My favorite nail salon that Ive ever been to! Everyone there is amazing!! Its a family-run business and I mean that literally - sisters married brothers! Hannah is my go-to girl. Always knows exactly what I want. But Ive gotten my nails done by everyone there and my expectations are always exceeded. On top of their talent, the customer service is unmatched! I dont have a car at the moment and my brother couldnt pick me up. I asked my nail tech what time I should have my Uber get there to pick me up and she offered to take me home herself! Ill never go to another nail salon in Mansfield again. During the holidays, they bring cookies and treats and walk around asking how the service is. I just love this staff!!

Love this place!!! My nails always come out very nice and they last about 3 weeks without any chipping, breaking or lifting. I highly recommend all of the ladies are amazing you cant go wrong with any of them!!

I came all the way to this nail shop for me and my daughter to get pedis and they literally turned me down and told me to come back 3 hours later . I had drove 45mins just for the kids chairs for nothing !!!!! Beyond irritated

I’ve struggled to find a nail salon for quite some time until I received a gift card here from a friend. I’ve been twice and each time I have received excellent service. Jenny is a WONDERFUL person and amazing at what she does. She takes great care of you and your nails. She constantly checks to make sure you like the length of your nails/ the color/ design. The staff are constantly checking up on you to make sure you are enjoying your experience. They have a great rewards program that saves you money as well! I recommend to anyone!

I always get great service...Hannah and Summer are absolutely the BEST when it comes to my nails (I get compliments on my nails daily) and Kathy and Jenny are amazing with spa pedicures... everyone at the studio is warm and friendly

My daughter and I have been going to this place for years and we truly love all of the technicians. Mrs. Hannah, and Jenny are just great at what they do but all of the techs do a great job and take their time to make sure we are satisfied.

Went in and said I wanted a pedicure, they told me to sit down and wait, I waited 15 minutes then a group of 3 ladies walked in, soon after the guy that works front desk told me to come back another time because those ladies had a appointment, yet it says walk ins are welcomed, they wasted my time! It was my first time ever going and the last, will never go ever again !

What happened to this place?! I have been a client of Tresor Nail for more than 5 years but after this last trip, sadly, I will most likely never return (and suspect management/ownership has changed). I made an appointment for two (mani & pedi) at 3pm, we arrived on time (5 minutes prior actually) and told that because (3) people walked in before us they took our appointment. I have NEVER experience this before! I did not recognize the host and the interior had been repainted...we should have walked out at that point however they were able to seat us within a few minutes. My friends pedi eventually started by mine did not start for another 45 minutes...cold water was provided for my feet to soak. There was most definitely another client who was not happy with the host/service - that stress was felt throughout the studio. Red Flags everywhere!! Long story long, 1 hour 30 minutes into our visit (BEFORE they completed our pedis) we told the host that due to time we no longer need a manicure. The response was less than professional and we were asked, well you like your pedicure right? Actually no but that could be a whole other review.

Best pedicure in town, I keep trying others and I always go back.

UPDATE: After a kind offer by the owner to come in and ​redo my nails, I decided to give this salon a second chance. Since I do not live in Mansfield, it took me a week to find time to get there. Once I finally did, the owners wife gave me a lecture about why I waited so long! Do you see a pattern? Another attitude once again! After being treated like a child who did something wrong, I just turned around and left. Time, gas and nerves wasted. Never again!Original experience: It was okay. Would not be coming back. Will be trying other places instead. The reason why I chose Tresor, was because of the cute pink panda chairs, so I could take my daughter to a mother-daughter date. Pedicures were done very well, but the dip powder nails were a huge disappointment. Very rushed, uneven, unfinished. My real nail is still separated from the fake nail that was attempted to be glued on, and barely a week later, nails have cracked. $45 for those alone was a total waste of money. Moreover, considering that I had spent $100 for a 30 minute appointment, I received an attitude for needing to take my daughter to use a restroom, and then afterwards, for not giving that lady a tip for the poor job done.

The man that took care of my nails was very sloppy and seem to be in a rush.He cut me multiple times With the Dremel in the file. I got dip nails and its so bad I’m just going to fix them at home cause I dont want to get cut anymore.Jenny did a great Job on my toes and the lady that took care of my nails and toes did a great job aswell.

Took my mom for pedicures as a mothers day gift. Not my usual place but they had decent reviews and we were close.Bad decision. Its been 3 yes THREE days and ..well just look at the photos.Ive painted my toes at home and it lasts MONTHS!My polish should not be peeling off.My guy was not friendly whatsoever. AND was asking the woman doing my moms what each product was...We could have spent out $80 on dinner and I could have rubbed her feet and had a better time than this experience.They will not refund and I do not want to ever go back.My 2nd toe in isnt even even! I guess he didnt think Id look and see this jagged toenail.

Wow! Had to visit this salon because my normal nail tech at a different salon is on LOA. The service was awesome! From walking in the door to selecting the color. It was my first time trying dip. The tech was incredibly patient educating me on the process and asked multiple times how satisfied I was. This attention to detail has me contemplating a new home salon!

I have tried many salons. This one is my favorite. Todd and Hannah really care about this business and want their customers to be happy. It shows in the care he takes with each individual person. When I am there he is always checking on me and my needs.Summer is the tech I use....She is awesome!My usual is a set or fill with shellac on my nails and marching polish on my toes.They have mood changing polish as well!!Super fun!I am big on cleanliness. This is the cleanest salon I have ever been in.I will be a customer for a long time, for sure!Thank you guys for making my experience so nice!

My favorite go to place for my nails and toes!Taylor is my girl, but since she is out on maternity leave Ive had a few others fill in for her and everyone has always been good and very kind.I love bringing my daughter here too, she loves getting her nails and toes done and designs all for $25! They always come put cute too!

I have been going to Tresor since it opened and I have never been disappointed. The ambiance is perfect, so tranquil and relaxing. It is the cleanest and well kept nail salon I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly and considerate. You never feel like just another number or dollar sign when youre there. I suggest everyone in the Mansfield-Arlington and surrounding cities to go to Tresor. Trust me YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Lisa is AMAZING!!!! Shes done an incredible job every time, and my shellac manicure lasted 3 1/2 weeks!!! Which even then it was only one minor little thing, and it was time for a color change anyways. Annie did my pedicure last time, and it was perfect, as well!!! Never a disappointing experience. Everything is sterile and opened/replaced right in front of you. Everyone is incredible nice and make sure you have a refreshing beverage at all times. Cant say enough praise!!! 💅💖👍😍

Dont bother with an appointment. This was suppose to be a special daddy daughter time but was far from it. We final left 40 min after our appointment time came and went. Paradise Nail is right down the street and was able to see us immediately.

Amazing customer service right when i walked in the door!i originally came here because i received a 10% off coupon, and i expected just a run of the mill pedicure, nothing special. right when i walked in the door i was greeted and asked for they can help me, i told them about the coupon and i wasn’t sure how i was supposed to use it, etc. they explained that i would just need to use my phone number etc, etc, and asked me to choose a color. through the whole thing he was so so so friendly and helpful.now to the actual pedicure, i recently got my first ingrown toenail and since i had no idea how to cut it out i ended up messing up my toenail really bad and it looked awful. so i didn’t expect much to happen there, but i was wrong! she asked me what happened and constantly made sure she wasn’t hurting me since she knew that an ingrown toenail can’t be painful, and she fixed it up so it looks pretty much completely normal!another great bonus was the extra time she took for the soak, scrub, lotion, hot towels, hot wax, massage, etc. i’ve never had any of those services last as long and she did them for!another great thing in my book is she opened all of the tools she used fresh out of a sealed package right in front of me.i absolutely loved this place and i will DEFINITELY be returning in the future!

My daughter and I went in today 5/19/19. It was my daughters first time to ever get a dip product or a grown up nail service. Shes only 12 so you can imagine her excitement. Lets just say it was a horrible experience. The idea was to get our nails done together since it was her first time. They saw me first and she had to wait until they were done with me. They offered me a drink pretty much when they were done with my nails. Ive never been to a nail salon were I have asked for a dip manicure and they didnt clean my cuticles. We arrived at 12:45 and did not leave util 3:25pm. Being there so long made my daughter late to an event. When they finally saw my daughter they let me sit next to her and five minutes later they asked me to move since they needed the table. I had to come home and clean my own cuticles after paying $78 total. Not to mention the glue thats all around our fingers. They were in such a rush to get done that they did a poor job. P.S. I usually brush this stuff off and never write reviews, but Im really upset that our first time to do this as mother/daughter was so bad. This is an experience we will never be able to have again for the first time. I chose this place because they seem to be well involved with our community. Im really hoping they learn that sometimes its about giving a good experience overall.

Love this place because they cater to little kids. They have chairs their size! Only 4 stars because I always have to wait even though I made an appointment.

Great for little girls pedicures and they do a wonderful job on waxing. The staff is very attentive and friendly. If you sign up, they will send you text coupons. Weve tried waxing all over Mansfield and they are the best.

Went to this salon for about 5yrs. As they started becoming more popular the quality of service started to go down. And started being treated as just a set of hands not an person. Saw the same 2 techs every time I went so I new they would do things the same each time. 2nd to last time I went while she was filing my nails the drill thing slipped and took a sm chunk of skin from my thumb which of course started to bleed. All I got was a youll b ok reply. Hurt for days and since lft a sm scare. The final draw was when I went in and the 2 usual people I saw were a lil busy (which I would have gladly waited) so I was told to go with someone else and that he would do a great job. Well unfortunately he didnt. I get colored tips and each one had a different amount of color on it and were uneven. When I tried to say something about it I wad treated as if it was my fault. The 2 techs I usually went to were done with what they were doing within 10min of me getting started. So I dnt knw why I wasnt just able to wait for 1 of them in the first place? They ended up redoing my nails but she rushed through it and didnt bother to talk to me like she would at any other time. So if u r interested in just being a job and not treated like a person then by all means go here. I prefer to not bleed and be treated like a person.

Used to go here. Kellys attitude and her entire behavior made me feel so uncomfortable while she was giving me a pedicure that I definitely wont return. There are 2 more nail studios in only walking distance. You might better keep that in mind while showing freaking attitude!

I went into the salon yesterday for a simple fill. I made a point to ask how much it would be. She handed me the basket to pick out a color. I repeated my question. She sighed and looked at nails and said based on my shape, a fill would be $45. That’s about what I paid for a full set. When I told her that she shrugged and I left to pay a reasonable price at the salon down the street. Don’t go here unless you want to spend double what you should pay.

I dont know if its because Im a man and I think I just dont know anything about pedicures but more often than not I have a bad experience this is one of the worst I left with dead skin at the bottom of my feet still and calluses that we just buffed over. I really do not like to complain but I asked for the manager anyway and the only thing she had to offer up was you like more. I think not an hour and a half of that bad experience was enough

So I have mixed reviews I have had great experiences and not so great experiences. This last time was not so great. I scheduled an apt with a specific nail tech. When I got there I was told she called in sick. Why wasnt I notified? I drove 25 min to get my nails done! So I used a dif tech. She was nice but she took almost 2hrs to do my nails. I was late to pick up my boys from school because of it and thats not all. They are super lumpy and I was charged $45 for a fill. $45 is what I am charged for full set. Very upset!

Went here for my first time. Needed nails redone for my birthday outing. Paid 63 dollars for coffin nails(didnt get coffin) with stones. Stones started falling off the next day(my birthday) every single nail is lumpy and a different shape. I told the lady that did my nails several times. She kept saying she would refile at the end(she didnt) I asked for a second coat of white gel polish because it was see through and splotchy. The lady literally signed(blew) at me and started talking about me to the lady next to her. When she started applying my stones they werent straight. I told her so, she insisted they were straight and refused to fix them! I dont mind spending money for a good job. I expect what I pay for though! Definitely didnt get good work or customer service from this place!Update.... went back to get nails fixed. The owner was very apologetic. His wife hanna is super friendly to. The first guy that was going to redo them started. (Just file down and reshape not new set) when I pointed out a clearly crooked nail he kept turning my thumb and literally laughed in my face. When I got upset and asked for them to just be taken off and a refund issued hanna said she would fix them herself. She tried to explain he laughed in my face and said Im crazy because his English is not good lol. They looked better then the first round but next day(Friday) the stones are starting to fall off again. My thumb nails are considerably shorter than all my fingers. They tried to fix them at least. Still not very great though. Guess I will drive all the way to fort worth from now on. Pictures are of the new and improved nails. Tipped her another 10 dollars for trying.

It was the worst experience of my life ever. The staff is so incredibly rude and the manager is a total prick. I told them the lady that did my nails did not do them how I liked and the manager blamed me for not saying anything and still made me pay. He stood in front of the door until I paid. How is this place even open? I recommend to go to Eva Nails in the highlands.

First I had a appointment for 6:30 and I waited for 35 minutes for my turn . Than a lady she spoiled my nails. She put the top coat while my bottom design wasnt dry completely .Doesnt look like a proffessional one 😞 And it already too late to fix it. I was so excited for my nails and ended up not happy.

***PLEASE READ***Very long, I apologize. BUT THEY NEED TO DO THE RIGHT THING. everyone needs to know how they treat their customers!!!So I came to tresor nails for the first time Saturday, July 29. Long story short, the incompetent nail tech got nail polish remover on my 2 day old Tory Burch shoes and RUINED them because acetone obviously burns/stains leather. The manager/owner Todd, assured me before I left the salon that I would hear from him the next day, July 30th, about him giving me the money to replace my brand new shoes that they ruined.July 30th comes, and its 6pm (when they close) and I have not heard from him. So I give him a call. He claimed he was just about to call me. I would like to make point that these are $200 shoes... he offered me $100 to replace a single shoe. Excuse me??? You cant order a single shoe LOL. So he finally agreed to, again, give me the full $200 to replace my shoes. We agreed that I would meet him at the salon the next day, July 31 (today), at 11:00am so he can give me the money he assured me he would give me.July 31 is here, I show up at 10:45am. I go to the front and say that Todd is expecting me. They tell me that Todd isnt there!!!! Hes at the hospital with his wife. So I said that I need to speak with someone immediately and they told me he was the only one I can talk to. So they then let me speak with him over the phone and I started off with explaining to him that I am very sorry to hear about his wife, but if he knew he was not going to be there... then he or someone else should have let me know before I showed up. He told me that he can not authorize anyone to review my receipt and give me the money that he promised me, even though the 2 individual I was speaking to at the front desk spoke VERY FLUENT ENGLISH. He told me to meet him there at 2pm but I told him that I cannot do that because I have a job to go to (that I already left I take care of this situation). So I told him that I would be there at 4pm Tuesday August 1st and I expect nothing but complete compliance and the money he promised me to replace my shoes.Its hardly not even about the shoes anymore... its about the principle that they refuse to take care of the situation they promised they would fix.

I go to Kimberly and love the attention to detail that she gives..they have a lot of space, so you do not feel all cramped in. Everyone is very nice and friendly!
