I have to say I love Waikem Honda on Lincoln street. I had amazing customer service with Brian Russ. My friend had recommended me to go to him and I’m glad I did. He listened to me, hear exactly what I wanted and within not even a minute after I told him he showed the the red Honda 2020 and and I fell in love. After about a year I had been seeing the new sonic gray color cars around. I went to Brian once again and he got me exactly what I wanted again. I will not go to any other deals than Honda and I have to say you want someone who will listen and get you what you want Brain Russ is the guy to go too!

Would give less than one star if possible. Trying to get your car serviced here is a pain. Every time you try to get quick service theres always a line or you get turned away and when you ask for an appointment they still take walk-ins and you could have to wait anyways.

All I can say is wow! As a young female I somewhat was dreading having to go shop for a new car because I had the mentality that I was going to be taken advantage of. When I first inquired on some information Caitlyn was quick to respond and get me the information I was looking for. The day I went to the dealership I was greeted on the lot by Mo who was very considerate in listening to the mess of a situation I was in. He answered my questions to the best of his ability. He was not pushy at all and one of, if not the most respectful salesmen Ive ever worked with. While the deal took longer than I wouldve wished the sales manager, Bob, was great at keeping me updated and let me know multiple times they were doing everything they could with the banks to help me. The finance manager, Jason, was very quick to get my paperwork printed and explained anything I had questions on. This guy is very disrespectful, acts as if he is too bothered to do his job. I work closely with this delearship and Bob continues to speak to people like they are incompetent children. Very upsetting that Bob Mchue can remove the great quality service this dealership strives to achieve.

WARNING WARNING!!!!!!! Our experience was right down horrible I dont want to give any stars but you have to in order for this to post, we bought a jeep liberty from these people our sales person was Joe Capuano he had been there employee for maybe 2 1/2 months at the most I should have known something was wrong and went with my gut feeling not to buy from him or his company he didnt know what he was doing or anything about the jeep. We looked at a jeep liberty 2012 for our family business, we really wanted a truck but they claimed they didnt have any ready to go so we looked at this jeep and he couldnt tell us anything about it. We had it less than a week and started having problems with it so we called the dealership and told them what was doing on they said to bring it in and theyll take a look at it so we did. The first week it was there they lost it they couldnt find it in there computer there lot there service department no where and evertime I called no answer or I had to leave a voice mail and they never called back. So we went in there and spoke with our sales associate and George waikem we told him what was going on and he bald face lied to us he said they was going to fix the brakes that was very bad and the trailer hitch and they never did (whens we got the jeep back extremely reluctantly we had no choice they made us) the dash broad lights started coming on I talked to my husband before I left the dealership and he said I dont trust these people. They had the jeep for a while and Im talking for almost a month and for the first week or 2 they couldnt figure anything out because they dont work on or sell jeeps according to them. They also told us that the people who answer the phones are telemarketers and dont know what there doing even with the semantics they couldnt figure it out . If you dont work on a certain vehicle dont take it for a trade in DUHHH PUTTING IT PLAN AND SIMPLE DONT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE THERE NOTHING BUT A SCAM !!!!! Even have to fight with them to get a refund on our extended warranty

Short story: My Pontiac was inactive due to a part being discontinued and I was about to be carless for a week without a way to get to work. A close friend recommended Waikem. Recently, I had one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences Ive ever had. I had been considering trading in a leased vehicle for a new hybrid SUV. I had investigated the different brands and decided to seriously look at the new Honda CR-V hybrid. I knew the trim level I wanted, however I really wanted to hold off a year longer from buying. In my internet searches, I had come across the exact vehicle I was looking for, so I made an inquiry about the SUV. I was shocked at the deal offered me on the phone, but this dealership was somewhat far away. So, accordingly with my busy schedule and limited time, I decided not to pursue it. I was home that day and took my car into Waikem for regular service. Being in that area and while waiting at the service center, I chanced the opportunity to visit their Honda Dealership just up the road...You know the story(not always my story)..upon entering I was greeted by a most remarkable Sales person. His name is Mo Hussein. Several things made him remarkable to me. First, he was genuinely friendly and didnt change his attitude after I told him I was buying nothing and was only there for 5 minutes to look at one of their CV-Rs. In fact, he insisted that I asked him any questions I had. That was a pleasant experience because he actually took interest in our meeting and didnt just walk away. Also, he was just genuinely friendly and we ended up chatting about many other things. I had the distinct impression that Mo would be someone who I could deal with in the future..I let him know that. Well, I did take a CV- R for a ride and was impressed more. At that time, I told Mo about the offer I had received, even showed him the written page and told him I couldnt believe it was made. What surprised me more was when he said he wanted to take that same offer to his Sales Manager and get me the same deal. I smiled, because in searching for this vehicle, I had never found an offer as good before, especially in the northeast Ohio area. I told Mo I wanted the exact vehicle for which the offer was made, gave the trade in I wanted on my vehicle and a few other particulars. He took it to his Sales Manager, we took a CR-V out for a test drive, returned and I was promptly told my offer was accepted and asked if I wanted to finish the sale, because they were sending someone at that very time, for the vehicle I wanted! I almost couldnt believe it. Best of all, Mo was right beside giving me some counsel about the financing aspect and other pointers. He even asked the Finance Manager to come out and speak with me..which he did! I have never had such a smooth, seamless and fast transaction with any dealership as I had with Waikem Honda in Massillon,Ohio. All in all, this dealership exceeded any and all off my expectations!!! I was just there today, 3/20/21, with my sister, Brenda Staats, we bought a 2018 Honda CRV EX L with all the bells and whistles. When we first arrived we were very leery of pushy car salesmen from past experiences. The salesman that came out to help us changed all of that for us almost immediately. Back on early of August, 2020 I have problem with my ignition key, and went to Honda of Illinois, in Springfield-Illinois very disappointed because after spenders more than $400, my 2008 Honda Odyssey EX-L, got problem with turn my keys...couple of days after they done with fixed my ignition key, they refused to check it again, and stubborn will charging me$99 for diagnosing....this is not like they promised with warranty 12 months..After I got the job here in Canton-Ohio, and I went to Waikem of Honda,, the guy name Paul Windemuth, he is a service advisor, and I explained to him about my experience above, he is help me out, and help me fixing a problem, I am grateful and appreciated, right now my car absolutely no problem

I came in twice it was yesterday to have the lights on my dashboard checked out, i found out they were booked but advised me that the lights being in would not have an effect on my cars performance the guy i talked to was very rude to me. I’m pretty sure his name was Cole..The guy i talked to offered me no help after telling me the performance of my car wouldnt change. And the 2nd one this morning..I came in n try to explain it to him about what happen..I told him what if something happen to me while Im using this car and I was told simply not to use my car. I am very disappointed in the service i was given. I was told not to be concerned with the lights coming on and then less than a full day later i am having trouble accelerating and i got no apology or further help and im left to wait on an appointment.how can u even hire somebody like that..
