cant wait to try another style Ive been wanting (which is about $40 cheaper than the other wanted to charge)!! 8-)

Very racist and very rude and disrespectful. Talks about peoples children as well. Please be careful when doing business with this individual. Very unprofessional and also steals pictures and ideas from other websites, claiming that he did the work when it is someone elses. Please be mindful about this business. Doesnt treat their clientele correctly.

I had a great time here. Everyone was welcoming and happy. I came in for a take off and overlay. Take off took the longest. They soaked me which was preferable so I didnt mind the time at all. Especially when John keeps you smiling and happy. John did rush though. Like full set in 30min. Considering that, he did a damn good job. Only one nail was crooked which he fixed no fuss. The nail art he does is PHENOMENAL!

On February 21st I went to model & spa nail shop 1258 Getwell red, Memphis, tn 38111. I went for a pedicure and to get my real nails done. The owner said his name is Jon, so fast forward the man or woman that did my feet cut me with a razor blade very deep, I took pictures, also informed the owner this unprofessional guy said all okay. My foot is still hurting bad the cut so deep I am going to doctor, also there very unprofessional I were listen to Jon talking about all his customers, and there children I thought this were very unprofessional, the black African American are the ones supporting these Asian shops, I can assure you after this I must fine me an black African American salon. They talked there other language and there talking about us likes animals, they have there prices on the wall but they try to tell customers a different price there very inconsistent with there prices I noticed be try to charge everyone $90 dollars, he tried to overcharge me. There hungry for our money, I will purse this matter, they dont give receipts, because I figure it out they want only cash or cashapps, thats because there avoiding paying taxes with the IRS. Oh I can assure IRS will get notification, if we pay taxes in our states, what makes them think there going to get by. Selling fake purses I can assure LOUBUTIAN and other vendors will be notified so STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP JON ABD HIS FAMILY ARE CROOKED AND THIEVES, ROBBING CUSTOMERS OF THERE MONEY. AS I STATED HE DEFINITELY WASNT GOUNG TO RIPPED ME OFF. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, TALKS ABOUT OUR PEOPLE I HEARD HIM CALL ONE BLACK SHE LOOKS RUSTY, AFTER MY INCIDENT CUTTING ME, CUT OR NO CUT I WAS NOT GOING TO RETURN TO THIS HELL HOLD

If I could rate it a zero, I would! Very disrespectful establishment. Very unprofessional and they purposely do a poor job, so you can come back. More specifically Jon, you do not have to worry about my monkey species behind coming back there.

Went in yesterday (first time) and was never greeted. I picked out a color and sat down. Once I was called I was asked what shape, how long, and if I wanted acrylic or gel. I opted for gel. Now Ive gotten gel nails for over 10 years so I know the process. As she starts my nails I noticed that some werent straight. I pointed it out but nothing was done about it. As she started to put the gel on my nails it was a lot of product used for one nail. I hate thick looking nails and I know that youre only suppose to use a pea- size amount and build from that. They were also lumpy and bumpy. I was told once she buffs them it would smooth out (nope)!! No clear gel protective coat went on my nails after she finished them and she put oil on them before I washed my hands. This is a no no. After looking at my nails I notice that gel was not applied on the sides of my thumbs yet she continued to polish them. It was a horrible experience! When in business u cant have your picks and chooses when it comes down to customer service. My money is just as good as the next persons. So until my fill- in Im stuck with thick, wide, lumpy looking nails. Never again!!!!

Ladies do not go to this place. They do their job but will not give you the service you ask for. I got cheated on my gel set! I dont wear polish of no kind and instead of the gel hardening they use gel polish. I have bitten all of it off except for my nails. Thats why I dont wear polish. Now my nails are not shining. So never will I go to them again. Ladies be careful. By the way I am a licensed cosmetologist that know her knowledge!

Do NOT let John do your nails. I called beforehand and was told a full acrylic set was $20. I specifically asked for acrylic with gel color and just a simple sparkly ring finger (Stilleto shape). He gave me a dip powder acrylic set, and did not go all the way to my cuticle (I’m assuming on purpose so I would have to get a fill sooner than usual). Without asking, told me he was giving me a “free design” on my index finger. He made them so thick that a week later I was able to pop all the nails right off because they were catching hair under them (I’m a hairdresser so I can’t have that happening). When he was finished charged me $65. To avoid embarrassment I paid without questions and tipped and extra 10. Will NOT be going back. Very rude to milk customers like that and upcharge for something I didn’t ask for....

It’s okay they do a okay job and it’s clean in this place as well and you might get a good laugh at John one of the nail tech here he’s funny as hell.. hey John lol

Beware before you go! First time I went my nails were decent looking. I was told let me freestyle. And Ive ran into other people and turns out he tells them the exact thing and only puts nude gel with glitter on your nails and charges you a arm and a leg!! Prices are never accurate and he surely will not explain them. Second time I came my nails was done in about 10 minutes and none were shaped properly. They were thrown together and hideous looking. Its all about the money there but from the pictures on Instagram you would think his work is amazing! Not. Unless its going on Instagram other than that your nails will be sloppy and you will be overcharged for everything.

All of them are awesome. Ive been going there for the last 3 years. They are up to date on all the latest nail trends. The prices are on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Now, I dont have anything bad to say, but I will say this. I agree with the previous lady. If John does your nails, you are going to be out in 10 mins. If you want someone to rush so you can get in and out, go to John. I prefer Andrew to do my nails. I dont like people rushing me so they can get me out and move on to the next customer. When I am spending money, i like to develop relationships with the people im spending money with. Make me feel like you appreciate my business whether I spend $4 or $400. Be pleasant! Laugh! Ask people how their day is going! John has his days and ways and he has his favorites. If he likes you or you spend $100 everytime you go, he will love you to death. Otherwise you dont exist. Hes grouchy alot lol but I know hes probably tired. But if you catch John on a good day, hes fun and will make you die laughing! Andrew takes his time doing your nails. No lines, cracks, crevices or nothing. You can get a fill in 20 times in a row, and it would look like just got a brand new set!! John is the bomb on designs. And their mom is the bomb on pedicures. If Andrew is not there, let Angel do your nails. Shes good too. And by no means am i trying to bash anyone, by this review. Im just being honest. But I love going there. Oh! And Pearl is good with designs too, but John is the best. I will continue to go there! 😍😘😘😙

Beautiful shop but however it’s two days later and my shellac polish is already chipping off my toes I paid 110 for my nails and toes and my nails are already coming up from the top my nails are beautiful but I’m disappointed with the quality I’ll never return to this shop I get better quality with my $50 nails
