This is a very good clinic. The staff is friendly and professional and have taken care of all our pets for over 10 years.They also have tender hearts. When my old golden retriever had to be put down, they recognized how hard it was for me. After they gently shaved her leg and administered the injection, the doctor said that she would leave me alone with her as she passed away. 5 years later, I still cry trying to write this but 5 years later I am also grateful for their compassion.

They literally let my Mother’s dog die! My brother tried to get the little dog in for an appointment for a bad cough, Goodwin Animal Clinic could not see him for 14 days! My brother took him to another Vet two hours away, he was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and given meds by a very kind Vet. The little dog died in the car on the way home. If only Goodwins so called Animal Hospital had, had time to see him. My brother proactively called to cancel his next regular appointment for this week since he was now dead. Goodwin Animal clinic had the unprofessional gall to call today and remind us of his regular appointment tomorrow. All my nearly 92 year old Mother on hospice needed was to lose her pup. A heartless, unprofessional group of too busy people. If you go to them as we did, DO NOT COUNT ON THEM!😢😢😢

The doctors and staff at Goodwin are THE BEST! They have taken excellent care of many of our fur babies, from getting spade or neutered, having 1 put to sleep, keeping one over night, to getting 9 puppies first shots! They are great at EVERYTHING they do, for every stage of your pets life! Thank you everyone at Goodwins for caring for our pets the way we would!!

Not only are these people completely on the ball here, they took care of my Smoke puppers like he was one of their own. These folks are, quite possibly the BEST VET/ANIMAL HOSPITAL AROUND! Thanks for taking such good care of my dog! Yall just ROCK!!

What a great find! Goodwin Animal Clinic got us in quickly for an annual check up and vaccinations and gave us great information when we were there. They are honest, up front, and we were in and out in a flash. Also - the prices are so fair and buying medications through them was easy and cheaper than other options.

I have six dogs, so I frequent Goodwin Animal Clinic often. They’ve helped me from regular annual shots visits to emergency situations. They always are professional and very caring. They love my dogs like their own. During this pandemic, they’ve thought outside of the box to care for my pets with curbside pickup and while I waited in my car, the vet actually called me to give an update on my pet. I love Goodwin’s!

I have taken my puppy to the vet 3 times, they have been AMAZING! Lula has had bad eye infections, which has resulted in her needing her eye removed. They have updated me the whole process and been VERY helpful and informative.

My cat was in a fight, abcess under eye, my vet was gone, got there BEFORE the vets did, they refused to see my cat, all he needed was an antibiotic shot, they care nothing for animals, drove to Frank Hayes in Magnolia, took 5 minutes for antibiotic shot and I let them give him all his shots, so sad that they would have let him die!

We had an emergency and had to leave town for overnight. Our little 5# and 9 year old spoiled Yorky needed a safe place to spend the night.I called Donna at Goodwins and she took her in at the spur of the moment. We dropped Tinker off at Goodwins on the way out of town.Thank you Goodwins for your compassionate service. Donna runs a tight ship but shes always ready to help these fur babies.

Took the ladies awhile to find us but they were super professional with how they handled our Stafford Terrier, Xena.

I have experienced the normal annual dog expenses with one dog and had a serious condition that resulted in having to put another dog down with Goodwins.I do not think you can expect to find more compassionate and competent care anywhere. These people are terrific.

March 19th I called because my dog was dying and I wanted to get her put down so she wouldn’t suffer since she wasn’t able to breath and was gasping for air and called at 5:20 for them to tell me they saw their last person At 5:15 and so since it was 5 mins later and even though it says that they don’t close til 6 they wanted me to pay a extra $100 dollars for an emergency on top of their 60 dollar charge. All this place cares about it making extra money! I will no longer give them my business or recommend them to any pet lover I know.

When my husband had to have surgery in Little Rock, we boarded our cats at Goodwin Animal Hospital and our fur babies were treated great. If we need to board our cats again, we will definitely choose Goodwin Animal Clinic.

The staff here is very courteous. They are prompt and seem to do an excellent job caring for my dogs.

I took my dog to have her shots, and to get her re-started on Trifexis... I asked for the size for twice her weight, and was told it was against the law! I have a degree in Criminal Justice and have done free lance work as a para legal... This did not sound right, as I was able to do this with my former vet! I researched this, and called the licensing board in Little Rock, and after some minor prodding, a lady named Kara finally confirmed there was no law preventing this! I JUST HATE BEING LIED TO! I wanted this done to try and save some money, and not have to spend 104.00 twice a year! In my opinion, they just said this so 6 months down the line, they could get more money! By lying to me, they just lost would have been a good customer!
