The bus I was on had NO shocks whatsoever and the ride was constantly bumpy no matter how flat the road was. Also, Jimmy the driver refused to turn the AC or heat on whenever we would ask him to. Several of the students on my bus were sick due to overheating because of this. The other bus had NO working AC or heat.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.Cline Tours is way better.

Perfect! Our limo arrived right on time for our celebration outing and dinner. Our driver Tiffanie was super SUPER. She responded to my texts prior to the day and ensured I was happy. She was ready to take on any special requests we might have had and was very professional and friendly.The limo was clean and beautiful.The only glitch was a miscommunication when booking. I booked and completed the forms, received a confirmation and was asked to call and provide the last four digits of my CC via phone since I was not comfortable putting all the info on the paperwork. TStar did not receive my message and the next thing I knew I received a cancelation of my booking a couple days before our event. Obviously this was a bit upsetting and they said - via email - that since they had not received the last four digits, they canceled the booking. They should have been courteous to call before canceling.In the end, it was all taken care of and my overall rating of 5 stars is directly related to the quality of the car and the professionalism of Tiffanie the driver.

I used T-Star Limousines as a shuttle service for my wedding for hotel guests to get to and from the hotels and wedding venue. The buses were in good shape, the drivers were polite. We did have a little problem with scheduling however one of the owners, Cory, called and spoke with me and explained where the disconnect was. I would book with T-Star Limos again in the future.

The bus was comfortable and exceptionally clean. However, my praise is for Patrick Lee who drove our seniors group from Halls, TN, to Washington, D.C.He was professional, courteous, personable, and very considerate of his passengers, especially the two ladies who were 90-years-of age. With that said, Patrick Lee can drive a bus. The ride was smooth as silk. Thank you, T-Star for assigning Mr. Lee to our excursion.

I ordered service from Blacklane for a 3:50am pickup and they cancelled a day and a half before the scheduled day without explanation 😠 So I called TStar and they confirmed and found a driver right when I booked - no more worrying if someone would show up. Next time I’ll start with TStar for any car service I need. Best of all, our driver Sam was such a nice guy; prompt, courteous, and friendly - the perfect combo. We made it to the airport on time!!

Trip was very rough for the group of retirees. The drivers told the riders that the ride would be before the start. It was worst than expected. The 28 passenger vehicle was definitely not for the trip to Murfreesboro. Be very careful when you use T-Star.

I was the organizer for our community/church trip to Disney. Based on information from another group and the info from the website, we booked with your company. To say we were dissatisfied would be putting it mildly. Other than having a nice bus driver there was nothing about working with your company or riding on that bus that was good.-Had to keep calling to get the bus driver information and then on day of trip, the driver changed, and I had talked to dispatch 2 days before our trip.-Having 1 driver to drive from Memphis and then to Orlando, does not seem safe. I have been on many trips by bus and all the long trips to Florida, required a changed in drivers. This one did not. I will say, other than the driver being late, we had no problems with this driver. He was professional.-The bus was 1 ½ hours late picking us up. We were scheduled to leave at 1:00am. Showtime on the contract was 12:30 am. Bus showed up about 2:00 am and we left at 2:30 am.- Bus did not get cool once the sun came up. In fact it was really hot.-Top railing, where extra baggage went was coming off.-Many of the seat would not lean back, the levers were missing on most of them.-No electrical outlets, I specifically requested a bus with them, and the lady assured us we would have a newer bus and it would have all the bells and whistles, outlets and wifi.-Could not get ANY WIFI service. Going or coming back. We even tried when we were in downtown Orlando.-Most of our movies would not play and those that the driver had, although they played, there was not enough sound.-The bus had NO shocks. We felt every bump on the road.-Many of the seat were taped up, and thus were scratchy.-When it rained, the emergency exit on the roof, leaked on one of our travelers.This is just the list of things that I could think of right now. Was very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone else based on this customer service.

Customer service was terrible. The app quoted one price and my credit card was pre-charged based on that price. I called the customer service line to confirm my ride and she told me the price was more than double the app price. I suggest you modify your app to reflect the correct information. Now I am left with no ride to my next destination.

I was on a bus to Murphreesboro TN, the bus was totally worn out. It was the worst ride I have ever had. You could feel even a rock in the road, when the bus roll over it. Analyzing the condition of the bus, the bus frame was sitting on the chassis. The bus chassis should be sitting on springs not the frame. I saw people on the bus knocked up out of their seats several times within two seconds. No one in his or her right mind would put a bus load of senior citizens on a bus like that. I wouldn’t recommend that company to anyone. Over 400 miles of suffering was enough for me. Next time I get ready to go to Murphreesboro Tennessee if their bus rolls up I am going to get back in my car and drive to Murphreesboro Tennessee.

Worse ride I have encountered in a motor driven vehicle or on a hayride. Shocks were shot to the max. The bus bounced us up and down going over each bridge on I40 and 840, The roughest ride was 840 between Memphis and Murfreesboro.A stagecoach red would have been better. My experience was awful with the T-star busses. our air conditioner didn’t work, the driver told us that it would be fixed the next day and it was not. we rode 16 hours without ac, when we were leaving our last night the bus drivers went to the wrong places after clearly told where to go, we were out in the pouring rain waiting for our bus. It was the worst experience on a charter bus i have ever had.

Contracted with them on Aug 4 2014 for a Jan 2 2015 event. At 3pm on Jan 2nd, my daughters wedding, they told me the motorcoach could not get on the grounds and that I would need to pay for a 2nd smaller bus to complete the transfer. This was 2 hrs before the guests were due to be picked up. Upon arrival the motorcoach driver wanted to drop off the passengers on the road, at night, in the rain. At the end of the event the same driver then demanded another $500.00 even though all expenses had already been paid. Will NOT use them again.Mark S.

Headline: Sales director error and owner indifference lead to cancellation of multiple bookings.First off, I would like to say that part of my job is working with many vendors to put together successful meetings with corporate clients. I have worked with dozens of transportation companies in the past - this is not one I would recommend. After submitting a request for a quote and not hearing back for a week, I decided to call. After what seemed to be a very unorganized process of booking my travel (spoke and emailed back and forth with 4 separate people - all requesting the details of the trip(s)) that took about 1.5 hrs out of my day - I received a call on my way out of the office - the booking I made was not adhering to policy due to an error on the side of the sales director. After speaking with this individual, I was ready to meet in the middle and come to some sort of compromise to remedy the situation - going as far as spending an extra $200. Unfortunately, both the sales director and the owner of this service (who I also spoke with) did not feel the same way (keeping in mind that it was their mistake). In the end, I asked to cancel all the trips I had booked and T-Star lost $850 as opposed to the $200 they would have lost if they agreed to fix their error.I did find a way to fix the situation - reached out to Top Tier Rides (much more professional and cheaper!).

Just wanted to let anyone know that Tstar Limo is the best limousine service you will ever find. Look no more for your limousine service for your special day. My husband and I were married on June 12, 2010 and we purchased 3 limos for our big day due to our wedding party size being so big. The price was awesome and the drivers made us all feel special. Everyone felt like superstars and we were all given the upmost respect. It was hard trying to find good customer service along with people who actually took their time with us. Not to mention someone who did not rush us off the phone when we needed limo service. Tstar was there for us from day one and they were and are the best limo service around. If it was left to my husband and I Tstar limousine service would be the only service that should be around. No offense to other companies but everyone else we called were not helpful nor were they affordable. Thanks again to the best limousine service I know.
