Only one lady is professional and that’s is Ms.Ling. Everyone else is rude and fake likes they don’t speak English! The male manager is very unprofessional and talks about clients to his staff soon as we look away! I will not be back and hate I grew a relationship with this unprofessional nail salon. They are NOT GENUINE! THEY DO NOT SHOW US RESPECT AND EVERYONE IS UNPROFESSIONAL!

Andy Nails in Midtown always does a great job! I have been a customer here for almost a year now, and Ive never had a negative experience. Theres a small staff and most of them know my preferences without even having to ask. I dont make an appointment (they take appointments and walk-ins), and have never had a problem. Someone usually gets me in rather quickly, but if theres a wait, its never very long. For a pedicure and dipped nails, it generally takes about 1-1½ hours (2 hours when theyre extremely busy) from start to finish. Any special requests are met with no problems. They follow their listed operating hours and stop taking new customers about 30 min before closing time.

Every time I go the service is friendly and superb. There may a small wait but its worth it. I always get a soak off and dip. Im in love with it. My nails are never damaged and healthier with every visit.

The staff was really nice and the atmosphere was great I went early in the morning so it was nice and quiet.... She did an excellent job on painting my toes (I only got a pedicure) .... The only reason I gave the place 3 stars is because the bottom of my feet is really rough and needed extra attention. I felt as though she could have done a better job. Ive been to other nail salons and they used a tool that actually had a razor blade in it and it did a excellent job at getting the dead skin off of my feet. The massage quality was also lacking ☹️

Got a nail fungus. Not sure how sanitary this place is anymore. They are friendly, but always in a hurry. May be taking short cuts. 😏

Actually their technique was on point. HOWEVER, I noticed that the technicians dont truly sanitize after each customer. I watched as customers came and went and no one truly clean the pedicure bowls. Even though Lysol was near.

Went here last week during my lunch break to get my nails done. Waited about 8-10 minutes (apparently I came on their lunch break as well). It was my first time there and after waiting a bit I was not positive I would have a good experience-- especially since the place itself is not as big or as newly decorated as other nail salons I frequent. I WAS WRONG. I went in for an acrylic fill, have had this set on close to 2 months already. One lady began to file my nails, and I immediately saw how much attention to detail she was paying. After I was filed another lady came back from lunch and finished my nails. She was also very attentive and took her time. I went with the classic bubble bath polish because I am preparing for an interview and needed neutral nails, but I was concerned that having such a light color would not work well considering I have had these nails on for a while and the edged were discoloring and choppy. When the lady finished my nails, they were absolutely perfect! I am so pleased! Never had better looking nails-- and I didnt even get a manicure. After everything I will say it took about an hour, which isnt great when you only have an hour lunch (I was racing back)-- but it was so worth it! This is now my new nail place, at least I hope the service continues to be this great.

Today, I stopped in to Andys and had a great relaxing experience! I complimented someone on her nails and she gave me Andys card and to ask for Kelly for my nails! Kelly did an amazing job and I enjoyed our conversation. I had the most amazing pedicure (I wish I got the girls name), with a perfect massage and I got lost in a movie and let myself relax! They offered drinks, (more than once), had the most amount of color choices I have ever seen, the store was clean and I saw every single worker helping or cleaning in some kind of way, the employees looked like they enjoyed their work environment! Well done! Ill be back!🙂👏😃

My first visit to Andy’s Nails was a pleasant one I got a pedicure with the massage. I didn’t catch the guy’s name who did mines but he was gentle with the scrubbing and did a great job. Service was fast even though it was packed, I love the massage chair that definitely was a plus.

I gave it a three because of the wait time. I got off work at 12 pm got to the nail shop at 12:10 but I didnt leave until 3 pm. I have never been in a nail shop that long!! But my nails an feet are beautiful tho. The nail tech was informative about a lot. I just hate I was in there for that many hours.

Theyre really nice people and do a thorough job fixing ugly, nasty feet. Their equipment is sealed up and sanitary. They clean their tubs after every customer. You can go in there and not be expected to talk and just relax.

I have gone to Andy Nail a few times in the past and the same nail tech did my nails. I had no problems. Today, a new tech did my nails and they are horrible. They have lines and lumps all over them. The nail tech filed one of my nails so hard to the skin that it hurted pretty bad. I informed the tech and the guy, who appeared to be person in charge, that I was not satisfied with my nails. The guy said it was the last coat and acted as if he did not give a care and walked away. I am not sure where all of these great reviews are coming from, but if you are thinking about getting your nails done at Andy Nail, please proceed with caution. I am giving Andy Nails one star because Google wont allow me to post my review with zero stars marked. From my experience, Andy Nails actually gets ZERO stars from me.

What a delight!! I am traveling from Charleston SC to Colorado to spend the summer in our 5th wheel - was so busy preparing had no time left for nails and pedicure. I googled nail salon near me traveling on I 40 .. I called and Andy himself looked after me as if I had been coming to his shop 20 years!! It is clear all his customers love it here - I can see why!! My nails and feet look AH - mazing!! Everyone is kind and friendly. Thank you for such a nice treat after 2 days in a truck.. I needed it.

I came here for the first time because I was in the area and I seen all the good comments but the service I received was very nasty from the moment I waltk in, the lady didnt greet me and kept asking what did I want, when I already stated it like three times or more to her and the young guy working. They replied to me that what I wanted was two different types of service and I stated again yes I know. Like it was hard what I wanted etc, manicure, full set, and dip powder. Not that hard to understand so why keep questioning me and than the lady told the other worker I didnt know what I want and than all the employees started to laugh looking at me. Oh yeah I had gotten a pedicure!! If I know service was going to be so rude I wouldve passed this place up!! WILL NOT BE BACK OR RECOMMEND ANYONE!!!

This used to be my FAVORITE SPOT! They two girls that used to be there were so sweet and also gave cute Christmas presents and they knew how to do nails really really well! Well, both girls ended up leaving. The guy there still is nice and does nails well but the new woman is rude as anything. And the other girl does not know how to do nails. They also used to do AMAZING pedicures and massage your legs so good but now you pay $45, give a $15 tip and they massage each leg for maybe a minute and then karate chop it 🤷🏼‍♀️. This place used to be a hidden gem and I’m terribly disappointed and saddened.They just lost my $200 a month, yes I said $200. That’s how much I’ll spend on my quality time away from work and for a good leg massage and beautiful looking nails that need to LAST and not chip and break every day.Shaking my head Andy’s. Your customer service levels and your quality issues died😭😩

I dont know if the girl was new or what. She was burning the side of my skin when she was filing them to make the coffin nails. And my coffin nails arent really centered. Its like their going to the left. Three hours later my nails feel tight and sore. Not ok

I have always gone to Spa Nails on McLean. Although they are a bit pricey, the old saying You get what you pay for couldnt be more true. I always like having a back up salon so I wanted to try Andys Nails because of all the reviews. During a storm after work last night, I decided to give it a go. I was the only customer which probably shouldve been a sign but I was going to chalk it up to the weather. Now, I had dip on my nails and simply wanted it removed, then a manicure with a clear coat. Thats it. I like to give my nails a break from any gel or dip every couple of months. This was the WORST manicure that Ive ever had in my entire life. First of all, she soaked my nails rather than wrapping - which isnt my preference but everyone has their own technique. She overly used the drill to sand down my nails which caused them to become paper thin. Painfully, paper thin. She did not ask if I wanted a cut down and hardly even filed to shape them - they were all uneven, misshapened and looked awful. Barely cleaning my cuticles, she nicked me so badly that my nail bled for 10 minutes. There was no apology, no real effort to stop it from bleeding, and finally super glued my finger to prevent any further bleeding. Yes, super glue. Did I mention that a lady came in after me and had dip - low and behold, they wrapped her nails instead of shoving her fingers in a giant bowl of acetone - very frustrating to see. I was much too exhausted to complain and paid the $20 for the manicure when really it was just an overpriced dip removal. When I got home, the first thing I did when I walked in the door was go cut and file my own nails.Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to Andys Nails and Im certainly glad I didnt waste even more money on my usual gel or dip manicure. Do yourself a favor and go to Spa Nails instead of this hole in the wall, poorly executed salon.

I used this salon for two years and I was moderately happy with it because their prices are so reasonable. I usually get acrylic nails. I wish when I got acrylic nails the first time, mentioning that I had never gotten them before, that someone would have told me how long before I need to come back in, when to get a new set, etc., but that’s not my major complaint. The last time, they refused to take my acrylics off with the solution, and instead popped them off one by one. I expressed how much it hurt several times, and then he tore off half of my pinky nail bed and it bled. In the past someone has buffed my nails after or filed them or at least clipped the parts that were snagging, but I was just sent out of the shop with ridged and torn nail beds with frayed tips. It took a couple months for my nails to recover.

This was my 1st time visiting this shop but not the last. It was Mothers Day and I came in @330pm and they closed at 5pm.I chose to wait because I started at Sephora the next day. Even though the lady whos name I forgot to get, took her time and did my coffin nails to perfection!!!! I mean she flipped my hand back and forth, stood up and looked at and filed my nails from every angle. Her father brought her son into the shop seeing it was after 5pm but she STILL did the most meticulous job on the nails of my hands and feet. I left a few minutes after 6pm and felt terrible because she shared that her other son was with her mother who was here out of town but she STILL had the best attitude!!!! This is my new nail shop. Not only do they have good results but they have excellent service!!!
