Made an appointment and staff never showed up. Others arrived and left frustrated as well. Sign was lit up OPEN but store remained locked. Waited about 30 minutes. I understand things can happen and the staffing is lower---so I hoped I would at least be contacted with a reason/apology and given the chance to reschedule. I never was contacted. I ended up going to a sister location. I have used this Supercuts for years and it has gone downhill since Carmon left. Im sad to say I will no longer go here.

The ladies were very kind in explaining their protocols for Covid. Masks were needed to enter and required to be worn the whole time. They made it an enjoyable experience, nonetheless. They did a beautiful job on my grandsons hair.

I went home crying because of what was done with my hair. They have no experience. Absolutely crushed. I was charged 135 dollars for this, and the cut wasnt even finished. It took her 4 hours to ruin my hair. Even though she was very sweet, I should not have been charged. It was very OBVIOUS I did not like the out come. The picture with me in front of the black wall and wearing the green shirt was what it was supposed to turn out like, I had to SPEND MORE MONEY TO GET IT FIXED. My stylist that fixed it said it looked like a child did my hair. So embarrassing. I know I could have went back and had it fixed but I wouldnt let them come near me EVER AGAIN. Absolutely disgusting place. If you dont know how to do something correctly TELL YOUR CLIENT! I MEAN COME ON!

Showed up to get 2 kids hair cuts 40 minutes before closing. Figured that was more than enough time. And was denied service. Said they would only cut one of the kids hair and to come back tomorrow for the other one. Very unprofessional. Will not be back. Would not recommend.

My haircut is uneven and choppy. It’s terrible ! I got my hair cut before going out of town and now have to travel will my hair looking terrible.

Loved my tea tree experience! I plan on getting one regularly. It was not one therapeutic. But my stylist was great! Very nice, smiling, pleasant and chatty just the way i like. Great service Ill be back definitely.

My daughter & I took pictures of the haircuts we wanted neither one of us ended up with the haircut we wanted. Mine is not to to bad if you want long layers which I do not my daughter wanted the length left in her hair & it was cut much shorter then it was suppose to be. Like I said neither one of our haircuts are like the photos we brought in & these hairdresser claim to have at least 10 yrs experience or more. My daughter & I will be going somewhere else to have our haircuts fixed.

Website said 9am walked in and got told it was training day....well good thing great clips is open and has welcoming staff.

We were just out for a drive and decided to stop for a hair cut. I live about 25 miles from this salon but I will continue to come here. Charleigh did my hair, the shampoo was like a 5 minute head massage, she took her time with the cut. I didnt feel like she rushed or that I interrupted her day. I am extremely pleased with the service.

Mass marketing comes to hair care. Nothing fancy here but it works just well enough to be useful. Often no wait for walk ins or use their app to reserve time. Easy parking good access.

I am only giving 2 stars because of the Paul Mitchell XG color that they use here. I first want to state that I had by far the best person I have had in a long time do my hair. Amanda was fantastic, patient and did a wonderful job. I was so happy with my hair. What I was unsatisfied with was the XG color (purple underneath and lavender on the ends). With in three days all the purple washed out. What I was left was blue underneath (which if you dont know if the hardest to get out of hair). No I am stuck with blue in my hair and no purple after spending a quiet of bit of money. My suggestion here is this salon is great but the vibrant colors they use are not worth anything. I use semi permanent hair color by Ion and it last weeks if not months.

I’ve been here twice. The first time was in 2016 and they did a good job on my highlights. However, my most racent visit was very disappointing. I arrivd after 6:00 and they refused to do my highlights even thouh there was no one else waiting. They said because it was after 6:00, corporate said they can’t do highligt. It was 6:02 when I walked in and I have short hair, so there is no excuse for thi. I went down the road to Fiesta and got in right away. I will not be returning here.

The person that cut my hair was a very short Chinese girl washed only half my hair I guess it was because she was to short to reach the other side she did a terrible hair cut she kept asking the other stylist how to cut my hair in the back the way I wanted it I was not happy and I thought I may give them another try I walked in saw her and walked out have not been back since.
