My second trip to Sissys Log Cabin Memphis was just as wonderful as the first. Both times I was treated like family and offered options that both fit my need as well as my budget (and a few to think about for later). This trip I went to get my wifes engagement ring (30 years old) repaired. Unfortunately the repair was more than a replacement that was nicer than the original, including a lower mount of the diamond. The master jeweler agreed to do the swap on the spot including checking an antique ring of mine that needed a little TLC. Both were done beautifully within a shorter time than promised so Im this case I didnt have to make a second trip. The sales person Vicky Jones was sweet and patient. (I tend to talk and tell stories about growing up in a jewelery store😉). The selection offered here is amazing and the staff were all awesome. Kudos to SLC Memphis! Like Arnold said, Ill be back.

Going to Sissy’s Log Cabin and seeing Nicole, in particular, will truly be the greatest decision of your life; outside of the decision that would lead you to the custom jewelry store, of course! When it came time for me to propose to fiancé, I did a lot of research as to where I could have a custom piece made here, in Memphis. I had a few loose, family diamonds and some basic thoughts of what I wanted for the ring. So, I found Sissy’s and sent an email to see what services were offered and if they might be able to help me. Came here to the Memphis store to get my wife’s Rolex repaired after Bob Richards botched the job twice. Immediately, I was impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff and their attempts to make us feel special and welcome unlike the Bob Richards people. Wyatt did a great job assuring us that my wife’s watch would be fixed.I was also in the market for a Rolex Submariner which are very hard to come by. Once again, Bob Richards wouldn’t even take my information to put me on a list and when I asked about the details of a used one in the case, the salesman told me he doesn’t bother wasting his time memorizing that stuff. Wyatt just happened to know there was a recently traded in 2016 Submariner with date and brought it out for me. He knew everything about the watch and was clearly an expert emphasizing the things that were important to me. Took my 84 year old mom (who is also newly widowed) to see what Sissys could do about her wedding ring being too big. The salesperson who helped us (also named AMY) could not have been kinder. She got out some rubber slider things they have and put them on my moms ring, fixing her issue--at NO CHARGE. She also gave her some jewelry cleaner to take home and also did not charge us for that either. Amy has no idea my Dad died in March and that Mom and our family is grief stricken. We LOVE the people (and the jewelry) at Sissys! So happy they are in Memphis. Thank you Amy at Sissys!
