I called to get a cab because my Uber was running late and wanted to see how long it would take for a ride. When I called he had the biggest attitude I couldn’t believe it. So I said are you ok this morning because I didn’t know why he was treating me like this because I had questions of how long it would be to get cab. He said I dont know where you live how would I know how long it will take. I said sir I can give you my address. He went on to holla at me for asking questions and he cant even hear me giving him the address. So once he finally quiet down he hung up and sent me this message to my phone. This guy should not be in business and should have really should learn how to treat people. I would never TRY TO RIDE WITH HIM OR A CAB COMPANY AGAIN. I COULDNT BELIEVE THE MESSAGE HE SENT ME!

Mr. ASAP saved the day!!!! I scheduled a Lyft the night prior to my flight because I had to leave early morning and even with scheduling one…. NO CARS were available. Not a single on. No Lyft or Uber drivers on the app. The front desk called Mr. ASAP. He was at the airport and turned right around to come to the hotel to pick me up and he made sure I got there on time!!!! The fastest ride of my life! I appreciate him!!! I made it to my flight in the nick of time

When I say Mr. Chris saved us, I am not kidding. We were in a real pinch because there were no ubers and lyfts available early in Memphis. On short notice, Mr. Chris got us to central station and we made our train with time to spare. He was funny and personable too!

Me my wife and 3 small children were stuck at the airport with no rental car and no available Uber or Lyft those businesses are slacking but thank the lord we found mr.Chris, he was there within minutes when we called, he literally saved us from being stranded at the air port for hours and hours just like he says when minutes count,call ASAP!!! He was kind and understanding and not rushing us at all and was all also kind enough to drive us to a few hotels to check to see if they had any vacancy he literally got out of the car and asked for us that there meant a lot to us thank you so much mr.Chris we will definitely be using again in the future
