My son bought a 2015 dodge dart off the economy lot. The very next day the check engine light came on so he made a appointment and that they would fix it. By the time it was in there the light had gone off. I knew the code but they said it had to be on to get the proper code which is a lie you can get any code I didnt erase it anyways they couldnt fix what wasnt on accordi to service dept (Honda). Upon there inspection apparently the tires and rims were missing the spacers so they did order and put those on free. Good thing cause how this passed inspection is beyond me any of the 4 tires could have fallen off anytime. Three days later the check engine light is back on. This time they diagnose exactly the code I told them and they say this isnt covered beachae the car has now gone over 1000 miles. Look this was a problem the day after you milked it till it wasnt covered. We certainly will never purchase another car thru you next review will be on bbb. Very poor dealership in my opinion

I had a wonderful experience at Waikem. My salesperson, John Knox, was very kind and easygoing, and I never felt pressured at all. He let me take the car to my mechanic all the way in Hartville and had no problems fixing the one minor issue that was found with the car. The price was great and I am enjoying my Camry so far, it is a beautiful car. The only complaint I have is that they only filled the tank up halfway at purchase, which just seemed a little cheap to me after I just spent 10,000 dollars there. Rather uneasy car buying experience. Found a car we liked, paid a deposit to hold the car, and then when we decided to pass on the car (due to outside circumstances, the car itself was quite lovely), we were told that there were problems giving us our $500 deposit back. I later found that the check was cashed and would need to wait longer to receive my refund. While I did receive my money back eventually, I was frustrated because nothing was said up front about cashing our hold check. I absolutely understand that they needed a check to hold the car, I simply wish it was explained that the check would actually be cashed and take a long while to receive my refund. Exercise caution when working with the dealers and holding cars here.

We were searching for a vehicle and stopped into the lot. We test drove a vehicle but it wasnt quite what we were looking for. We told John Knox what we were looking for. He checked his inventory and found a possible vehicle but it wasnt ready yet. He would call when it was. A couple days later John called about another vehicle that they just got in and he thought we would like. By chance my husband saw that same vehicle on the website that morning and we stopped into see it before we even got Johns message. Needless to say it was a great fit and John went out of his way to make the deal as smooth as possible.

I went to waikem economy lot and test drove two cars looking to possibly finance, The salesperson I spoke to, rick was very kind and friendly, however lied to me & 2 other family members I brought with me. He quoted me a price on the car, and it was in my price range so I had agreed, but after putting 500.00 down and putting a credit application in, he raised the price 1500 dollars from what he had originally quoted and over the max amount of Kelly bluebook, when asked by all 3 of us what had happened to the original price, he repeatedly denied ever quoting that price and said he was talking about another car on the lot... however if he was talking about another car on the lot he never told me or my family the price of the car I put a down payment on. So that never made sense. And rick also just so happened not to write the price on the Bill of sale paper, and put my application in under a price I didn’t agree to. Very bad taste in my mouth, they have decent cars but expect to be lied to, clearly their best interest is in the commission not the customer and I won’t recommend this place or be back. Bait and Switch at its finest.
