I have ALWAYS had stellar service when I patronize them. However, the last time I went after work and got there around 6:30 and felt rushed because some were ready to go home ASAP!! I understand the feeling but when youre in a customer service oriented business your profit depends on pleasing the customer. In any case, I will be returning to give them an opportunity to make amends.

My boyfriend and I went in to get pedicures. The lady that did mine only half tried to scrub my feet. I also got a full set of acrylics. Almost every nail you could see my actual nails on the side which means she didnt use the right size tip. When we asked about my nails all they said was after they are painted they will be fine! 😒🙄 then when we asked if someone could go back over my heels we got attitude. The lady that owns the place was sweet and tried... by the end, my nails werent fixed, the owners daughter got a real nasty attitude after she just stepped into the conversation, and MY FOOT WAS BLEEDING! THEN THEY STILL CHARGED US FULL PRICE!! SMH

My mother took my daughter and me yesterday, 6/10/21, for my daughters birthday. We all had the very best time. First. We all got pedicures. Which included lower leg Massage with hot stones, and polish. Then, JUNE DID THE MOST AMAZING SET OF CURVED NAILS EVER!! I fgotthe Eagle curved nail tips. Intrllunmmed, with an acrylic overlay and a mesmerizing Rose Gold gel polish that looks like foil its SO SHINY!! It really is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I WILL NEVER GO ELSEWHERE. NJUNE. IM ALL YOURS HONEY! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Terrible customer service! When asked to clean up a half done pedicure, my girlfriend was met with resistance and excuses before finally taking care of the job. That was a big mistake because she left bleeding from her heel. No concessions, or any type of acknowledgement of their incompetence. Only bad attitudes and ignorant behavior from the employees.

I got this dip manicure THREE complete weeks ago - during which time I have lived a very full life and not been gentle at all with my nails lol. Of course you can tell the nails are growing underneath now after three weeks, but I am very impressed with how great it still feels and looks after everything my nails have been through in the last three weeks! It was absolutely worth every penny of the $60 and I will keep coming right here in the future :) I highly recommend the pedicure services here as well 🙌

The place was nice and the service was nice but my no chip full set only lasted 4 days and I paid $75 . It’s unfortunate because the atmosphere was so nice but that’s a lot of money to waste.

I had been getting my nails done for over 20 years.. I have only been going to them for about 2 years .. I am a creature of habit, if I like the service I will become a long time customer. If I dont I will not patronize the establishment. From day one (way before Covid-19) this place was always clean & sanitized. The service is remarkable. I make my appointments with the same nail tech & she has yet to disappoint me. If you are looking for a peaceful, clean atmosphere this the place to go!

Found them on an emergency need and have been using them every since and honey child they serve wine..mmmmm. See men in there taking care of their hands and feet.

I frequent this place a lot and I have two favorite people, Kim and Scott. Scott is the absolute best! I’ve had many of pedicures throughout my life and he is by far the best. I Am willing to say that I love massage more than the average person and he is exceptional at it. He makes the entire experience worth your time and money. Before Kim, I was ready to find another place. However, Kim went on maternity leave and I tried Scott. So glad I did!!

I was greeted by young lady who couldnt really pay attention because her boyfriend was standing up there with their being very flirtatious. I waited 30 minutes and all I came in here was for a 15 minute manicure and nobody came to check up on me and asked me if I was ready for my service. I also notice that there are only 4 workers and about 9 people waiting to be served they actually what put you in a chair and no one they want even already to see you.

I just started working out in Memphis, and I needed to get my nails done before I go to the beach this weekend. The lady who is pregnant, (I should’ve gotten her name) was so patient and helpful when I was picking a color for dip. She even demonstrated one on a fake nail for me. I highly recommend this place! Everyone was super nice. I was seated within 2 seconds of walking in the door.

I love this place. I only get a pedicure. I made an appointment for 3. We were quickly sat to get started. Offered drinks and actually had conversations with us.If I come and theyre busy I appreciate the honesty of saying itll be a while before Im able to get service instead of waiting. Very friendly staff majority the young people.

I thought I found the most perfect salon. Ive been here quite a few times, at least 8 months. I went in on 5/29/20 for a full set and a pedicure for 110.00. Perfect! no problem, my nails were beautiful! Two days later my NEW FULL SET began to lift. Of course Im going back for a fix because I literally JUST got my nails done. On Sunday 5/31/20 I called the salon, no answer, and I visited to get my nails fixed but they were closed (which is a new change). I thought to myself, fine, Ill come first thing in the morning. Today 6/1/20, I arrived at 9:15am. I was first, the older guy came in, began to work on my nails, they were all crooked, I politely said I will wait on someone else to arrive . He said ok! The owner who did my full set on 5/29 arrived about 30 min after open. She first said you broke your nails I said no, theyre lifting with a new full set like theyre pop offs! I need them fixed! She began to work on my nails, mind you there are about 6 more customers being serviced, as well as customers leaving after I arrived first. She says your nails wet ....fair enough... THREE NAILS WET...and everyone knows it takes literally a few minutes for acrylic to dry .I can understand if I BROKE nail or chipped a nailI will even understand if Im lifting on a fill in.No, a fresh full set, TWO days prior .So am I being put on the back burner because Im getting a fix for your poor job?Is it because Im not paying to get a fix for something on your behalf?Is that why I have to sit and watch everyone get serviced, after arriving 15 min before everyone.Customers kept saying thats so wrong!She begins working on a pedicure, damn near COMPLETES The pedicure. IM FURIOUS!!! I politely asked hey, Im dry, how much longer, I arrived at 9:15 she responds in whatever language they speak. Totally ignores me! I then decide, with everything going on in the world today... Do I act a fool? Or do I simply leave and never return? I left at 10:35am with 3 nails all out of wack and terrible ..... I am so upset by her actions, my feelings were hurt, i was FURIOUS. For your fault on a poor nail job, lack of respect to customers. I will never visit this place again. TERRIBLE experience . I feel crazy for not standing up for myself in a sense ... but I am happy I peacefully left. This nail shop must do better, I have supported you guys and this is a place I spend my hard earned coin.... RESPECT ME especially when you are in the wrong.

I came right before closing and I was serviced beautifully. The gentleman, who did my pedicure, wasn’t rushed and he took his time to give me an awesome experience. My feet look and feel great.

I have been a customer for years! I love this place. Kim is my favorite Nail doctor and Lee is the owner and she is the best and so funny. The place is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I would suggest an appointment as most of the staff has regulars so its best to try to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately I cant go as much as I have moved away, and I miss this place.

Very rude! And my nails looked awful. I paid $50 plus a tip for acrylics which was pretty cheap. But I would have been more than happy to pay more for nails that were done better. I just to make conversation but everyone seemed cold to me and it made the long experience awkward. I also felt afraid to express what I wanted because the lady woof roll her eyes or sigh every time I tried to address her. Basically had to reshape my nails on my own and they only lasted a week. I don’t like to complain but after losing a nail today and all the constant problems I’ve had with them over this past week has made more frustrated with this place.

Clean and organized I took a patient there far my employer and from what I observed the people seem to have there business well organized. I liked what I saw.

My nails are okay... But they were rude. I do have short fingernails, but getting them polished has never been a source of contention before. One lady even tried to force me into getting a full-set and kept remarking about my nails and walking by grimacing when she saw another technician manicuring them. The nail tech doing my pedicure was rude constantly rolling her eyes, huffing, and being short.People have bad days, but they werent busy and I just came for a shellac mani/pedi which they listed as 60 bucks on their menu, then charged me 80 bucks for. I didnt feel like arguing, so I let it be...I wont be back.

I get my nails done here all the time. Lee and Tony are awesome even during busy times. I noticed the complaint about the water and Id like to say that here you need to only ask to get it changed and if they let you sit it is due to letting you relax for a while in the massage chair. Also they are walk in basis mostly and a 30 minute wait is not bad depending on the service you want. Next time chill out have some wine or enjoy some Red Koi next door. Either way my nails always are up to par.

If I could have given negative stars, I would have. I love getting my nails done but never have I EVER been talked out of getting my nails done AT the nail shop!!First no one could do a design on nails because the only person who does designs was out so I said okay, Ill just get something simple like this ombre polish design......NOOOOOOOOOOne of the tech said thats too expensive for you. ..WHAT!! Why is that I asked, she said because its almost 70 dollars. Take in mind, I AM wearing a baseball cap and leggings, maybe I LOOK like I cant afford it but I assure her that I work every day and I want what I want.Then she says, well, maybe you can get regular nails with two different polish colors instead of that one. I said no maam, I want that oneShe proceeded to call a guy and another lady over who said that it was expensive powder and that it would take a long time and if I wanted it I would have to wait for the third lady to finish with two more people before she could get to meTake in mind, I had already been waiting for about an hour. I said finally and very politely I might add...... I think Ill wait and go somewhere else. But thank you anyway.Waste of my afternoon. NEVER RETURNING AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I came in with a friend for a pedicure and my feet soaked 36 minutes before someone came to help me. Her pedicure is almost over and another customer got serviced ahead of me. I would not recommend.

Ive been getting basic or spa pedis (manis less frequently) here for years. I didnt mind paying a little more because the service was really good, people friendly, and they serve free beverages. Since I tend to drink at least one glass of wine, I consider it even.I havent found the techs that do the basic mani/pedis to be rude. I dont do the shellacs, gels, tips, dips, or designs, so I cant speak to those services or the techs that perform them.The service *has* suffered as theyve gotten busier. I agree with other reviewers that its best to schedule an appointment, or youre likely to have a long wait.If I choose to wait, I do appreciate waiting in a massage chair, sipping a glass of wine, with my feet soaking in some warm, fragranced, bubbling water vs. in a hard chair at the front of the salon, near a door that keeps opening and closing.Its almost as if the wonderful service they provided early on earned them a great reputation that helped grow their customer base, and theyve failed to respond to this growth in a way that maintains the level of customer service that clients (old and new) expect. And thats unfortunate.

I liked few nail techs that work there, so I have been using their services for about a year. However, the owners are rude, ESPECIALLY the male. Will not be back. Way too many other places in the area with better service and prices.

Do not go to this place the nail techs are trash and they do not speak English they dont give quality for the prices and use very cheap products. Your nails wont last long Ive had better service at a place that only charge $18

I went for a pedicure and it was wonderful and then i decided to get a fill-in, it was done by a different person and she was rude, horrible, pulling my hand act like she had a problem with doing my nails. It was the worst I have experience they need to teach her some customer service because she is very lacking on hers. I went on a Friday and today is Wednesday my fill-in has lifted, chipped, and it looks like i got this done weeks ago. She will never ever touch my hands again (she has long streak brown and blonde hair) be aware of the rudeness. But I will be back for the pedicure well maybe.

Just left after sitting in this place for almost 30 minutes without being acknowledged. Horrible customer service!!!! I have been in there a number of times and have experienced this before the only reason I continue to come back is because of one nail tech. But my business will bring going somewhere else

Stopped here bc of Google reviews hoping for an amazing pedicure what got was standard ar best and not worth 50. Little to no massage, took hot stones and just rubbed up and down legs once before putting away. Very disappointing. Left wishing I had picked a different nail salon

I used to visit frequently until I noticed the lack of appreciation for loyal customers. Also, recently I went to get a mani/pedi and I was told there would be a wait. No problem, I waited. About 35 minutes of waiting a lady with two young girls walks in. She was advised after 10 minutes of waiting that the wait was going to be pretty lengthy and she should leave and come back in an hour. Once they returned an hour later, I was still there waiting and they were seated at pedicure seats. I finally was seated after them and I was asked to wait longer for someone to finish eating. Meanwhile, the lady and the kids were starting their pedi. I politely got up and left and informed Le the owner that I will never return. Why did I have to continue to wait, why couldnt the lady who came well after me wait for the person to finish eating?

I used to visit this place regularly when they first opened. However the service has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY since in the past 18 months. On my last visit I was left in a pedi chair for 20 minutes at an unbusy time of day with ZERO service- the water was not warm and was cold 5 minutes in, all the nail techs consistently walked past my station and indifferently went about their business. No one came by to check on me the entire time. The only recognition I received was when I walked out. Terrible service, undesirable employee attitudes, inexperienced techs and they give preferential treatment to certain customers. Not my kind of business.

Going on three weeks will a shellac mani i got on vaca in memphis no chips!! This was after i had my acrylics taken off after about a month. This gel mani is fire🔥🔥🔥

I called in advance to schedule an appt for a Saturday. I showed up for my appt at 12pm and waited 30 mins before getting seen. I informed that guy (one of the owners) that I had an appt. He looked at me and walked away. At about 12:40 a group of 4 ladies walked in. They were promptly greeted and seen by ladies that were doing manicures on people as they were finishing up. I informed the same guy that we were there before them and we had an appt. He then looked at the appt book, I looked with him, and he saw I had an appt at 12. He then seated my friend and I. We sat for an additional 10 mins as the workers took mini eating/lunch breaks. Once my nail tech arrived, she stated she was unaware we had an appt. She apologized but I felt the owner just didnt care. He had nothing to say other than sorry for the confusion and that the people that arrived after us had an appt too. Whether they had an appt or not they arrived after us. Im big on customer service and their customer service was horrible. I will not be returning and I suggest you not waste your money here. I just read some other reviews and noticed that their customer service has been going down over the past months.

First of all...the lady doing my pedicure did not speak to me or even smile at me. However, she spoke to the other nail tech in English off and on. Secondly, I had two acrylics break half way off not even a week later!! I’ll be looking for another shop and taking my money elsewhere.
