Truck at the scene quickly. Driver gave me a ride home. Nice polite guy.

This has to be a very sorry tow company. Requested a tow thru my insurance company. Eta 90 minutes from call. Lets try 3 hours. Guy gets here and tells me he cant tow my car. He showed up on the job without the proper equipment he needed to tow my car!!! Never again, I will make sure my insurance co never ever send this tow company.

Had this company dispatched to me via clunker junker. The guy comes and asks for my title and license. He got on the phone and is talking to whoever. He has me standing outside in the cold for 40 minutes only to tell me that upull it won’t take my title because it has a slight yellow stain to it. Wasted my time and set me back.

Driver was great, but I dont recommend riding with them. The truck had ZERO seatbelts, and the step into the truck almost fell off when i was getting in. All i could see was my 300 lb behind going through that gigantic window in front of me. They need to think about their customer safety. Very dangerous.

These people have the worst attitudes ever and I can’t understand why the city has allowed them to continue service. Report to the BBB will be notified of the unprofessionalism they have when dealing with consumers that make there business possible to even exist.

Awful experience! I waited 4 hours after calling my roadside assistance. It was supposed to take 35-45 minutes, and it took 4 hours. They never once called to let me know what was going on, they just left me in my car on the side of the road. I had to call twice, and have roadside assistance call twice to find out what was going on. The last time I called they even had rge audacity to get an attitude with me like I did something wrong. The driver of the tow even hung up on me when I asked him if he was still coming. This was the worst service ever. Im furious right now.

The driver that came for BMW Roadside, Carlton, was extremely helpful.

Wrecker never showed, called three times and kept getting excuses. They kept telling me to hang up and he was about to call. Finally, on the third call, the manager says the driver is at the cell phone store and once he gets a new phone hell come back to the office and then they can send him out. Nope!

Supposed to be the first pickup at 8AM but still a no show at 10AM
