I did not have a good experience at all. The lady was very rough and hurtful with my nails I was wincing and holding back tears in the chair. there were a bunch of bubbles in my acrylics and she also told me to just hold on and wait until the end. this took more prodding at my nails which made me question if I should just leave. I think she knew that she wasnt doing a great job so she suggested putting sparkles on my nails even when I was more than hesitant to do so. she cut them way too short and upon asking if theyre good I said well is it too late to say I want them longer? and she said yes its too late so then I reluctantly said yeah theyre fine I guess. The headlamp was in my point of view so I wasnt able to see how my nails were coming along. When putting my nails in the gel drying machine she kept bumping my nails into the sides which made them smear. I cried leaving the store. When I got home I instantly tried to pry them off as all of the sides were rigid and snagging on every object I held. This bothered me so much that I tried to to cut them off.I called back the next day asking for a refund but all they could offer me was removal of the nails. I reiterated how dissatisfied I was with the whole experience but their reasoning was that the service was already provided. I am not happy with how they handled the situation and I am upset with how much money I spent on this experience. I will not be returning whatsoever and will take it upon myself to remove them.

I came here because I heard the reviews were good and they were not good at all. Didn’t have what I wanted which all nail places I have gone to do. Overall they did very bad with the design and shape.

They got me in and out..lots of gel colors.

I tried this salon for the first and last time today. I went in for a dip color and from the moment the jar of powder was opened, I knew it was not going to go well. I have always worn red sparkle and chose their version. When the jar was opened I expressed concern as there were big flakes of glitter mixed with the finer stuff, and I told the nail technician that I had never seen that before and questioned if it was defective. She said it would turn out like the sample in the end and I asked to see the sample. I was dubious, and rightly so. The flakes made for a bumpy mess that required MUCH sanding to smooth down. In fact, so much was filed down that the outer red of the flakes started revealing silver edges as the red was worn down. At one point, I asked if we could just do one nail completely to see how it looked, but that didnt happen. I sat there for an hour and a half of trying to make it look decent....longer than this has ever taken me. At the end, my hands were put under a UV light, which isnt part of any dip process I have ever had before (dips are touted as safer as no UV lights are needed). I ended up with nails that look look like they have had silver shavings dumped on them. The technician said they were beautiful. They look nothing like the sample. They have bumps. I told the technician that I felt the powder was defective or something and was not happy. She told me she was busy but if I wanted to I could come back later and pick another color. No thanks, I would be at my special event. An hour later, a corner came off and I was filing it in my car. Not happy.

Cindy prepared me for a trip to Washington with red, white and blue nails. The job is professional, artistic and very well done. I have received compliments from men and women alike.My pedicure is too cute with stones that look shooting stars.

I love this place. Good service, good pricing. Its a lot busier now than it used to be, so walk ins are harder. Appointments recommended. Also, if you can be early for your appointment, they usually extend your service, if they can.

Finally an amazing salon in the Maple Grove area! I have been searching for a great salon for months, and after countless disappointments at the surrounding salons, I can finally say I have found my K Nails place! Cindy did my pedicure and manicure and it is hands down the nicest my nails have ever looked. Her meticulous attention to detail is astounding, and her designs truly look as if no human could have possibly painted them on such a small canvas. The salon itself is super cute and trendy, and all the nail technicians are so polite and willing to help. I immediately felt at home after walking in the door, and have been nonstop staring at my nails all day! Hands down this is my new nail place, absolutely amazing!!!

The only thing I have to recommend this location is that I could get in right away and it was open on Sunday.I had pink and white done. Very poor job. Nail beds are very thick and lumpy. After two days it was very obvious that there was a big lump of pink powder acrylic on my nails.At the end of my process I was the only customer left in the shop and the techs were very engaged in a loud interaction with each other. Of course this was not in English. Very rude, felt like I was in the wrong place, in the middle of an argument.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! REALLY POOR QUALITY! WORST NAILS IN MY LIFE! Ive done my nails at K Nails for 6 years and absolutely loved it the staff was wonderful and did my nails good. Yesterday I went there with my daughter and a friend and to my surprise I get to find out the management has changed and so all the girls that used to work there. I guess I decided to give them a try. The girl that did my nails was Lily and let me tell you something, this was the worst experience in my entire life. Ive had glue all over my hands and fingers so was my nail polish all over my fingers. It seriously looked like a ten-year-old did my nails. Some of my nails were crooked and uneven when I politely asked her to fix it she got really rude and mad at me. She told me I am too picky where I replied: That for the money I paid for it ($100 ) and I get to stare at them for 2 weeks I would prefer to get them straight and be happy. Again she got really rude and pushy. She kept mumbling something to her coworkers and just underneath her nose words in her language. She look really irritated with me and wanted me out of there as soon as possible. My nails looked horrible when I told her she kept saying its my fault and I must have done something because she never do bad nails. What kind of business is that? After I told her that I absolutely did nothing she got quiet and immediately started mumbling again underneath her nose on her language. At the end my nails were still wet even though they were gel and normally theyre completely dry before I leave the building. I would not waste your money on this place. This place is no quality all they try is to do your nails as fast as they can with poor quality just so they can get someone else in your spot. Im not sure about the rest of the girls but Lily for sure should be fired for her attitude and horrible performance. When I got out of the place and looked it up reviews for their salon I get to find out that theres numerous complaints specifically about Lily. Seriously all the five stars must be from their friends and family. It was my fault not to check reviews before I got there. I will learn my lesson and from now on I will tell everybody I know not to go there and about my horrible experience with them. I used to bring business to them by bringing my co-workers and sisters to them. Well that wont happen anymore! Sure miss the old owners and the friendly environment. I cant see them staying in business too long if this kind of a service continues. So if you are looking to get your nails done I would try somewhere else, unless you like to throw away your money and have them wreck your day like they did to mine.😡😠😬😲

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not get your gel nails done here!!! Both my mom and mine chipped after the first day and some ready to peel off. I went and got mine fixed the VERY NEXT DAY only for my thumb to chip again anyway now a week later it looks awful. Pretty sure they water down there gel polishes to save money. NOT WORTH YOURS!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! DONT COME HERE!!!! $40 pedicure from Lily and my feet look more dry and crusty then when I came...and I dont even have dry feet. THEN Lily had the AUDACITY to ask me for a tip! At the last minute I had to get my nails done before I left going out of state. I said that I needed an acrylic fill...I ended up getting gel nails instead after repeating several times that I wanted an acrylic fill. I was very upset with the older lady. The solution burned my fingers and she was very rough on my nails.

I was a long time customer here. They have signs at ever station telling you how its more expensive to pay by credit card then check. So one day I offered to pay by check and they told me I couldnt. I showed them that my check had the same info as my corporate credit card and they told me no, that it was up to their managers decision and he would say no. I felt disrespected in every wat. They know me and my daughter by name. Ive patroned them for 3 years and they looked at me like I was shady and told me they didnt trust me. My address on my license matched my checks as well. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Be aware of a bait and switch by this nail salon! They give you one price then once you are done, they have upgraded your services and it costs more. Customer service is lacking -- it is a cattle call -- get you in quickly and out quickly with little regard for quality work. Very, very disappointing -- would avoid at all costs!

Would not recommend this place. My nails were uneven and the gel was done poorly. When I told the nail technician to fix it, she was rude and told me that no other customer tells her that.

I have been here multiple times before and have loved it, but today was a horrible experience. Lily did my pedicure and repeatedly asked me to upgrade my pedicure when I politely declined the first time. She was rude and pushy, and did not have good customer service skills. They charged me $5 for removal of gel polish on two nails and were pushy when it came to tips. Not satisfied by my visit today.
