On 8Feb2021, I went to get a new phone and update my account. Rep Jesse G greeted me at the door and took care of all my needs, he even took time to educate me on the devices and services I purchased. Also though I forget his name the young lad working with Jesse G, was equally very competent. Good shopping experience.

He willingly and cheerfully helped me so I wouldnt have to wait for the other staff member who was already helping a customer. Thank you James!

First visit to this Verizon store. Was greeted when we walked in. Brenda was our sales representative. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend this Version store.

Great experience very quick and no high pressure for extras

People in the store were great and I even called and talked with the store manager to make sure it was ok to return a case without the package it came in and I was told yes cause the package was tossed in the trash at the store while the upgrade was being done. So today I go in to return it and I was told no then I was told that the market manager said that I couldn’t do it after being told I could. Like I said I like the people in are cool but the upper management don’t care about you.

Very helpful and open for business when the Verizon Store across town could not be bothered to even allow me to pay my bill. I think Im going to be coming here instead of the company store from now on. Bought a new phone and got complete set up and transfer services from my old phone.

Im an ex employee and I was looking around the store to see how it had changed but I was there for a new case for my phone but the employee kicked me out saying I made him nervous.

This is a great place if you have cell phone issues. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. I will use this retailer for Verizon if I have problems or issues. Great job.

Nice little store, new guy handled my port in from Boost, but everything was smoothly. They were nice & didnt take too long. Happy with my plan. I live by candlewood and the employees told me the truth about my service not being the greatest but really its only a two mile stretch and I happen to live right in it. I was pretty impressed they didnt lie to me.

I was trying to activate my pre paid phone that I havent used since December of last year and was getting no where! I called 6 different phone numbers before I decided to just go into my local store. James, the sales person who waited on me was EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my frustrations. He got me all set up in less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. Highly recommend this location.

Thank you many times to James who helped me get my car charger for my phone! Also for listening to me complain about the outrageous prices for apple headphones and telling me to just buy an adapter and save money. The store is well laid out, clean and inviting.

Amazing, fast, and honest service. I came in about half an hour before close and a gentlemen whom I believe was named Ryan helped me find a phone to add to my contract. It was a great value and fit my needs perfectly. He got me set up and out the door in 15 minutes and explained everything so well I had no questions.

Regret the day I walked into this store! Paid for a phone for 2 years, then when I needed something, they couldnt provide it, and wouldnt even to try to order it. A simple screen cover! They want you to buy a newer phone that is more expensive and you have to pay for for another 2 years.

My daughter was eligible for a new phone. Dylan, Andy and Kailey made our experience stress free!!I have always had great customer service there and will continue to go to their store.

Helpful understanding what is goin on with unlocking my phone ..but they are very under staffed..this poor lady had so many customers pouring in and she was the ONLY one there..

I spent almost two hours in the store with my four year old. Kailey was absolutely wonderful, dealing with talking on the phone with technical support from Verizon, as well as multitasking when other customers came in. I was having trouble with the weather app on my phone, which may sound trivial, but its something that I rely on every day! Ryan and Ben worked with me on this for at least 45 minutes until the problem was solved! Fortunately, there werent any other pressing customers while they were working with me! The ones who did come in were also taken care of. These men were caring and considerate! I am extremely impressed with them and their knowledge! Very happy customers right here!

Awful service sent hubby in with phone 2 get it activated because we bought from Verizon and had it shipped 2 us. Would not activate and help him to learn to use phone told him they couldnt do anything must go where u bought it . How do we go where we got it when it was shipped to us? Everyone we go in there with a problem all they do is call tech support which is what we can do on our own... dont know why this place is even in business? We just go to a corporate store in Findlay because at least they are knowledgeable and dont need to call customer support to answer any questions. Dont waste your time in upper

My phone was so messed up from an update that went bad and Kailey fixed it for me. She had to go back to factory settings. She made sure everything was working..what an asset to your store and for your customers. I was out on. St. 95 store and they would do nothing for me....most have an attitude and not helpful. After getting my phone one man told me to go home and download directions. He finally did help me...by that time I was upset with him..I have never had a problem with the Delaware store...Always Willyg to help. Greatt store, great people. I would give them ten stars.

Not really happy with this place. I was already upset that I had to pay to replace my phone (first time its ever happened to me), but then they sold me an overpriced screen protector that cracked within a week. Three stars because at least the staff is friendly.
