Good friendly and very helpful

When my other towing company didnt show up after 3 hours I called MT and they were there very quickly, under an hour, very professional, and very reasonably priced. Would use them again if needed.Edit: used them again because the shop didnt fix the truck right and just as professional and courteous as the previous time. Wish I could give them 5 more stars.

Quick to get there and pull us out

Took longer than I thought to get to me because location of the wrecker. But everything was good after that very very nice driver.

Was towed to the shop because road debris punctured my air tank and drive tire and had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful and Tommy Melton (tow truck driver) was definitely the nicest tow truck driver I ever met.Thanks Marion Towing for the wonderful service

Just finished meeting with Joe at my home. My car gear was stuck in Park last night so we had to get a lyft home. Call Marion this morning and customer service was very friendly and dispatched Joe out right away. He was very nice and pleasant and informed me on how to get gear unstuck and even let me know to call me insurance to see if my policy would reimburse me for what happened. Thanks so much you guys!

I called for a friend of mine and was told they would have someone out to tow a friends car within 30 to 45 minutes. Finally after 45 minutes I called and they gave me a lame excuse that they had talked to my friend and there was some other company coming. I know that was a lie because I was on the phone with him the whole time and no one called him. I would never use this service!

Prompt courteous and very professional

Came at midnight and towed us back to Alabama. Did what they said and driver was Super Friendly.
