My nephew loved his hairstyle and they even trimmed a couple inches off of mine. They are great with kids. I loved their constantly updating board of clients for wait times. If you love to watch sports, they have a tv in the lobby and when you are in the chair.Pamper your boys and men.

Sport Clips employees are very knowledgeable in what they so with the different styles of Haircut and maintaining healthy hair. Our comforting to talk with and makes you feel relaxed. Have great Management whom are not only concerned about customers, Management is concerned about its employees as well. Nice friendly environment, work together helping each other and great with customers. I highly recommend them. Im fair and honest and would not tell you this if had not observed and reviewed from quite a few visits. Over all I would give them a top notch 1-5 star rating. Definitely a 5 star rating. Hope that Management and Employees keep their moral, ethically, friendly caring ways and not go a stray from such great accomplishments.

Honestly the best place in town to get your hair done. Ive been going to Krystal and Stephanie. They never disappoint. Theyre both kind and genuine its always the highlight of my day when I go. Worst service EVER. Checked in online 1:45pm and it instructed me to be there at 3:26pm and I was and checked in. They then told me it was gonna be a hour and 14 minutes. So went shopping for a hour and came back to find out that I had been kicked out of the system and my wait was another 85 minutes. Not to mention that I drove from a hour away. They probably dont care but Ive never tiped under $20 so they have lost a loyal customer that was more than fair to them. BUY SPORTCLIPS

Walked in on my lunch break and checked in. New customer - never been to that or any Sport Clips before. Website said four stylists were available - two were working. There were two guys waiting ahead of me. I was given no estimate of how long until I would be waited on, but I had an hour and a mans haircut usually takes about 10 minutes so I figure no big deal. Another guy walks in and is immediately seated, i.e. bumped the line. One guy gives up and leaves. After nearly and hour waiting on two stylists to cut two guys hair they finally seat me. Stylist goes to wash her hands which apparently takes 10 minutes. When she comes back up front another guy walks in off the street and the stylist tells me I have to wait until this guy gets a haircut first - I AM SITTING IN HER CHAIR AND HAVE BEEN FOR TEN MINUTES WHEN SHE TELLS ME THIS. I got up and left. Went back to work with no haircut and no lunch. I have never been treated with such apathy as a new customer in a business in my entire life. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS OR ANY SPORT CLIPS EVER AGAIN.

Have used this place on and off for about 2 years now. My son got his very first haircut when he was 2 (turns 4 in August) and they were amazing with him. They were very patient with him being so squirmy. During his grow out periods I came to my local Walmart (Tell City) and they screwed up his hair and I vowed to never go anywhere but Sports Clips again for him. We usually trim him up at home until he gets really bad. We just buzzed his hair this last trip and it looks amazing. He doesnt even look like the same kid and its not growing back as fast which I like. The most recent trip we came as a family (me, both kids and my boyfriend) and me and my boyfriend got our haircut and he got a bear trim. Both stylists were amazing. They convinced me that the haircut I got would look good on me and made me feel at ease for going so short. Ive included both mine and my sons before and after pictures.

So I have to say this hits on a way more personal level for me because this person showed me compassion when I needed it the most. I came in like any other to get a hair cut. I have been struggling a lot lately with some things going on in my life. I am a Iraq and Afghanistan veteran I have a service because some of my experiences while there . But last two months I had been struggling with that and some other things. I was depressed and stressed. This hair stylist sat me down in the chair and proceeded to ask me the typical questions about my hair cut. Then out of know where she asked me if I was ok. It took everything I had to fight back some tears. But the fact she asked and recognized something was not right was was so huge to me. Like it just hit me hard Andy helped me on a level she will never know. It was such a small act of compassion and kindness but was incredibly big to me at a time I needed.Even though I said nothing was wrong, she still made it a point to really go out of her way to make me forget about that things that were weighing on my shoulders so heavy. She was a saving grace I needed. It’s the end of my hair it she said. I hope I was able to take some of that stress away. I got up of of the chair holding back my tears again, I have her a tip but in my head I was thinking no tip would be i enough for what she had done for me.So this is my thank you . I was going to send flowers bu didn’t think it would be right for me to do so at her place of work. Thank you for giving me that strength I needed that day.

Awesome service, Ive had a haircut from multiple workers there and they have all been good. They give free clean ups! Walk in between your normal cuts and they will cut around your ears and neck for free.

Not my favorite, the young lady who cut my hair was nice. But there was an obnoxious and loud short squat fat lady with glasses who was quite annoying. She could maybe focus on working and focus less on the excessive talking.

Can be a fantastic place to get a haircut. Has online check-ins and also walk-ins. Most stylist do a fantastic job but every now and then you will get one that isnt that experienced. I would recommend going and get someone you are comfortable with and stick with them if possible.

I would give 0 stars if possible. On-line check in is the worst thing this location has ever done. Twice I have checked in online, arrived even before my scheduled time only to find the stylist i had scheduled was not even on duty. On two other occasions even when the stylist was working and I had reserved on line and checked in upon arrival at the store I was mistakenly put at the bottom of the list and waited almost an hour past my appointment time to get a cut. Once a mistake made is understandable, twice should never happen but by the third and fourth time is absolutely inexcusable. This location and this franchise in general will never receive business from me again.

I have to say when I moved to Owensboro I never thought I could replace my old hair stylist. Then I went to sports clips and found Missy! She is awesome! She actually takes her time and doesnt ruin your experience by trying to rush you out! I recommend everyone looking for a great hair cut go to sports clips and ask for Missy! And they even have an MVP package that includes a hot towel, Shampoo, and even a shoulder massage for those days you need to relax! Only 1 down side to the place, cant get your eyebrows waxed.

I see that some people complain about the wait, but in my opinion thats been addressed with the app and people being able to check in online. Unless its their first time ever but thats different. You should actually have a special system where if its the persons very first time there they shouldnt have to wait. But all returning customers should check in online.

My daughter and I wanted that fun under cut and my daughter wanted some fun lines with hers. Sports Clips did a fantastic job and and was super friendly and didnt charge an arm and leg. I have teased my hubby about going in there in the past but having experienced the great service myself I am all for it and will definitely go back.

Ive been to Sport Clips multiple times. Its truely a one of a kind experience. Besides the always friendly service, they offer the MVP package which is something you cannot get anywhere else and it includes a message! With 2 kids and a busy work schedule, it is extremely nice to be able to take a time out of my crazy life and relax for a few minutes. If you have not yet, I HIGHLY recommend you experience the MVP!

I went to get a fade and my beard trimmed sunday evening. Lindsey cut my hair. At first it looked ok when she got done but the next day after i washed it i noticed how uneven it was it looked horrible. I paid $25 plus a $5 tip for this and my wife ended up fixing it because Sundays are my only day off and i do not have time to go sit there for 2 hours to hopefully get it fixed. I will not be going back there.

Had a card for a free MVP cut (first time customer) stylist said in order to get MVP would have to pay $5 more. I declined and stylist was pushy. Hair cut was also bad and I will have to get it straightened up by someone.

I was in visiting family and both of my boys looked CRAZY!! Our friend recommended that we got to Sportclips and he said how awesome they were so I thought we should give it a shot. The wait was SUPER long, granted it was RIGHT before Christmas, so we waited a while but it was so worth the wait. My oldest went to Krystal and my 10 month old saw Erica. I showed Krystal a picture of what I wanted to do to my oldests hair and she helped me make it work for my son. Erica was absolutely amazing with my little ones first haircut. She was calming and super quick. Both women did AMAZING!!! I only wished I lived closer so I could take the boys there more often! Highly recommend SportClips!!!!

Worst experience ever!! I have had issues having my sons haircut there before but today took the cake. My sis in law took my nephew in to get his haircut, of course he is 1 so he does not sit completely still. (Although he has had 2 haircuts before now and no issues) Lisa was unable to finish his haircut while making comments that she couldnt handle it. She did say to keep the free haircut coupon we had because she was unable to finish. Then the manager Stephanie calls and says that thats not how they do things that the free coupon was on file and we would no be able to use it later. Hello!!! His haircut was not finished, she couldnt handle a child, in which she was asked in the beginning if he was too young and she said no!! This is not the way you do business, customer service should be a priority! The experience of the haircut was bad enough but then the manager calls not to apologize for the experience, but to complain about a coupon!! I will be making everyone aware of the experience!!!

I received a coupon in the mail for a free haircut here. I took my 12yr old son and Amber, his stylist did an awesome job! On the other hand, the coupon said that the haircut is regularly$18! ThAt is extremely expensive. I would not have been able to afford it without the coupon. In other words, we wont be able to go there again....
