Dude Spectrum Mobile is hands down THE BEST cell phone service service. For $45 a month you get unlimited data, with FAST hotspot included. With an additional $7 a month you get insurance on your device, which just covered me running over my phone. THEY SENT A REPLACEMENT IMMEDIANTLY WITH ONE DAY DELIVERY TO MY HOUSE FOR A DEDUCTIBLE OF $40.The data speeds are fast, my GPS doesnt cutout and randomly reroute like Metro PCS, Sprint, or Boost Mobile would.Ive had a lot of phone providers but Spectrum Mobile is defiantly the best bang for your buck. 10/10 would recommend

By far the worst outages I have ever seen in my life. Constant two hour downtimes, claim to monitor my connection, one week later, didnt even bother.I have video evidence and data that shows they drop packets, data, and such. Its hands down the worst Ive ever had.Its also the only available internet in town and this has created a monopoly in tthis town. Its like drinking dirty water and paying for itAct

Had a great experience with Kim at this location. Husband and I ran into an issue getting our service transferred to our new address. The phone rep set us up as new customers with fewer features for a higher price. We decided to go into the store and Kim was able to fix what the rep had done, allowing us to keep our current package. We plan to go to this location for any issues in the future.

Most of staff is only friendly when trying to sell you more services. Not inclined to be very helpful. Prefer using their customer service over the phone instead of at our local branch. The representatives you will speak to on the phone are always a lot kinder and more helpful than most of the employees at the office.

My son and I have been with Time Warner, to bad they was bought out. Time Warner was A MUCH BETTER COMPANY. They helped listened and gave long term customers benefits. Ive had nothing but trouble since spectrum took over. They dont care about long term customers they only care about getting new customers. I got rid of the cable because its cheaper going Hulu and Netflix. Now this year Ive been dealing with internet going out at least 1 to 3 times a week. I told them the problem when they came out, didnt listen. Now Im talking my business elsewhere.

These ppl legit couldnt get anything right. Sent us the wrong box so I had to take that back (or they were gonna make us pay to mail it), even though it wasnt our fault. Then after going in store the man handed us the wrong supplies. Even though I doubled checked with him that he gave me everything I needed!?

Quick service with a smile! At my visit it appeared that all three agents were very knowledgeable. They carry a good inventory of equipment if you need a replacement or need to add a service. Only downside is the office isnt easily identifiable from the street.

Had a line when we walked in but they were pretty fast getting to everyone. When we got to counter our questions were answered and task completed. Woman that was helping us was really good, forgot to write down name but will update when I remember. Even helped us to lower our bill. Yay!

Price keeps going up and up for internet. It has increased $40 since becoming Spectrum and the service has gotten worse... Went to Frontier and am a happy person with a happier bank account!

Very nice people that work here. The ladies at the front counter were very knowledgeable and friendly. There was plenty of parking out front and it is handicap accessible. Spectrum (what was Time Warner) has always provided me with a great service and the repairmen that have been out are always very professional.My internet went out during a storm a few years ago and one of the ladies had one of the service men out the very same day.Highly recommended!

They must have people out here posting 5 star reviews to get their rating back up😂The customer service is awful they clearly don’t care that since switching from Time Warner to spectrum the servince has gone WAY down hill!!They well charge for every little thing they can. If you enjoy watching people mouth move then 3 seconds later hearing what they say this is the service for you their only solution to that is paying extra money for a box for each tv. Oh and if you want to cancel they no longer pick up the equipment and the wait time is crazy then when you get to the front of the line they are rude and have hidden fees for the return of the equipment. The app is garbage and so are they!!

Did a upgrade to my wifi and internet with there equipment and asked for 1 channel to be changed on my service and a week later low and behold nothing has changed. The supervisor had to make the changes and he is a weak lazy individual that doesnt belong doing the job. Dont use this company all they want and care about is your money and how much they can rip you off.

At this point I would not give them even one star their customer service when we were transitioning from a residential to a business account was full of misinformation. All we kept getting was a run around through various different customer service reps. Talking to them on the phone or going into a business personally was horrible because they act like neither of them speak to each other and they are separate entities. This alone is so frustrating that I dont even feel like using their business anymore. Theyre only worried about taking your money but when it comes to a refund on their equipment, they were willing to take it but not give me a refund for it claiming it was theirs but their records dont show that I ever had it on my account because they only go back two years. I made them give me the equipment back since I paid for it and left their business very frustrated.

Spectrum is terrible. Rates are way to high.Horrible customer service. If I had a choice of a different provider I would switch in a heartbeat. All kinds of pricing games played with existing customers while new customers get much better rates for the same service. They pressure the employees to upsell to customers who call in to downgrade services because the bill is to high and you have to cancel or threaten to cancel your services to get a better rate. I hate spectrum.

For a company so intent on extorting such insane amounts of money for inferior services, they sure make it hard to give them the money they want from you. Do yourselves a favor and check into WoW internet services. Near perfect uptime and for the same price as a 50/5 connection with spectrum you can get gigabit in some areas.

Customer service is horrible. The sound goes out intermittently from the cable box and the service rep. refused to replace it. I was told to call them back if the problem became worse. I guess they consider having sound only some of the time is acceptable . The router only works part of the time too, and constantly has to be reset. Junk equipment. Ridiculous!!

In store sale only! and check to make certain i know you account needs to be good standing and you also may need to be a “new” customer, but they have nice cable package best thing is you need not to have cable box. i updated the old wi-fi unit it’s like 10$ monthlyand the router received upgrade too. clocked 475mbps.& latency was reduced almost 50%all together with cable package still under a hundred a month. in comparison to my old bill the internet upgrade was well worth i didn’t even care about cable i still have yet to do any more than download the app and my phone had it installed while i stood there at the counter

I am a TWC forced to become Spectrum Customer. I have had many GOOD people at Spectrum in the last week. BUT Today The second person I will not print her name out of respect for her parents. But she kept telling me I was yelling so I did yell so she would know the difference. Then she said all she heard was WHITE NOISE. (She get zero stars) Now I am not racist...but after today I get why people flip. I worked in a plant of mostly wonderful men all black for a long time. I have never been treated so racistly. I dont care how someone feels or their opinion...BUT if your in CUSTOMER SERVICE there is a thing called professionalism. Jackie the Supervisor, listen then sent me to a wonderful man that completed my change. But If this is business today...then we are all doomed. I do not hate anyone and I reallly was upset about this. Good Luck in the change over and thank you to all the wonderful people. One bad apple does not spoil them all. I gave this a 4 star because everyone can improve.

Spectrum charges a $5 Wi-Fi fee on the modem so I just use my own equipment so I do not have to pay that $5 if you are using a spectrum modem be expecting to pay $5 to be using Wi-Fi

The tech came into my home ... and he was supposed to exchange my modem for another one.. but instead..he came into my home .. empty handed, and told me to turn off my fire wall, and then he walked out.The phone customer service is very frustrating as well.You know they do not have a CLUE of what they are doing.YOU do get your rare ones that do help once in a while... but mostly.. you get morons.

Extremely disappointed with our experience so far. Previously our family did all streaming service sling tv, Netflix ECT. After speaking with a representative I was convinced to switch after being promised I would be able to stream the sports channels I was missing out on when away from home. I was also told that there would be no charge for adding their service as I already had their internet. Both of these things were false. Not only do I not have the capability to stream said channels I was charged 40$ for adding tv. Upon calling to ask about this charge I was met like it was my problem and when I told them the salesman told me there would be no charge they simply said well I dont know why they would say that.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Scam artist company that likes to screw over existing customers while offering new customers a deal. My Husbands service started as Time Warner years ago and then Spectrum bought them out. He was paying 65.99 a month for service then got a statement in the mail for almost TRIPLE the amount. He called customer service and was fed some line about how he was grandfathered in on his current Time Warner plan, which has just gone up from 65.99 a month to 90.73 a month. This STILL DOES NOT ACCOUNT FOR THE EXTRA 40 SOMETHING ON THE BILL HE WAS MAILED. When he asked the CSR about the un-documented amount on the bill the CSR wanted to talk like he had cable service also. We have NEVER had cable service. The CSR then said he could switch if he wanted to the same internet only service (60meg down 5 up) with Spectrum for 69.99 a month. But the CSR claims theyre not forcing people to switch?? Um. OK. Sure. He can keep his current grandfathered plan (if he wants to be price gauged) which is being serviced by spectrum anyway, and pay 1.5 times the cost at 90.73 a month, or he can actually switch to Spectrum and pay 69.99 for the SAME service. The kicker? New customers to Spectrum pay for that very same service for 44.99 a month! How about another kicker? He runs SPEED TESTS on the service, which is supposed to be 60 down 5 up, and its NEVER clocking at the speed he is paying for! EVER. Our connection is slow, lags, and is always losing connection. Crappy customer service. Crappy Internet. Crappy business. This needs to be reported to the BBB.

Scam artist company that could care less about their billing mistakes costing their customers morethan double the money. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called about 5 times in the last week, waited on hold for over an hour each time and still never spoke with a single person. I have never dealt with a company so unconcerned for the satisfaction of the customer. I was hung up on by a CSR named Melissa because she just didnt feel like listening to my explanation of Time Warners billing errors. Boy, you guys must have intensive training for that job...(please note my sarcasm). In addition, when my husband requested someone play back a phone conversation he had (1 of about 7) so Time Warner could do What the rep promised, well they didnt want to do that and told him that will never happen. On top of all this chaos, the quality of the cable service provided was spotty at best and very slow. Needless to say, we are taking our equipment, returning it, and encouraging every person we know to switch providers. Time Warner Cable needs to get their priorities straight and get their act together!

I am a costumer that was forced to spectrum since they bought time warner. They are WAY over priced for the same service. I love having cable but will not pay almost $50 more a month for the same service i had from time warner. There is nothing that has changed from my time warner service to spectrum. Not faster not better in anyway for my bill to go up that much. Also the longer you are a costumer the more you pay. If you are a new costumer you pay less. You would think that they would appreciate there long time costumers and give them some kind of a break. Needless to say i will not be there costumer much longer. Who needs cable anymore anyway everything is online and there internet isnt any better than anyone elses.

My internet signal is weak and drops out multiple times every day. Weve replaced the modem and then I replaced my router with a new modem/router and the problem persists. I let both Motorola and Spectrum reps change settings on my modem and its still terrible and then they finally sent someone out to my house who admitted there was a lot of noise on my line blocking my signal so they were going to replace the cable and Im still dealing with unreliable severely overpriced internet that Ive been without more than Ive had it. I pay too much to have such terrible coverage.
