Decent nails, terrible service. Kevin is no longer the owner and the staff is different. Lily did my nails, she nicked me a couple times and was very rough and unapologetic. She left product all over my skin. I always tip my nail tech. very well especially those that take care of me but I just felt unappreciated and rushed. I asked for two black stripes on ONE nail, she said it would be $10 extra. And yet right next to me there is a display of nails with heavy jewels and designs for the SAME price. I feel like she said that price just so I would keep moving. Like I said the nails are decent but don’t expect to be treated like they appreciate your business.

Long wait and they are expensive I paid $70 for a pedicure they charge $20 for two design and the design are not even cute. Most nail shops its $5 or $6 per design. That was my last time there.

Got a full set done the day after Mother’s Day and the following week they started to fall off. Kevin normally does my nails but he hasn’t been there in a while. Although the young man did an amazing job on my feet. I can’t say the same about my nails. I paid $38 only for them to fall off a week later. Most definitely not going back and I been going here since 2007. In all I spent $90 ( feet/eyebrows) and I was not satisfied with my nails...

I attend the salon on Riverdale. Duc is an awesome nail tech! Everyone one in the salon does a great job!! Service is ALWAYS Wonderful. They greet EVERYONE who comes in the door and say good bye and thank you when you leave.?

You get what you pay for. Powder set chipped daily and I was constantly in the chair getting it repaired. Good customer service, but quality falls short.

This is the most rudest nail salon I’ve ever encountered. The sad thing is it happens each time I visit and I’m the incompetent one for continuing to return. I hate the way the do their customer nails so I only go there for the wife, Jackie to wax my eyebrows because that is the ONLY thing she does well. Even then, they do not speak to you, ask you what you’re in for when you walk through the door. Now I’m all for first come first serve when it comes to a company, but for you to tell me I have to wait in 6 pedicures and manicure to be done before i can receive my 3 minute brow wax is obsurd to me!! I even proceeded to ask one of the customers did she mind, and she did not! The wife very rudely looked to me and said “ We’ll like I said it’s furst come first serve, I don’t care what service you’re receiving. So after that I decided it wasn’t worth the energy. I’ll just go to Bombay or Arch to Arch which does great work I’m just not a fan of the threading because of the pain that comes with it!! However after being treated the way I was today i will endure that pain before I give Kevin’s Nails any of my money. I’ve slowly noticed how there retention has died down drastically and I’m almost certain it’s due to the rapport they build with their customers or the lack the of!! I will also will get my sister that’s a journalist for the BBB to write a column on this as well!!!

This place was very slow and they did not do a very good job. My cuticles were dried out by the time I left here and they are suppose to make them better. Cheap,inexpensive products were used and the pedicure chairs had better days.

They do good work but it is not worth the wait. I would not recommend going here unless you plan to spend 5 hours just to wait.

I must say.... over 10 years+ of going to this location never have I had a major problem until today. Arrived at shop about 9:30am... of course at 6 others were there, which was ok. But you take clients according to their entrance into your establishment. Some lady arrived after us to get a soak-off and nails done. Just because Jackie new her well.. she told her to come and sit in a chair...smh. Okay, two others needed a soak-off also. Ask before placing... I will leave this here... for your correction. Hint: when someone walk-in ask who need a soak-off . I hope this is helpful. Guest what it is 10:22am, and the two others who arrived at the same time as me is still waiting. I am just saying.

I have been coming to this nail shop for 7 years, me and my daughters. So we went in today and she said no kids allowed as if we were strangers. No explanation!!! Its my daughters birthday and she has been getting her nails polished by them for 3 years. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!! At least explain why the change to your regular customers. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!!!!

They have the Longest Wait Ever..With Only 2 people working and Jackie, Kevin wife is very Rude with a Bad Attitude.I waited over 8 hrs to get my daughter and I nails done. Kevin the owner told me he would discount my nails if I wanted different colors but I decided to stick with 1 color and I wanted a design, he told me he wouldnt discount design, I was like dang I waited 8 hours then he changed on me and told me he will not do my nails Again..After I been coming and spending my hard earn Money 65 plus every 2 weeks. My tab today was 75 bucks. They dont give a,dam about us African Americans but We continue t9 Support them and Grow their business. They also dont change the utensils they use out after each person which is Against state board. One girl did my nails soak off and put another girl drill she just finishing using on her in my Acetone Soak off Water. I was like girl what the heck then she took it out. They also have Unlicensed Nail Techs. State Board Will be Paying them a Visit!

I only get my eyebrows waxed here. Went today and theres 6 women already waiting before they open. The wait is ridiculous. And the too high in price for a ok job. I let them do me a pedicure a few times. That was ok. The last pedicure wasnt that great. But the new guy did rub my feet really good. I got the powder dipped nails for the first time on top of my real nails. The stuff was super thick. Made my real nails look fake. Ill stick with gel nails from now on. At another shop.

Went to get my daughter and I nails and feet done and they said they only service kids 13 and up. How ignorant is that very upset 😞

Sat there 40 min didnt get my nails done because he was so focused on telling me I had to get a fill in along with some nails repaired I told him that was fine Ill just do a full set no problem, he was ready to go home I was the last customer he really didnt want to take the time to do me, I didnt care how much it was I just wanted my nails done professionally
