Went in to get a battery change on my mom watch. Store owner and staff disappeared to the back. I wanted to see a couple of pieces to possibly buy. My people are the worst people to own an run a business. Like one other consumer stated its for maybe fixes and battery replacement which is very inexpensive an thats it because the staff is horrible and the selection pretty much is to.

Terrible service!!!!!!Tried two seperate times to patronized this money hungry guy. I am looking to get custom jewelry made and kept getting pushed to the side for quick sales. So... if you have simple fixes, this may be your place. If you have work to be done with intricate parting, this guy will NOT talk with you long enough to inform you of your options. He is a small-time, quick turnover type of jeweler.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I recently had a new engagement ring sized here. They have sized one for me before and did a really good job. But with this second ring I have had some issues. The first issue was when I got it sized two months ago and the first day I got it back a stone fell out the same day. I didn’t think anything of it at first. Stones fall out of the big multiple stone rings all the time. But then the ring fell apart and I brought it in for a free repair. He offered to replace the stone a fee instantly. I declined and got the ring back later that day. Another stone fell out the same day. I did have the guy test the stones with the first sizing and he stated they were real diamonds. But it’s very weird how he rigs the jewelry to possibly create another issue. I recommended them in the past. Definitely not now.

Went in today to look walked out with something Ive wanted for years thanks to the time they took out to make sure everything I wanted they took care of! Will be back soon!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI frequented the store for the past 7 years,getting watch batteries and paying even more for a lifetime battery.I went by the store two weeks ago, with several watches, unsure of which one had the lifetime battery in it. She was very rude and snappy and told mr just to take the back off would be a $5 charge after paying for overpriced batteries over the years. I refused to pay $5 to remove the back of my watch, and WILL NOT SUPPORT them again !! Also no signs posted that there would be a charge.Tic toc... never going back advising all family and friends.Quality Jewelry does not provide quality service!!!
