With the pandemic of COVID-19, our schools prom was postponed until June or July. The company has been very helpful in changing our dates of our party bus without any trouble. Customer service has been fabulous.

A Posh Limo is my go-to company for all of my limo and party bus needs! I first used them 10 years ago in 2010 to transport my wedding party to the wedding venue at the Memphis Zoo. First of all, the company was excellent communicating with me through email and after hours phone calls. The Hummer limo was perfect to take 18 girls to their class dance. Never have had an experience quite like this one. I had my son in law contact this company to order services for a nice evening out for my wife and daughters birthday which are on the same day. He gave my cc info to Sheri who answers the phone for this company. I received notification of a charge for 630.00 and within moments later I received another charge for 642.00. I quickly called the company and spoke to Sheri who stated that the card was declined for the initial charge of 630. I hung up with her and called my cc company and was told that the card was in fact not declined for either of the charges. I called her back and she admitted that the card was not declined and she recharged the card only to recoup the merchant fee that the credit card company charges them as a merchant for using their platform. This is a breech of their agreement with the credit card company the additional fee is called a MERCHANT fee and cannot be passed along to the customer. She then informed me that she had already cancelled the entire order. Had I not called back we would have expected the limo to arrive at the agreed upon time and would have been stood up. At this point I had been lied to about the charges and my evening with my family would have been ruined. I was going to let the whole issue go but after reading the response of the company rep to my son in laws review I will be reporting them to the division of consumer affairs and the bbb as well as the cc company. I would never recommend anyone who chooses to use this company give them any cc info as I am still waiting for both charges totaling 1242.00 to be refunded. I would suggest that if the management doesn’t want people to be upset with them they may wanna try being more honest in their dealings.

Working with Sherry, on all the details to make sure our kids had a safe enjoyable ride to to their Junior prom was a breeze. She was very easy to communicate with, and always a pleasure to talk to. The night of prom, the driver text me when they arrived in Memphis and also when he dropped them back off in town, letting me know they had made it home safely. My wife and I have an eleven month old child and had not been on a date night in *eleven* months. We hired A Posh (the Presidential) for a trip from Atoka to Downtown and back. I CANNOT WAIT TO HIRE THEM AGAIN. Our driver, Scott, was top notch. The car was wonderful. We enjoyed champagne on our way to and from a Grizzlies game and we will do this again very soon. The price was good, but there was no better feeling then having the car waiting for us at the foot of the steps at the forum. We tipped the driver well for the courteous and thorough job he did, but mostly for making my wife feel like a queen. Would recommend A Posh OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I paid over the phone ahead of time and everything about this experience was smooth. We even had fresh ice on our champagne when we came back out from the game. Well done from a family that needed a special night out!

I cant say enough great things about our experience. We had previously used Posh in the past for our sons formal dance and loved our driver Ronnie! He was excellent to our kids and they had a great time. We decided to have a big night out on the town for our 10 year wedding anniversary and gave them a call! Sherry was excellent and we even got to request Ronnie as our driver. Tiffany was a beautiful limo and our service was excellent. Ronnie was such a gentleman and took great care of us.

I rented the C Party Bus (25 passenger) Robert, the person who usually picks up, was very professional & helpful from the beginning. They were very flexible with letting me check out the bus when I made the reservation. Usually with most companies, you have to make an appointment to just view it...which can be a hassle sometimes. Our driver, Tyrone, was also very professional. He gave a courtesy call before he arrived & confirmed the itinerary before we left. He showed me how to operate the stereo system. Everything actually worked on the party bus! Most companies I called were having some type of mechanical issues with at least one of the features or ammenities that they posted online.Whenever I had a question & called, someone was there to answer any questions I had. Overall, this was a great experience & I plan on renting again from them very soon. If youre considering renting from them, you wont be disappointed & the prices are very reasonable.

I couldnt have been more impressed with my experience! I received a text from the driver as soon as I made the reservation, and then in the morning received a text 15 min before I was supposed to be picked up that said he was out front, but to take my time. I felt like the driver enjoyed his job and loved meeting new people. I highly recommend this company!

The booking process went great at first. Come to find out when we were charged for booking Sherry didnt put the merchant fee on our transaction, (the merchant fee should be paid by the merchant) to cover the cost she charged our card again with the merchant fee added. Sherry told us the first transaction declined so she tried again with the merchant fee. We told Sherry we were charged twice and had proof, Sherry told us it would be reversed and wed get our money back that night. We called our credit card company to confirm and they told us both transactions were charged and Sherry lied to us. When confronted Sherry didnt own up to what happened and instead said our reservation was already cancelled and they would not service us. So not only did she charge us twice and lie about it, she cancelled our reservation and wasnt even going to tell us.

Couldnt be happier with the service. I was in town on business and needed to make drive back and forth across town so I decided to treat myself to this luxury while still being able to work. I had my poor driver going back and forth and everywhere in between, changing plans on him several times and I received nothing but a friendly face and kind words in return. We rented the Presidential Limo from Posh Limousine for a Bachelors Party and had a great time. Our driver, James, was extremely friendly and provided great service. Watch your credit card. They said my first American Express charge was decline (which wasn’t true and verified with Amx) so what they really wanted was to charge me the merchant fee. So they re ran my card with the merchant fee included which by the way is against credit card services policy. So, I was charged twice and we called and after complaining about two charges I was told that the job had been completely cancelled anyway which means the limo would have never shown up for the special occasions that was planned. Days later still waiting for two charges total 1242.00 to be reversed off my credit card.

I want to preface this with I dont put much stock into online reviews like this, because like I see in another review it may be the owner is lying about his reviews, and it may be that a client it blowing something out of proportion. It may even be a review from a competitor. I am non of those, I was a potential client spending some time in Memphis, but after talking to someone on the phone I will never be a client. The person I spoke with was an out right jerk, and acted like answering a few questions was a chore to him. Now I am not marking this one star because I could have been nicer and tried to deescalate the call, but I am the potential paying client, and that is not my job. Needless to say I went with a different company (I wont be sharing their info). Anyhow that was my experience, and it has been bothering me sense it happened, and so I finally wanted to do something about it. If the person I spoke with is the bar on your customer service level, than you need to raise that bar, and teach your people how to be more respectful.

I have to say that from the initial call to the drive from the airport, we really appreciated the warm and courteus mannner of the people there. The limo was clean - top notch late model. They got us around town in style. Thanks for a great experience!

Horrible experience. Booked for my birthday party, they showed up late, the driver was strict and impolite (didnt get out of vehicle, didnt open doors, and made sure we had as little fun as possible). The lights were also not working in the limo and there was an old cigarette butt in the ashtray (yuck)!

I have been a customer of Posh Limousine’s service twice. My most recent ride in a Posh Limousine was in spring of 2010. It was actually not my class’s prom; I was already a freshman in college. I did not go with the girl I was dating at the time. I was there with a good friend and wonderful young lady I knew from MCHS’s marching band. It was a night of fun in a more relaxed way, which means I probably danced better (I am a horrible dancer, by the way) at my friend’s prom than my own. The ride to the prom itself was cheerful; my date, two friends of hers and I were all thinking a bit more about the dance and the naming of class royalty than the ride, but looking back I cannot picture the ride in my mind without recalling the too-cool ambience of the colored led lighting gleaming against the clean and heavily-polished interior of the vehicle. The prom was fun; I still knew a lot of the people in the class of 2010, so I had friends there to socialize with, and my date seemed to have a great time being a social butterfly. The ride home though was extremely eventful, because a -huge- thunderstorm with blinding rain and loud, loud thunder hit. Robert Brown, the owner of the company, was driving that night; he called me on my cell during the prom to warn me of the nasty weather and, after conferring, we all decided should head out early. Robert’s driving made us feel safe. He was cautious, he kept us updated on the weather throughout the trip, and he even pulled over at a gas station in a nicer part of town when the rain got too close to dangerous. We all got home safe and sound from a very fun evening. My first ride in one of Robert’s limousines, though, was the year before; my own senior prom, which i went to with my high school sweetheart and girlfriend of two years. It was incredible. We danced like crazy, ate catered food that was actually good, danced and shot the breeze until we were hungry again. It was a warm, windy night, so we pulled the moon roof back and cracked the windows and let the warm night air flow through. We dimmed the lights so that both couples in the car could make out and so our good single friend and fifth wheel didn’t have to see us attached folks getting affectionate. The price was good both times, also; very reasonable and we felt good giving such great drivers a tip!
