My truck was damaged going through the car wash. Now I need a new paint job to the whole hood from multiple chips in the paint. Should have known better but went against my better judgement trying to get a quick wash. Owner response was worthless and basically said there was no way car wash could cause that type of damage and my paint must already been deteriorated. Nope my truck is only 3 years old and paint/ clear coat was in excellent condition. Be forewarned!!!

Just wasted $25 @ your car wash. The car wash messed up the truck worser than it looked. And it was already clean. None of the vacuums had any suction to vacuum the vehicle out and the attendant apparently didnt know what to do. She cleaned some of the dirt out of one but it didnt do any good. Went to each to see if they had suction and none did. The car wash scratched the rims on the vehicle and left a film all over it with that tire shine. $25 joke!!!

I was really happy with the system.employee was very helpful.he explained the programs to me so I understood.i did get 1 of the unlimited plans.vacs are amazing.thank you guys I appreciated it.

Only been once with my wife really enjoyed and we got a great wash there ...car looked brand new after the wash.

Paid 25 dollars for a wash and no tire shine and no knew what tire shine was. Very disappointing

I did the car wash which was great but i really loved the interior vaccuming and vacuuming because it gets all dirt and makes your car look new

Usually decent. Today horrible. Wash did not clean the outside of car... still dirt and dust all over outside windows. Bunch of teens sitting behind counter laughing and talking in a group. Towels and spray not outside to clean car windows etc after vacuuming. When asked for towels and a bottle,they acted like it was interrupting their fun and gave me a mostly diluted bottle of cleaner while muttering under their breath. From now on I will go inside before washing.. if theres a group of teens conversing... I will leave!!!

Vacuums lack suction,Microfiber towels provided to clean your car smell bad 👃I will not return.My 1 star is for the gentlemen out there, customer service was 👍 good

The car wash is no the same as the beginning of operation. My car dont get clean at all and l have talk to the manager. I pay fifty some dollars a month and is not worseted pay tha amount a month.

First time customer at this car wash. The wash was ok but the vaccum system is big let down. Good carwash; very poor vacuum system. I even went back and ask is there a problem with the vacuum system, the attendant answered no, thats as powerful as it normally worksI returned again on 5-1-21 and paid for the $25 wash. This time the tire shine did not produce any results similar to the first time so I suspect the product was empty but they were still taking full payment .One thumbs up! This time the vaccum was working great but no after wash drying/cleaning cloths were available.

Ride through automated car wash. Membership. Cleans very well. Free vacuums and towels to dry. Double windshield and over car scrubber.

They did a really good job washing my car, the employees prepped my car before it went into the machine and did a wonderful job.

Wasn’t very pleased that the place is closed way before closing time. Would be nice to have actual hrs of operation posted correctly. Thought they closed at 7 during the weekday, but they were closed before 5 pm on a Thursday. Have the hrs changed? If so, why isn’t it posted? Thankfully Scrubbys was open. This was not the first time either. I see no point in closing before dark and 2 hrs ahead of closing time. That’s bad business. Unfortunately I won’t be going back for that reason. Don’t want my money, I’ll take it else where.

The Pandemic Protocol forced one carwash to shutdown the vacuum access; it was then that I discovered The Hurricane Express Autowash! 6 months later...Cat3 serves me well! The eager-to-assist staff is watching and waiting to greet. When I eventually obtain the capital, I will erect this service in Whiteville, NC.!

This is a fairly new business. I have been here twice. Both times the free floor mat cleaning machine has been out of service . Some of the spay bottles of cleaner were broken. The vacuum hose was held together with tape. I will not be back.

Took my car their and it was loaded with mud and bugs. Staff pre-washed car front to back and did an awesome job. I would recommend.

Very satified with the quality of this car wash will definitely recommend and come on a weekly basis.

Website says they are open but when arrived @ 9:32 am 2 kids were out side doing trash, another was washing his blue truck but they had barrels across the entrance. This is the 2nd time trying to get a wash. Ill just save my $20 & wash it myself. I will not try this place again.

My car was a mess, from dirt, mud, drinks spills and Bird Poop to Clean and Brand New... Just wish there was a shampooer to clean up all the spots from drink spills

Little more expensive than Id like but the wash was great and the vacuums are strong and free.

Clean, professional atmosphere. Leaves my car very clean. No water spots or greasy tire shine splatter. The vacuums pick up very well. Also, towels and cleaning solution are provided at the vacuum stations.

Nice place, its great they have free vacs and towels to use but the attendants I had cleaning the front were too busy gossipping to legitimately clean, I still had brake dust on my fronts.

The staff and wash is great. Just wish the vacuum was alittle stronger and more clean towels.
