Before my gel manicures would last 4/5 weeks without chipping. I got mine done two weeks ago and one nail is already chipped bad. I’m not sure if it’s the new home made polish they use or what. The woman who did them did a fantastic job, I just wish they lasted longer than 2 weeks.

I love every time I go in. I had my wedding last weekend and even though there was miscommunication from my sister they got everything worked out. I give these ladies a lot of credit for their composure because my sister was not acting appropriately. Services 10/10 family behavior 0/10 JKNS you rock!

My feet are quiet happy even tho I messed up my polish 😢. Thankfully, I called and was booked in for a polish fix tomorrow before o leave for vacation! This is my new “go to” place for pedicures.

I love the girls here.....the staff is amazing and so is the atmosphere. My nail tech Marissa M is the bestest. I love her and my nails come out looking amazing every time. My only issue I notice is the past few times the price jumps up then back down...not sure why because I get the same thing thing every time but I will keep going back....top notch service and experience every visit!!

I have been going to Jonathon Khoi regularly for over a year and every appointment has been great. I am not great at thinking ahead so I see the tech who is available and they have all been great. They are all friendly and professional. Most importantly, my nails always look great. Highly recommend.

Just got home from getting my nails done and the polish is lifting. I am literally furious paid for the deluxe gel. This means hand and arm massage which I didnt get but paid for the upgrade. She said they were not doing full sets of acrylic aby longer because fills take to long but if you have them they will level. This gel polish she did put on is lifting on the edges within an hour of leaving. I received a gift card which is why I went. NEVER AGAIN! Im going to have to go back tomorrow

Clean and stylish atmosphere. Very kind staff. Some of the staff were concerned with other conversations happening with other staff members. My nail technician didnt converse with me as much as my friends. If she did, she talked about herself.

First time pedicure/nail salon in general clients here...booked a side by side pedicure with my husband and one of the nail techs called off. I get that...but first time clients...call someone in, rearrange another nail tech schedule. They werent rude about it...but it just left a really bad first impression. No services were performed.

They cancelled my appointment twice and when I rescheduled, I wasn’t able to make my appointment. Once was on my daughter’s 8th birthday and it was a present for her, and she was super disappointed. I tried calling every single day until my appointment and nobody ever answered. When they did answer, I was put on hold for a long time and ended up hanging up. Because I couldn’t get through to cancel my appointment, I was still charged. Kinda ridiculous.

Skyler did quality work on my nails. She took her time and was meticulous with every detail. She listened to what I wanted. I work with my hands all day doing various things so I can be particular on how I want my nails to turn out. Ive booked my next two appts with her. Side note: Salon was super clean, professional, and took every COVID precaution including disposal of the file and buffer used on my hands.

I came on my birthday and it was the first time having my nails done, I was so nervous but the energy was amazing, I felt like i was at home! They made me feel important, definitely recommend!

The place is very nice inside and everyone is friendly, unfortunately not a good manicure. I recently got a gel manicure that only lasted 4 days before it started chipping

Possibly the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. Less than two weeks and I have three chipped nails. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it’s crazy that they can charge $55 to put on one layer of gel. Oh well. Learned my lesson.

My kids, GF and her daughter where very happy. Which makes my money well spent. Thank you for a good experience

Great service most visits. I went just before Christmas expecting a quiet evening but they were slightly busy. The pedicure I got this time was awesome, great color polish and good nail care.

I made an appointment with a specific nail tech and when I get there it’s a different girl who takes me. What’s the point of making an appointment online if you don’t get who you signed up for? Every time I go they can never do what I want, even though it’s not anything too difficult. Half the colors you choose they don’t have. Just overall annoyed with my experience here. Probably won’t be back

Such a great experience! I went with my mother and my 5 month old daughter (she did not get a service done!) But we had wonderful time with great conversation with our nail techs and the end result turned out beautiful! I had previously had an experience at another JKNS location that I vowed I would NEVER come back. And in a pinch and in need of my nails done, I gave this location a try. I cannot thank Emily enough for her kindness and her talent. Shes professional, and I trusted her opinion. I will be back to see her- next time without a migraine.

Every single person at Jonathan Khoi is wonderful!! Julie does an outstanding job every time I get a pedicure. And shes a sweetie! Samantha is just a doll and, under her management, the Maumee salon is a well-oiled machine!! Its newly remodeled, a great place to spend a couple of hours.

I came in Monday just to get gel polish on my nails, it’s now Saturday and I have no gel polish on my nails anymore. I’ve never had them just peel off like this.

Today was my first time getting a service done at this nail salon and I was highly satisfied. The salon is very bright and inviting. Everything appeared very clean and professional as well. I am very happy with the shape, size and length of the acrylic nails I received. I got gel polish and they have lots of options to pick from. Pricing was what I was expecting from looking at their website. No extra add on fees youll encounter at lower quality salons.

This was my third time there over the last couple years and I’ve never been impressed. The girl that did my nails yesterday was in a rush and actually cut my finger and made me bleed. I thought when I called to schedule my friend and I that I asked for the manicure that included the hand massage, but they sat us down and started on our nails and didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. It’s expensive for what you get.

Jonathan Khoi came highly recommended to my sister and I and we were both extremely excited for our first pedi at JK yesterday. Unfortunately, the pedi was rushed in every sense of the word. The polish was globbed on to the point that there’s a strange rippling effect and the big toes are unevenly filed. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

The cucumber water was delicious and the atmosphere was nice, but the girl really didnt make me feel pampered. It felt rushed and the manicure was quite lackluster for the price.

I love this place. Best service ever.

While I was bummed the salon is no longer allowed to serve pumpkin pie with their deluxe pumpkin pedicures, I was very pleased with the services I got!! the girl who did my pedicure was amazing and very nice. She always made sure I was comfortable. Then Vin took over for my gel acrylic manicure. This was something I had never gotten done before and I could not believe how lovely they look! Normally acrylic nails hurt my fingers for a day or so afterwards but this new gel acrylic style didnt cause me any discomfort. I am very excited to go again.

The rude customer service I experienced from the front desk staff last weekend was appalling. I was mistakenly left out of a group wedding appointment. Im from out of town and am unfamiliar with the area. When I asked politely if I could be fit in I was abruptly told no. I asked if they could go back and ask for me to be fit in, again, told no. Not friendly at all. No flexibility. Poor business if you cant be flexible enough to fit in one more wedding party member for a simple manicure. I wasnt even asking for much.

Went there with a couple of friends and we got pedicures. Great service.

Had to wait a bit but service was great. Good conversation and she did a good job!
