Had an appointment at 1:30. Arrived exactly on time and was told to wait in the waiting room. No one came by until 2. The person asked me if I was doing okay. Seriously, thats what you say to a person who has been waiting 30 minutes without any interaction? They said they were sorry and they didn’t know where the particular stylist was. I would have expected some courtesy to let me know that prior to 30 minutes going by. They followed that up by asking me if I would like to reschedule. So i can waste another 30 minutes plus another day?

Been going there for 24 years to get my haircut. Great place with a great atmosphere and a friendly staff. Most importantly, I’ve felt safe going back since the COVID outbreak. They take the utmost precautions in protection to make you feel safe. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer of Embellir for over 15 years. Shannon is my stylist and I have never met anyone who pays such attention to detail. She has been doing hair for over 20 years and you can tell it is still her true passion. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Embellir. I highly recommend!

Best hair cut in Toledo area!!! Love having Dawn, the owner, cut my hair. She takes the time to welcome you, listen to what you would like to do with your hair and then implements a plan to get you there. Love that she will give you a razor cut. Keeping it edgy.

Been going to Adeline for 3 years. The longest Ive ever gone to a stylist before. To say she is the best is truly an understatement. When I first started coming I had just gone thru a terrible bleaching expreince where my long, once healthy hair had fallen out and refused to grow back. For a full year I tried various pills, extensions but nothing looked good or helped my hair grow. My confidence and self esteem plummeted and I was desperate for someone to help me. Thank God I met adeline she did more then just that. Not only did she introduce me to klix hair extensions, but she made me and continues to make me feel beautiful everytime I leave her chair. In 3 years not only has she continued to give me gorgeous long locks with klix but she has helped my natural hair grow from my jaw line dowm to my chest. Everytime u sit down in her chair expect not only ur wildest hair expectations to be met but to feel like ur concerns are heard. I can not rave about her enough! If you want your dream hair look no further then her!

WONDERFULL! This is a such a fun place to relax and get beautified! Located in the quaint downtown Maumee area makes for an overall great environment. I love this salon so much that I have chosen them to take their talents to my wedding :) The only bad review I see on Google or the Embellir Salon Facebook page turned out to be from someone who just didnt want to pay their bill. :(Trust me, you will leave Embellir feeling like a million bucks!

Absolutely the worst!! Waited 30 min to be seen. Was there from 130pm-almost 7pm. Stylist gave wrong colors, poorly applied, cut hair uneven, had to be fixed by the owner who did not fix it before conveniently leaving for the evening. Was charged full price.Then the salon refused to make it right. The original stylist went to my personal Facebook posting (( one that I was telling my friends how upset I was )) and took my photo to use without my permission for advertising. She then publicly slandered me saying I was a terrible client and said I was harassing her because I gave her a bad review. I had to file with the BBB to try to get this issue resolved since I now have to pay a second salon to fix their mistake.
