I always use Fast Park & Relax when I am traveling. Their name actually says it all: they are Fast taking you to and from the airport and you can relax knowing that your vehicle is safe. The staff is very friendly and the drivers are helpful with the luggage. I highly recommend this place the next time you travel!

Parking was quick with pick-up service at our car. The limo dropped us at the airOne check-in……the morning went smoothly.

This service was very convenient and affordable. The shuttles were immediately available for my drop-off and pick-up to and from the airport. The shuttles drivers are very nice and helpful with assisting with your luggage. My vehicle was safe and secure upon my return. Ill definitely be using this service going forward!

Rather than taking a chance that parking would be available at the airport, I decided to use the Memphis location to park for a week. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and convenient Fast Park & Relax is. The ability to reserve a spot was the reason I chose them. The great and friendly service, covered parking, and the quick on-demand shuttle to and from the airport are the reasons I will continue to use Fast Park & Relax every trip from now on. Oh, and it was cheaper than the airports parking options!

Flex parking made our traveling very smooth. From the moment we drove in, we parked and the shuttle was available waiting for us to drive us to the airport. We will definitely use them for future travel needs.

I was a wheelchair customer and on my way back, I was taken a few feet from the pickup spot. The driver seen me and I stead of helping me on the van, he left me sitting in my wheelchair and took my suitcase to the right customer pickup area and refused to give me a ride back to her my vehicle. I had to wait on another driver. He done this out of pure spite. He was a Black driver. He couldve still loaded me up but instead, he told me I shouldve been at the exact spot, so he left me stranded.

On the way to the airport it was great. We had a shuttle to the airport and the driver was attentive on the way back it was a mess. Our flight was delayed and this caused added time to the reservation, this wasn’t the big deal. The most disappointing part was the shuttles had no room for my family so the driver took my husband to the car and my husband had to come and get us. I feel like since we didn’t use the shuttle back we should have been discounted, but they stated this wasn’t possible. We had already waited 20 minutes and to have to wait extra time by myself with young children in the heat was frustrating. Next time I’ll just pay the airport economy prices.

I had a dead battery when I arrived back from trip. They were so helpful to get me a jump start! We have parked here many times over the years and are always greeted with a smile, quick service on pick up and loading bags!

Shuttle to and from your car is the best! Cheaper than airport parking. The drivers are so helpful, they helped me with car parking and loading my bags.I will be always going to this place.

I was allowed to drive into this lot to drop off the luggage for family members who had been traveling.  We spent a few minutes transferring the luggage  from my vehicle to their vehicle.  Upon leaving the lot, the attendant charged me $2 to leave the lot even though I did not park there nor utilize their services.  Furthermore, when she allowed me into the lot she didnt tell me I had to pay before I could leave.  I thought this was kind of petty.

I have to remember to call them when I arrive back at the airport...

I LOVE the convenience and safety in parking here. Park and hop out and be taken to terminal quickly!! And a simple call upon returning and they pick you up in no time and take you right back to your car. Quick pay system and GO!!! NO MORE WORRYING ABOUT HOW IM GETTIN THERE OR HOME!! And the price is very reasonable!!!!

Very convenient and reasonably priced. Awnings cover the vehicle and its a quick 5 minute shuttle ride to the terminal. If you register with them you earn frequent parking points which can be used for free days.

Pickup times are way slower than they used to be since theyre not running shuttles constantly. The parking lot is full though so that doesnt make much sense of them

Even being understaffed during the pandemic, I continue to receive quick and helpful service everytime I park here. I recommend this place to friends who travel from Oxford and the surrounding areas to get to the Memphis airport. It’s excellent and reasonably priced.

I cant say enough great things about the staff at this location. They have always done everything they could to help over the years I have used their services. But today they really went out of their way to help and make sure i was satisfied. After my trip, I returned to a vehicle with a dead battery.So rather than just pass by and ignore they offered help, in many forms, to me. At the time I, couldnt see how they could help. So instead of dismissing me at my first attempt at We will be fine, Ill figure it out. They got together on a way to help.So they all came this time, and stayed or alternated between calls. Till they got my vehicle started. I cant thank them enough.I dont know what their rate is but they need a raise consideration for this.Thanks again!

Fast Park is by far the very best airport parking service in the country. They always pull up to take you to the airport immediately upon parking. They give you a reminder card with the location of your car along with their number. Upon your return, they pick you up at arriving flights within 2 mins. When you pay they offer you a bottle of cold water! They have always given consiatly outstanding service!

Ive parked here several times. The van was at my car within a couple of minutes; he guy that loaded my suit cases was friendly. The lady at the gate was very nice. Being let off at my airline is so much nicer than going through the airport parking.

We put our vehicle in the care of the Fast Park at the Memphis Airport. When we returned from our trip, we found that thieves had done over $500 in damages to the vehicle just to gain entry. The general manager, Mr. Chris Martin, told us that thieves had cut a hole in the parking areas fence and had subsequently broken into numerous autos on the lot in broad daylight. He informed us that Fast Park bears absolutely no responsibility whatsoever for damages to or theft from vehicles parked at their lot, and that costs for repairs due to damages caused by thugs and loss of items stolen is solely the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. This Fast Park has zero security cameras. In other words, buyer beware.

Aweful customer service. The driver would NOT help me with my bags. She was on her phone, sitting in the drivers seat. I hit my head Extremely hard on the metal rack and had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance.

This place is located between two very busy and dangerous intersections and for some reason the shuttle van drivers refuse to get out of the travel Lane when trying to turn into their facility, I have not actually use this business however I have been a local truck driver around these Vans for a few years now I travel Winchester multiple times daily and these Vans routinely block up half the left lane and half the turning lane causing everyone behind them to slam on their brakes its only a matter of time before they cause an accident. 18 wheelers cannot stop on a dime and on more than one occasion the only thing that saved me from plowing into one of these Vans was the fact that I recognized what company it was from and anticipated It was going to stop halfway in the left lane beforehand. So its probably worth whatever the price difference is just to park at the airport than to risk getting rear-ended by an 18 wheeler on this very busy stretch of road.

I wish I could give six stars EXTREMELY PROMPT and polite I didnt have to lift a finger much cheaper than parking at airport and safer than any of their competitors.... The only way to park before you fly in my book...

Always use this place when i fly out of Memphis, TN. Great rates (a lot cheaper than long term parking at the airport) and shuttle is always right there along with friendly staff.

Horrible customer service from the older lady Marilynn this morning. I called to ask her a question and she hung the phone up in my face. We travel all the time and this is not the to treat anyone at anytime. I wish she would represent a better attitude it is a bad reflection on your company. May she was having a rough morning but gsss.

My overall experience with FastPark is pretty good. It served my purpose well. However when I got off my plane and called FastPark Memphis to ask how to get to the shuttle, the customer rep who answered the phone was so rude and seriously need some training with customer service. When I checked out, the person sitting in the booth (I think the same person who answered the phone) is pretty short and rude as well. Except for this person my experience with FastPark is good. The driver is really polite. Overall would recommend this service.

Best airport parking for Memphis airport

Took ten minutes for a shuttle to come and take me to the airpoirt. Coming back I called multiple times for a shuttle and it never came to my spot. I only happened to see a shuttle at another airline. When I was checking out I heard the attendants laughing about my calling more than once requesting a shuttle.
