Very rude! Very unprofessional when I asked about my nail price for the service I had received the old man with glasses made a statement ‘if y’all don’t like the price y’all can go somewhere else’ referring to me and a few more other young women(black African Americans). I don’t recommend anyone to go there!

Got my first pedicure ever. It was a strange but great experience. My lady took me and I didnt expect to enjoy it as much as I did. I have a job that is hard on my feet and it was nice for them to be pampered. Ill definitely do it again.

This Use to be a great place. I had been going for years,until I discovered Queen nails. Been going to Queens for past 3 years. I stop here from time to time when Queens is full.The nail tech I use to see is no longer there, and they only have like 2 nail techs and one person doing pedicures. The wait time is awful and the service is poor now. All I ever get is a shellac polish on natural nails took 2 hours compared to a one hour job. WONT BE BACK!

I have been sitting in the pedicure chair for over an hour. And once you get in the chair you have to pay for services whether render or not. They dont give you a time frame and ignore your questions. They simply say one moment. One moment has turned into 60 minutes.

They have poor service and not professional at all and they garbage they can’t never give me the designs I ask them to do for me and they don’t pay attention to who’s next they just try to do for who ever spending the most money....!!!!! Very bad costumer service

Greedy at money and they don’t work on one customer a time. They bounce in between customers which is stupid, they need to take care of one person at time.

I just walked in for a fill-in and was cut deeply by the drill as she was taking off my shellac polish. First time ever going bc my coworker has raved about them. I will not return and suggest they pay more attention to what they are doing. Needless to say I left immediately after that happened and did not continue my services as it could have resulted in an infection.

I have never had anyone do my nails as neat as Lilly. A different lady applied my polish which could have used another coating but I left satisfied. I will be returning.

I went to this nail salon because my nail lady is still closed since Covid 😩. I have had some bad experiences since she has been closed but they did an amazing job and the price was very reasonable. I will be going back to see them

I was appalled at the fact that one of the employees was incredibly nasty towards me and decided to stop midway through doing my nails and provide service to an older white woman, as a result of assuming that I was a teen. Not to mention how rough her replacement was on my nails. I will not be returning and if you happen to read this go elsewhere.

Some of the people there are rude. They cut me more than once. They do whatever they won’t to your nails. I asked for round nails and they gave me square. They are really rough. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They also have flies in there.

STAY AWAY! I wish I could give them a 0. The only time the lady giving me a pedicure spoke to me is when she asked me what color I wanted. She was talking on the phone the entire time. There was NO foot rub, which honestly is my favorite part. And when she put the hot towel on me she bent my foot. I told her it was too hot and she just rolled her eyes at me and continued. I wiggled my feet to get her to stop but her phone conversa was much more important. Is been 45 min and my toes are still red. The WORST

This wasn’t the worst place I visited but not the best.. I came here because the shop I wanted to visit was closed a few days for the holiday. I got a pedicure and a fill in. My pedicure wasnt horrible but they were a little rough and I suspected cleanliness habits. They seemed to spray tools with alcohol and wipe but not much more... that’s only from what I’ve seen though... Overall I enjoyed the pedicure besides them telling me they didn’t want to give me an overlay. The acrylic fill was worse... the lady hurt me with the drill, she continuously drilled my cuticles. Along with the pain, I didn’t like that I could see the difference in acrylic from my old nails and the new nail fill in, it felt half done. They also were very shady with pricing. A fill in was supposed to be $13+. I noticed a lady came in after me and they kept changing her price and adding additions because her nails were too long or they could do this or that and never stuck to a certain price: I know for sure I got an acrylic fill in-French nails with a gel top coat, I didn’t ask for, and they charged me $20. When I asked about it she said gel was always more and I didn’t feel the need to argue. My index finger nail also fell off after 3 days. I tipped a bit and left for their time but the experience and product didn’t seem worth the money. They got me though the day as it was an emergency event I needed to attend but the service was sub par and the end product was not very lasting.

Very rude staff. I asked for really hot water. She rolled her eyes and huffed while looking right at me and said I was gonna want it colder soon. Then commented that it gets cold fast. I brought my own flip flops that had toe separators made into them . The tech refused to use them. I asked again. She just flat out said no. Just about every tech was short and rude. Eventually close to tio time she pretended to be involved. Then collected payment and left with her coat and keys before I could even grab my own keys. Thats my 3rd and last visit. Each visit is exactly like this. Ive had 3 different techs each time hoping for a different result since theyre so close to my home.

Im a clean freak...and this salon is not clean...theres nail dust everywhere...They use the same equipment(drills,files,buffer) on everyone floor wasnt swept. This salon needs to do better concerning their cleanliness. Another thing they should be more clear on the prices...Ive seen them go back amd forth with customers about that before.

I waited a little time to be serviced. They still took so long that i have to pay for undone nails in order to get to work. Not organized and they could have been nicer for what we paying.

The nail technical didnt know how to fix my nails. My fingers are fat. And she placed my nail angle to the side Wrong and my nails look Horrible. And they put nail on my fingers and I ask for just a Polish saying No Problem it going to look good. But Im paying for just a Polish over and over she kept saying okay. They prices went from $60 dollars to $40 more then what I was told. They added nails etc. Never again will I patronize there Business 💣

My last time going there. Attitudes and bad vibes as if they dont want you there. I kept going because I usually go in after 5. I dont have time before then. She asked what did i want and after i told her, she said they were closed. Why even ask?? They werent closed at 5:30 all the other times before. They just didnt want to do it. Never again.

I wish I could give them 0 stars because my experience was awful. They sat me down and a man drills into my nail taking my nail polish off, but drilled to deep and too close to my finger; It even started to bleed. Next a women comes and puts the acrylic part on but got quite a bit under my nail, now I can’t get it out. Then a different women paints my nail but dust paint my whole nail and gave me the wrong nail polish. I asked for gel but she kept saying “you want shellack.” Then she says they are the same thing which I am pretty positive they are not. My whole experience at T-Nails was horrible. I walked away with sore fingers and nail polish that chipped an hour or two later. Plus when I went back to tell them what they did they denied it and said they wouldn’t give me my money back. It’s a waste of time and money!

I decided to stop here to get pampered because it was closer than any other shop from the disaster shop I was @ prior. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. I received service as soon as I chose my color. My pedicure tech, Mia was a sweet lady, she held my hand and guided me to my seat when I was done to get my manicure.I wanted to soak my nails to remove my overlay, but one of the techs said I didnt need to because it would take too long. She removed my nails by prying off and left my fingers sore!! My toe is also sore from being nicked a few times during my pedicure. Im going to press my luck and take care of my nails!!

I wish... I wish so bad that they had a 0 star review because this lady messed my nails up completely... Refused to give me a refund FOR NAILS THAT ARE UNFIXABLE and nails I dont want.... I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON..

I stopped today to have my nails done. This was the first time I had ever been here and I assure you it will be the last time. While removing my nail polish she burnt me with the drill and made me bleed. She never apologized or seemed to care. She got mad when I couldnt understand her. She was rude so I paid her for having removed my polish and left. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Got shellac polish in the young guy with the ponytail didnt put the top coat on so my polish chip so badly. 😠Than had to pay full price to get it fix.. Only was a week ago. Had my nails re done on within a week the shellac polish peeled off again. Never again!!

First when I walked in no greeting. The young said pick a color. Then I was told to move to a seat and then moved again to end up at a booth with all the of polish. When the woman came to paint my nails 30 minutes laster she grabbed my feet and then told me that it would be 10$ The sign says 8$. I go and pick out a different color. I ask her to shape my nails she tells me an extra 2$. So I decline. Then the nail tech rushed my nails and got polished all over my feet. They are rude and I will not be returning to this un professional place.

They do ok but the place is always creepy quiet although there are TVs all over the walls.. and u have to tell them several times what you want done.. like I wanted two nails repaired and she kept saying FILL IN TOO . Smh.. I just had a fill in and my nails popped off like a Lee press on nail..and they still charged me ten dollars to repair the two nails and repaint them and one of my nails I showed her was about to pop off .. she just took it off charged me and that was that.. your nails should not pop up and off at the cuticle a day later no matter who does ur nails

Waited for over an hour for just a fill in. My nails were damaged by the drill and although it was somewhat repaired, their smug attitudes and cocky behavior made me leave prematurely. They receive a lot of business therefore they could care less about customer service. That was my last visit. 👎

Got a pedicure Tuesday May 8th .. my big toe has been sore since then .. I have been complaining to my fiance that my toe is sore as hell since that day and today is Friday May 11th .. so today puse come out from around my toe nail .. I decided to call the nail shop and the lady that answered the phone claim she dont understand me 👎👎👎👎👎
