The vouchers for down payments people receive in the mail are useless, worthless, and fake. I took mine in towards a down payment after asking if it truly went towards a down payment on the phone and was laughed at. I try not to complain too much on here and make it short and sweet but, considering the circumstances, Im letting it out. I contacted the BBB too. I get sick of car dealerships being scheisty, shady, untruthful, and unethical. If your going to advertise something then follow through with it!!!

Poor customer service after sale. Kia motor blew up because of a recall they didnt perform before selling the car to my daughter. Theyre trying to get out of replacing the motor due to the recall problem. Doesnt return calls for months until Kia motors got involved. They are still trying to say its not Kia fault but they can fix it if she pays nearly $5000. Terrible service to say the least!

I love the service department here at Waikem. Ive had my last 3 services done here, and will be continuing to do so. Its always fast and friendly and very knowledgeable. Ryan is always professional and does his very best to make sure I leave happy.Today my 17 year old daughter went with me and we walked around the different lots. Even the salesmen were low pressure and a much appreciated change from the typical vultures you encounter at a new car dealer.

I really had a great experience here buying my 2019 Elantra! The salesperson Travis was super awesome in customer service, and very helpful in getting me exactly what I went there looking for. Helped my find my car I wanted, get the insurance I needed and also the 45 day tags for the car to drive off the lot with no hassle and very little wait time. I am glad I shopped at this car dealership. Will definitely be going back when its time to car shop again.

Thank you Sam Carnahan, helped me get something I always wanted. I this is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. Staff is alway friendly and helpful.

I dropped my car off for wire damage and it was in the shop for about 1.5 months. They gave me my car back after about a week and said it was all done, while I was driving it home, I noticed that my radio stations still werent coming in. (This was one of the first things I mentioned to them when I dropped my car off) All they said was they didnt know how this got missed. I would call to get updates because they would not communicate with me. Every time I 2oule talk to someone other than my advisor, I was told off the wall things, like theres a problem with my transmission now. So, I stressed about that all weekend and finally when my advisor got back in the next week he said oh yeah they got you confused with another customer. What?! So yeah I would have to call and call to get updates on my car and it overall took an insane amount of time for them to get my car right. Im not impressed with the service dept. They are unorganized and has bad customer service.

My old car barely got me through college. I just graduated and I’m starting a new job. NEEDING another car was an understatement. I dreaded the whole car shopping experience. This is the third car we have bought from Waikem and although all of our experiences have been positive, this experience was my favorite.
