The store claimed to open at 8am, I arrived at 9:15 to a closed store. I tried to call but no answer. As I was double checking the business hours another customer also left because they were still closed.Please adjust store hours or ensure you have staff there for the posted hours.Side note, nearby barber shops are probably pumped that you are so inconsistent.

Trevor gave me the best haircut Ive had in years, this guy knocked my socks off and I couldnt be happier.I look like a guy in a haircut magazine and Ive literally just found my new barber.The owner of the business desperately needs to fix the posted hours of the shop before it seriously impacts the barbers and the barbershop.

You can get a great haircut if you canfigure out the Open/Closed dynamic. Catching someone there during posted hours (which is merely a suggestion) is random at best.

Showed up and waited for an hour and a half for someone to open up. It never happened. Place is never open or they show up when they want. No real business model here. I would recomend Seidels in medina. Seems to be where all the talent is anyway.

Super nice and friendly! My dads hair cut was only $16 and he even got his mustache and eyebrows trimmed! He straight shaved his neck and everything looks great! Well definitely be back! No wait and no sign in, just showed up and was done in 15 min! 🙌

Don’t run a business with hours posted and then not be there. I try to support small local businesses but this is why people go to chain operations. Lost a customer that lives 5 minutes away.

Fantastic barbers but they just don’t staff appropriately. See quite a few people leave often as there’s usually only one barber there during the earlier hours of the day. Really need to step up the staffing. Again, this is based upon the ownership, not the barbers. They do a fantastic job every time.

The experience that you will get from Buz’s Barbershop is similar to that of Taco Bell. You will walk in, surely excited for the service you are about to receive. Why not treat yourself, you deserve this. The aftermath? Diarrhea. But let’s not kid ourselves, this one didn’t just sneak up on you, you knew exactly what you were getting yourself into. Buzs barbershop brings back the nostalgia of my youth. In todays highly digital world, being able to slow down and have a great conversation, with an even better haircut is priceless. (in my case, beard trim)The barbers were considerate, professional, and easy to talk too. My kids got their haircut there as well. The barbers were excellent and patient with their wiggly bottoms.I have to say something about the negative posts, mainly because I do digital platforming as a profession. Too often competitors, resentful ex-employees, or just internet trolls, tend to bash small businesses for whatever reason. If you are reading this post, please PLEASE, read as many as possible...not just the bad. For the bad, dont judge on the mistake (we all make mistakes), judge them on their response and if they took care of the customer.I highly recommend Buzs to those who want an hour of the good ole days. Good company, Great Conversation, and an even better cut.

Took my son in for his first hair cut and was a little unsure of how it would go but, WOW, our Barber did so well making our young toddler comfortable. My husband also had such an amazing experience for both haircut and beard trim(and looked so handsome I might add). Highly recommend!

My boyfriend decided it would be fun to let his friends try and cut his hair and they absolutely ruined it! Good haircut but holy cow do not let these people touch your beard. They trimmed the sides to a half inch and left the goatee part 3.5 inches long and did not blend or fade it whatsoever. This was all after I asked for a tiny trim on any loose/long hairs. I specifically asked to keep it big and bushy and they took it from 4inches+ down to almost nothing. Going to have to trim it down to a stubble and let it regrow.

Jess did a good job on my hair near the end of the day this past Saturday (first visit, new to area). I paid in cash and was charged $15. Later on, I was on Buzs website and FB page and it said the cost was $12 if paying with cash (a discount). I have tried to get a hold of someone to explain this to me but no one answers the phone or FB instant messages. The email address for a Michele is no longer valid. Customer service?

Second time here, Buz started to cut my hair and had to stop him half way and request a different barber. He did not listen to what I wanted and had hair resembling Forrest Gump. Trevor did a great job fixing and Dave did great on my son. I cannot describe the complete dissatisfaction of Buz and his lack of customer service. Wont be back.

Took 2 hours to get a hair cut on a friday. One of the employees had a attitude. Also one side of my haircut is completely different then the other. And the guy with blonde hair was very rude and unprofessional about a refund and how to go about it. Go to Jims 10 minutes down the road best barbershop around. I promise.

Billy Rodriguez quit and went to Siedels Barbershop on Pearl in Medina. This was a good barbershop for me while he was there. I tried the other barbers over the years in Billys absence with negative results. This shop lost an excellent barber. You may also find it really gross when the barbers used compressed air to blow the hair off the person in the chair and directly onto you. This practice is beyond odd.

I got a good haircut, but not my neck shaved. If I cant get a straight razor shave every time, then Im not coming back. Convenient hours, but again, I can go to Great Clips to get clippers. Barbers do shaves, so dont advertise as a Barber Shop if you are really a salon.

All barbers do a nice job. Have my favorite but that is a personal preference. No appointments. Walk in only. Clean professional staff. Can be busy at times. Best cut in the area for me and not expensive.

Best place! My nephew will not let anyone else touch his hair besides Billy! He does an amazing job and is so good with children. Would highly recommend!

Showed up at 7:31 PM to have some rude guy tell me no more haircuts after 7:30. Probably ought to change the signage that says 8 PM. Also I would suggest putting some thought into customer service. You guys just lost a customer. I would give below one star if I were able.

Went for a haircut and a beard trim before my wedding. I had a 2 inch beard and wanted my hair cut to be parted to the side with no hard part (the line in the side). I told her to clean up the beard, not to cut too much into the bulk, and to take off between 1/4 and 1/2 inch. You dont face any mirror so you cant see what she is doing until its done. She cuts my beard and knocks a whole inch off before confronting me. THEN she cuts the damn line down the side of my head. I look nothing like I had planned for my wedding and am angry. Will not be returning. 100 % regret making the 20 min drive.

This is the best barber in the area. Great with kids, and havent had a bad cut yet.

Billy is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He was rude to my husband when he went and even more rude to my 5 year old son when I took him for a haircut. We absolutely will NOT be going back! Im not sure why he would feel that its acceptable to treat customers with disrespect and a bad attitude.
