I had an amazing time at Prose Nails. I dont go often but after going here I can see myself coming more frequently. The atmosphere is relaxing and empowering. Quotes rotate through around the spa. The staff is outstanding. It felt very clean and safe. I have never been so relaxed at a nail salon. I would 100% recommend going there. They know what they are doing.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest nail salons Ive ever been too. I had a pedicure with Katie and it turned out beautiful, went fast, and my skin feels great. She was fun to chat with. I will absolutely return in the future.

The team here is great. The franchise owner is a joke - his communication is horrible and forgets to track appointments times. Multiple times he has not followed through. Prose is great and I will be sure to enroll my 3 girls into their monthly program BUT not to this franchise owner or any location he is a part of.

I have been to Prose Nails, Maple Grove, twice and have been impressed with the cleanliness and quality of my services there. My pedicure from Dy is beautiful and is wearing like armor! Had a manicure from Yen, who was very gentle and detail-oriented in cleaning up my cuticles and shaping my nails. They also have some great products for sale - love the eye mask strips for reducing under-eye inflammation! Highly recommend Prose Nails, Maple Grove!

The staff was fantastic, the facility was clean. The pedicure chairs are HORRIBLE. I could not sit still they are so uncomfortable, and the bowls that they use to soak your feet are placed so that, at my height, I had to almost be stretching my legs out the entire time they were being worked on causing my legs and feet to cramp us. My legs and butt were both getting sore during my pedicure and it was anything BUT relaxing or pleasurable even though the tech did a fantastic job.

I never signed up for a membership, it was on a trial only and I moved from the area. They have charged my card twice got 120.00 and I have yet to go to the salon. They have promised twice to stop the charges and yet still charged again this month. I would normally never put something like this in a review but I feel I need to do something to get their attention. No return on charges nor stopping further charges. Not good business Prose, not good business.

Staff is nice. Salon is clean. No massage chairs for pedicure. Dip lasted 1 week.
