Normally Im not the one to say ANYTHING GOOD about a tow truck company. These guys are GREAT! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND! We were dealing with a very unique situation, myself and my wife being disabled, our kids, and being patient and willing to lend a hand to move our freezer of the truck.WE WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL FOR THE WONDERFUL PEOPLE AT KNITTLES!! Person on phone complained that he would have to drive 40 miles round trip to tow my car a short distance ( 5 miles ) to my auto service company. Very unprofessional. I canceled my tow request and called another company who were happy to have my business.

My Isuzu work truck was badly stuck in the sand. Nothing we tried could get it unstuck. They sent out a truck and had us back on the road in about 5 minutes. Great service and fair price! Ill definitely use them again!

Great multi-generational family owned business. Had one of our delivery vans break down between San Ysidro and Cuba at 6am. We called, a person answered the phone, after a couple questions said they would be there in 70 minutes. They arrived in 65 minutes. Brought back the fully loaded van with no damage to the product inside or the van. 1st class service!

I had one of my loaded trailers towed by Knittles. Before I even knew about the situation they called me and informed me what happened. They went above and beyond to make sure the reefer unit was fueled and the temperature was set correctly so my load wasn’t damaged! These are top notch people!

Called Knittles the other night and got an angry rude guy named Tyler. He was arrogant, annoyed, and didn’t seem interested in my business at all. I’ve heard calling them late at night isn’t your best bet and they were right. If you’re looking for quality service, this isn’t it.

The most unprofessional towing company I have ever seen -- Rental car gets towed they do everything they can to legally steal rental car from us. All the while they rack up the storage fees, such a racket it is insane.

I have used them several times before and they never disappoint me . They always arrive with in a reasonable amount of time. The drivers are always professional especially my most recent experience my drivers name was Anthony. They always take good care of my vehicle when loading it and unloading it. Their rates are comparable to other companies. I highly recommend using them over other towing companies in the Albuquerque area. Thank you for treating me so well during a time when my stress and frustration level is already running high.

The associate that helped me was very nice, super friendly, and very easy going. God bless his soul. They told me I would have to wait an hour, but got there in 15 minutes. Their prices are reasonable ($50 for the hook up + $5 per mile). Honestly great service.

Was rude tried to tell him no them he said Im not taking it were yoj want to now, Im charging double and now very very RUDE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. PAID 900 FOR TOW AND THEN LEFT MY TRUCK IN MIDDLE OF THE ROAD

I gave them a call because my car broke down on the side of the highway They gave me the lowest hookup and toll rate that Ive heard in a long while. I met him at my car in the were there before I got there. You took my car to my place and unloaded in The exact spot I wanted it unloaded at without any issues some tow yards just unloaded where they want to load it but he actually worked with me and placed it where I actually wanted my car place great customer service great rates and friendly.

Very professional. Broke down on the freeway and car wouldnt start up again. They had a tow truck at my location very quickly and the driver was very polite and friendly. Best part, it didnt cost nearly as much as I thought it would! Pretty affordable. If I ever need a towtruck again (hopefully not though!) then theyre definitely the ones Ill go to.

The tow truck driver was not wearing a mask and did not put one on even when he saw me wearing one. He did not even try to keep a safe social distance. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

We had our car towed to their tow yard after a problem with police. Personal items were left in the car. When we went to pick up the card all items were gone. A $500 purse and allContents inside it. All change that was in car and some other personal items. The only response I got from the guy at the desk was to call the police and file a report. He said. It was not his problem. Very rude and disrespectful. Do not use thaws guys they are rude and liars and steal your personal belonging.

Had to uses these guys twice in one day. When it rains it pours. But awesome guys, who helped me out of a jam. Literally. I definitely appreciated it.

I drive for a big transportation company who arranged for Knittles to tow my fully loaded tractor trailer. I was told that it would be two hours till the wrecker arrived, it was less then that. In addition to not waiting as long as I was originally told, Barry, the wrecker operator was courteous enough to call me and give me a more exact estimate of his arrival. My rig broke down while heading uphill, so of course I was curious as to how they were gonna get my rig turned around to head back down the hill towards Albuquerque. They made everything they did look effortless! They got the entire rig to where it needed to be and had me at ease throughout the entire process! I dont like breaking down, but I would certainly look forward to seeing them again! Johna & Barry are an excellent team! Thanks again from the Big Spring army/navy guy!

VERY rude. Not progressional at all. Seemed to have been having a bad day for someone who did NOT flip two cars & lives risked. Aggravated because he had to work and would not give a professional response when asked about services or information needed. The guys who towed were friendly but the guy in office was complete opposite. If you are traveling or from out of state and need road service I suggest elsewhere. Not a friendly business.

Absolutely the best towing experience of my life, the dispatcher was super kind and calming to talk to, the driver was very fast to show up, when our car started after the tow driver arrived he smiled and told us to have a great day- and didnt charge us for his travel time- we happily tipped him the $50 bucks we were going to have to spend on the towing anyway- because this company made the struggles of today so much less. These guys are great. I use them for bringing in ambulances and big 550 trucks to the shop Im at. They are always fast and ready to go when I call. By far in my opinion the best towing service in town. Especially if you have a bigger than usual kind of vehicle. I use them for all my towing needs. Had my 18 wheeler towed by rob into freightliner (70 miles). As someone that was a tow truck driver for 7 years I can tell you that their price was far cheaper than what I used to charge! Rob was very professional and had a great attitude and a clean truck. If I ever need a tow again in Albuquerque Im calling them!

When my car has been stolen and recovered, Knittles Towing came to pick it up. The driver signed off that the keys WERE IN the vehicle. A few days later another tow company came to pick it up to take it to the repair shop. Knittles Towing reported NO KEYS were were available and sent it away. When I called and asked them about it, they said the keys were not for the vehicle ( they knew this because they did not work in the vehicle) so they KEPT MY KEY! The keys did not work because the car thief broke the locks getting into the vehicle. Regardless if the keys worked, this company had no right keeping my personal property! DONT TRUST THEM.

On one snowy night in Albuquerque...our truck lost its compression...our lease service called knittles to tow our truck...that night I met Barry and johna wonderful people...with all the mix up with swapping tractors..they told me the hell with waiting..they took me to the service center..waited and I followed them back to our truck and help with disconnecting... highly recommend!!! Plus barry had me laughing the whole time...thanks u two!!

I work for a rival company but these guys are always good to me. I dont have to worry about watching my truck if Im picking up a car from their yard. If Im going to have competition Id rather it be them than some of these other clowns that call themselves tow companies around here.

Prompt, courteous customer service. I called the office number directly on a Sunday morning, it was answered within a couple of rings. They dispatched a truck and it arrived within 20 minutes. The driver was friendly and professional. He took his time to inspect the damage to my car, answered all my questions regarding the tow to their yard and release to the insurance company. This is the same consistent service I received several years ago when a family member was involved in an accident. I recommend Knittle’s Towing and will call them again if I need a tow.

I see lots of bad reviews and that sucks. My experience with one guy went perfect. I wasnt involved in an accident so I cant attest to bedside manor but as far as getting my RV towed and to a shop without incident deserves a good rating from me.

I just used Knittles towing because the engine on my Freightliner engine blew with only 40,000 miles. Bob and Donna came out and towed the piece of junk to the Freightliner dealer. They were very kind, helpful and did a great job. Bob did an awesome job backing up the the truck and trailer.

My semi truck broke down in tucumcari. Barry and Johna showed up, from start to end these two were friendly, quick and professional. It was 173 mile ride to Albuquerque dealership we talked the whole way. They are good people. Even gave me ride to hotel. I would highly recommend them for your towing needs. Fast and convenient

I broke down 40-50 miles northwest of Albuquerque. I called a few companies for a tow, but they couldnt handle my truck since it is a larger box truck and I had it fully loaded. I called Mike (who fixes all my vehicles) and he recommended that I make a phone call to Knittles Towing. They sent a giant rig my way and got me all hooked up. Their equipment was clean and the driver knew exactly what he was doing (driveline removal, safety chains, etc.) I enjoyed an air conditioned ride back in town and my truck was dropped of at the shop, damage free.Being in the trucking business, it is refreshing to see a company who not only takes pride in their equipment, but also provides service that meets my high standards.

Horrible customer service! I spoke with an elderly man who got upset because I was calling. Said he did not have time and I needed to make it quick because he was busy. I apologized and said, all I need is information on a vehicle that was impounded. He gave me brief information and then stated he cannot tell me more because he does not have time to go through all his paper work. I advise anyone not to use there services. I wished him luck on the business and he hung up on me. Good luck man....
