Always excellent, quick, convenient, and courteous care given. Never a hassle and they quickly get me back to the road. I dont have to spend hours waiting for them to do simple maintenance. The staff are all very welcoming, kind, and ensure you know whats going on with your vehicle.Someone was there for an oil change and they had only put 200 miles on their car and they explained to the customer service was not yet needed. They could have just done it and charged them. Very impressed.

I felt that I was misled with my purchase. They did not have the option for heated seats in the vehicle model that I wanted. My sales person said I can get them installed no problem. Aside from the less than stellar communication after purchasing, which delayed the installation, the heated seats themselves are subpar from what anyone would typically expect. They were installed by a third party and only heat the butt, not the entire seat like I expected and is normal for every other heated seat Ive ever encountered. The controls for these heated seats are also a disappointment. There is a small switch located on the side of the seat, something you cant see or easily access when seated. I told my sales person about my disappointment and he seemed unwilling to offer help with resolving it and also seemed to indirectly blame me for how it all turned out. He should have been more up front with me about the specifics of the heated seats. If I had I known that was how they wouldve turned out, I would not have purchased the vehicle (I like the rest of the car, but no heated seats was a deal breaker for me). The additional $1000 it cost me for this instillation was not worth it. So I caution you if you get extra options that are not installed from the original manufacturer.

I have always found the service department at Waikem Hyundai exceptional. Jeff and Charlie are always positive, courteous, and friendly. I always get a clear explanation of the service performed and what may be recommended for my vehicle. Prices are always clearly communicated for recommended services. The waiting room is comfortable and they have a separate waiting area for kids to allow them to play or watch TV. My kids actually want to go to the car doctor as we call it. Pre-Covid, Waikem had a complimentary drinks and popcorn. They also used to offer a cookie at the end. I would definitely encourage them to bring this perks back if they are permitted!

My husband and I went to Waikem with fingers crossed only hoping to get into a used SUV. We had no clue what we were doing, but huge HUGE thanks to Lee G who not only got us into a brand new 2021 Hyundai Tucson, but walked us through all of the fancy buttons, answered all of my many questions, snapped pics for social media AND recommended that we check out the dealer insurance which is saving me over $100 a month!! We had just completed scheduled maintenance on our leased Hyundai Sonata in Florida before traveling, but we hit a pothole somewhere in West Virginia and broke a casing that dragged behind our rear wheel. Found a used Acadia Denali online that I really liked. Used the online chat feature to see if it was still there, and available for a test drive. They immediately confirmed it was there and I set up a time for 45 minutes later to come check it out.I was scheduled to meet with Josh Tracy, but he was with another customer when I arrived. Rick Waddell got the keys to the car ready for me to test drive. I asked him if I could leave my 4 year old son there with him for a few minutes (with his happy meal) while I test drove the car. He was happy to do it. By the time I got back (maybe 10 minutes later,) Rick already knew the names of 2 of our neighbors dogs, and one of my sons friends lol. My wife and I have been thinking about getting a car for a while that will give us three rows. We decided with it being the end of the year that now is a good time. We were set on a specific type of Kia and knew what we wanted before we went into the door. I am good friends with Robby Roth who used to work for this company and recommended that I talk to Vaughn West. Was honestly one of the easiest experiences that we have had with buying a car. When it comes to car buying I have never been a fan of it. Was always stressful trying to figure out what you want at the price that you want. Vaughn honestly made things very easy and did not pressure us at all. He’s a very down to earth guy and easy to talk to, even when it was late at night at the end of the day for them. I had been looking for a bigger vehicle for about a year with no luck. I have never had a positive auto purchasing experience before. Josh and Lee at the Hyundai dealership were wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about my time. Had Waikem apply an after-market paint protectant since unfortunately my new car will most likely be sitting out. The product has excellent reviews and the staff applied the product perfectly to a brilliant wet look shine that is guaranteed for 5 years, but the service manager has had it on his vehicle for twice that amount of time and after each wash it still has a just waxed appearance. Hoping to show the birds in this neighborhood whos boss!
