Yasssss! I went in and Ms. Kathy was great. The place is clean and lovely. Plus, I love a salon where you can get all services in one place! Wax (not just brows), Mani, Pedi, and eyelash extensions. Most full service spas charge an arm and a leg, but the prices here are fair!! Not only is it based off quantity, but it is good quality work too! I will definitely make Pure Organic my new go to nail spa .

Cathy is the best!! Very spacious and relaxing salon with new chairs including child sized for pedicures and great professional service. This is one of my favorite happy places! Highly recommended.

I have been to a client of Kathy Vo’s for a number of years now. She was recommended to me by a friend after I had been looking for a salon where I could experience both professional services and a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. I have found both with Kathy.Her staff is diverse and so is her clientele. The salon is always clean and well organized and Kathy is always timely while at the same time giving each client her full attention when providing services.I am African American and a woman. Visited for the first time last week for a dip powder and already one has popped off and another is chipping. Thinking it was the younger girl maybe not as experienced. I get these at another salon regularly and they usually last weeks without chipping. Unfortuanately for me not worth $40 to have less than a week manicure. Love the organic concept

Ive been to many nail salons but have never had my gel mani last like it does when I have it done at Pure Organic! Kathy does a beautiful job, and my nails look great for 3-4 weeks! I highly recommend Pure Organic!

Priced too high and work is mediocre. Also kathy who is Asian whatever catered to the white women. I never experienced this from other nail places and I have visited a few. Will never return here. Worst experience ever

I drove all the way from hackscross area with me and my older kids at 9am and as soon as we walk in she told me she could service me so why have a shop open at 6am. I work hard to earn my money and spend it on what I want. The thoughts that ran through my head she also had to other clients so I guess she was trying to tell me she was going to work on them until 7pm when they closed. People kill me how the act toward other people you block yourblessings when you act like that. FYI TELL YOUR CUSTOMER SHE DIDNT HAVE TO LOOK SO AFRAID AND LOOK AROUND IM A PAYING CUSTOMER TOO

Super clean, wonderful work,great pricing, Ill never go anywhere else, btw they even have 2 little girl chairs, Cathy is awesome, me and my girls walk out looking like a million bucks every time,

It was a random and pleasant visit for me. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the cleaness of the shop. The staff was very friendly and they​ take pride in their work.

Booked an appointment for today and the owner called and verified last night and also forced me to pay half of the total of my costs because my appointment was so early and she was scared I wouldn’t show I didn’t want to but I did anyways so here it is time for my appointment and she calls me and says she can’t make it take in mind I’ve already reschedule my whole day to be here because I have to leave town this was just very unprofessional and I will never book or come here again who does that after making such a big deal about me not coming then flake I did get my money back but it’s the principle of the whole thing now I’m inconvenienced

Worst experience ever!! If I could give them zero stars I would because after I told them I wasnt satisfied,they insulted me by saying I just didnt want to pay for the pedicure. Told me it was my fault the man did a bad paint job, for multiple reasons of course like: I had the massage chair on, which I offered to turn off and he rejected, and after he put on my sandal on my foot instead of the sandal they are supposed to provide supposedly​ my foot wasnt positioned right and my foot wouldnt lay flat and he didnt want to touch my toes. After reading another negative review, that they told me wouldnt exist, Im convinced he doesnt really want to touch our dark skin or something!!! Seriously!!! Like Im really not blowing this out of proportion!!! Please dont waste your time... If you want a pedicure thats actually worth the $35 I paid here, go to Envy Nails in Southaven!!!

I have been coming heresince it was KT’s Nails. My absolute go-to place to get my nails done. Friendly professional staff in a lovely salon. Excellent service-never had an issue.

I will never go back to this place !! They cut me and that has never happened to me !! Plus they left my nails supper thick and the polish is horrible !! Sorry but for what I had done the price was high I usually go to mimis but they where close and they charge me $18 and the nails are beautiful they do a great job!!! And thats for the short length and thats what I had done and here at organic nail spa I paid $25 and it was horrible. I really dont recommend this place .

This establishment is UNPROFESSIONAL, RACIST, AND UNSTABLE! First off as I walked in, a young lady approached me and COULDNT speak English at all or just didnt want to really socialize. I told her what I wanted and she directed me to the chair. After awhile, I notice she barely knew what she was doing!! I was trying to talk to her and she STILL DIDNT TALK and acted NONCHALANT! She made countless mistakes on my nails and caused me to BLEED! After that, I as Black African American woman was RACIAL PROFILED and had to PAY IN ADVANCE before more services was rendered. I asked 2 people in the salon did they have to pay first and they didnt. I was baffled and sadden at the fact I was treated based on my skin color. The owner said I had to pay because people was running out of the salon. However, Two Caucasian Males came in and received services without paying!Shortly, I didnt want the young lady to finish cause she didnt know what she was doing only for another woman to get on my nails and caused me to BLEED again. Afterwards, she let me know to stay under the UV light only 90secs and I can tell by her body language she was ready for me to leave. I will never come again because how I was UNFAIRLY TREATED!!! EVERYONE SHOULD NR EQUALLY TREATED THE SAME!!

I first must say this is a beautiful, clean, & airy nail shop but I did not like the service I received on today. Came in with high hopes because it was recommended by a vegan & is advertised as an organic nail shop, got a deluxe ORGANIC pedicure and it was just ok. They put wax on your feet and into plastic bags and foot heaters for about 5 mins. I didn’t quite understand what was organic about it when they use the same things to do a regular pedicure with paraffin wax added. Also in the middle of the pedicure my sister, who was getting gel nails at the time, and I were both told we had to pay IN ADVANCED due to an incident that happened last week because a customer ran off on them. To me that was disrespectful and we should’ve been told that BEFORE the service started. & also this white gentleman that walked in right after me and was sat immediately and I highly doubt he had to pay in advanced because she didn’t ask him like she did me and my sister. On top of that the lady who did my pedicure was nice but the polish that was used was so gummy that my feet sat under the dryer for about 20 mins and when I took toe separaters off, the polish went right with it. Asked the lady who did them to re do it and she just took some off and polished over it and it looked even worst

My sister and I called and asked what time they closed and we also asked if they had time to do a full set and they said yes as soon as we walk in and look for a color they woman tells us to hurry up cause they close soon I went ahead and told my sister to sit down I will look for a color for her she wanted a type of blue color I got multiple of them then my friend accidentally bumped into me and i had dropped a color so we told the woman and we had to clean it up but I understand if you drop it you you pay for it and of course clean it up while cleaning it up some nail polish remover go on my slide and messed it uplate on of the woman kept talking constantly then when they say they were finna close they let a man in and didn’t rush him for anythinh but I wouldn’t recommend no one here cause they do a terrible job at painting and making the shape of your nails

Worse experience ever first time going the man that did my pedicure cut the bottom of my foot with the blade when the blade came off the handle and my cuticles around my nail bend my toes back like he was about to break them keep pushing the back of my foot down hard on the foot rest talked about me in their language like I didnt know and then when he got done got up and said whew. From the moment I sat down he keep looking at me like he didnt want to do my pedicue..he didnt even do the back of my feet, the two ladies doing the nails keep looking at me and talking in their langue. No one every apologize for how he treated me and charged me 40.00 for the pedicure that I didnt even get the massages turned on.. I will never go back to this place EVER
