Jeremy, the driver was early for the appointment time. He is obviously a believer in the “There’s no traffic jam on the extra mile” service concept. Forget every negative thing you’ve heard about wrecker drivers. I trusted Bartlett Towing to transport my “antique” Porsche. Jeremy’s concern for detail and gentle treatment of it was above and beyond. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

I called the Bartlett Towing company because my car wouldn’t start, and they managed to get it boosted off immediately. Their service was fast, professional and I will definitely be using them again in the future if I have any more problems with my car.

We had to use this towing service when our vehicle got stuck on the side of the road with transmission problems and we had no way of getting anywhere. They even got someone to come get us (me, my husband and 2 kids)to the location where we were going to try to get a rental car. I appreciate everything they did for us and the speedy service we received! Brandon drove us to where we needed to be and he was very nice and professional. Thank y’all!

This company pulled a vehicle from a repair shop that I was at. The driver damaged my truck while removing the other vehicle and just took off. They asked for photos of the damage to my truck then turned around a flat out denied that their driver scratched up my bumper.

Hard to find in a good location very clean owner is nice

Made an appointment at 10:30 in the morning. The lady told me they would call between 3-3:30.. to make a long story short.. the never called or showed up.

They towed my car from private tire lot in Cordova on Macon. I called the company and upon answering the lady on the phone said they were closed!!!! I asked why was my vehicle towed on 2/8/21.She stated they have a right to tow any disabled vehicle no matter if they contact the owner!!!! I asked her how and you towed my car from a tire shop in which I am being serviced? She said it was left on the lot that’s all information she could give me!!!!

Quoted me a reasonable price to get towed back to Summer Ave.The tow truck driver was super nice and professional. The driver called me within 25 minutes to see where I was exactly. Polite, prompt service following automobile issue on the interstate. I am a AAA member, but AAA roadside assistance stated that they were unable to send any trucks that day due to winter weather 3 days previously, recommending that I leave my car on the road until they could mobilize a truck. Bartlett Towing was recommended by my auto dealer and quickly/effectively handled my situation.

I’m guessing most of the 5 star reviews here were purchased by the owner.They overcharge by almost double what other towing companies’ standard rates are. They asked for an abundance of information which was not relevant to the job (which was being paid for in cash), which leads me to believe they are up to something nefarious.They wanted name, address, phone number, credit card number, social security number and insurance information. Keep in mind, this was a cash job. There was no need for anything beyond name, phone number and too/from addresses for the tow job.In the end, the job for which they wanted $130 was done for $80 by a much nicer tow company.

Unfortunately they were late getting to pick up my car. However the driver made up for that by helping me get this crazy vehicle in my garage. As in he had to help me push it in this tiny garage since the vehicle didn’t run. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks again Bartlett towing.👍🏻

The day was a Sunday.Halfway home.Stopped at a red light. Light turns green.Im first in line.My truck would not move in drive which was stressful and upset a few drivers. I needed a tow. I have had my fair share of interactions with towing companies over the years. Most have not been pleasant. But I have nothing but praise for Bartlett Towing. Earlier in the evening I got a call from my daughter. Her car, which is a hand me down from me, that I drove for 10 years, would not start when she came out from work to go home. I drove to her job, and used all the tricks I had learned from driving it for 10 years, and knowing its little idiosyncrasies to no avail. I got out my cell phone and happened to call Bartlett Towing because it was closest to my home (not closest to her job). I wanted the car towed to my home to get it out of the south Memphis area she works in. I called at almost 6 pm. I was told it would likely be an hour before the driver arrived to that area. They quoted me a price and we got off the phone. Forty minutes later I got a call from the drive, who was very congenial, letting me know that he may be 5 minutes late because traffic was so heavy. He was there in 5 minutes, still well under the hour that I was quoted. The driver actually managed to get the car started, and was only going to charge me a jump charge, but I had him tow it back home nonetheless because I didnt want something to happen and my daughter be stranded on the side of the road trying to get home. He towed it home and put it exactly where I wanted. Everyone I dealt with from dispatch to driver, were kind and professional and did not over charge me. Thank You Bartlett Towing !!!

Great drivers! John heled ease the the idea of being broke down and let the kids winch the truck. Too cool. Johnny was just as fast and proffessional the second time I used them. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow standard around town fee. Nothing more or less.

Called about a tow price & how long to expect a tow truck driver to arrive. I was given the price & told 45 mins. After an hour & 10 mins,I called to see how much longer. The lady on the phone asked for my name, I told her. Then she said that the driver got called to a wreck (no one called & informed me of any changes). So I asked her, how long would it be? She asked, where are you? I told her, you already have my info,as well as credit card information, you should know where Im at. So then she tells me,itll be 45 mins to an hour. I informed her that ive already waited over an hour,after being told 45mins. She then started talking sassy & hung up the phone in my face. All because they didnt communicate with me on changes. Very unprofessional way of communicating & handling business

EXTREMELY rude manager. Refused to work with either myself or my insurance company to release my car after saying they would. Manager showed no concern with the fact that she told my insurance co. she would release the car to them but then told me she wouldnt. Living and working in Southaven, I couldnt physically show up to claim the car. Her exact words, Geico doesnt run this business, I do. Customer service at its finest.

This is the worse towing company. The staff is rude and does not return calls. They do not follow proper procedures for towing. The manager nor the owner returns calls. Then when you call and use a different name then u can speak with the manager who made promises that she did not keep. Then made excuses after they have done their dirt that we have waited to long to do anything. BAD BUSINESS. SHE TOLD US SHE GAVE IT TO HER FAMILY MEMBER.

Hated it does not truly describe how i feel about Bartlett Towing Company. 1. The service: Joey, the tow truck driver was cool. He quoted me a price of $130 to tow my car 48 miles and he gave me a receipt with his signature. All I had to do was call in my credit or debit card number in to pay for the service. 2. The manager: not sure what the managers name was, but she repeatedly told me she was from Oakland,TN. I proceeded to call in my receipt and I told her what Joey told me. She had a bad attitude and said she was the manager and Joey probably didnt know what he was talking about. She kept asking how far my house was from the Fayette County line. How would I know that? I gave her my address so she could tell me cause I thought that was her job. She said she would call me back because she couldnt answer my questions today...? ? ? She also told me that it would cost at least $150 to tow it. In the meantime, Joey loaded my car and just as he was taking off I called her back because she never called me back. She told me that it would now cost $175 to tow my car!!! This is at a rate 6of $2.25 or $2.50 per mile past the county line. I told her Joey was pulling off and she rushed me off the phone to call him. We waited and then left the spot my car quit. My brother called the manager back about 15 minutes later and she said she had been calling me back to back with no answer and she told ME to stay there and I pulled off before Joey. This was a flat out lie that was completely unnecessary. My brother is the person who came and picked me up when my car quit, so quite naturally we were riding together and I could hear everything she was saying. My brother told the manager again the quoted price on the receipt and she said she couldnt do it foe that price and she had other people who needed towing. My brother told her she did not have to catch an attitude since he was talking calmly. She said she didnt have to put up with this and they would bring the car back to its original spot and we could find another company. Can you believe it? This is the worst customer service I have received in along time. Its truly sad how bad a person can treat you and still sleep at night. I feel sorry for the manager because she is obviously not working a job she is passionate about.

Like all towing services, they rape you if youre towed involuntarily, so this may seem like sour grapes. Who cares what kind of service you have if service is forced. The receptionist or whatever you want to call her was rude. Just a little salt for the unnecessary wound.

When the driver took my car off of the truck he severely scraped my front bumper as my car sits lower to the ground. I called and complained to the owner about this and they refused to take responsibility for the damage to my car, saying that I couldnt prove their driver did it. I will not be using this company again in the future and would not recommend them to anyone else who cares about their vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would.
