First time back recently after about a year and I was sadly disappointed. Made an appointment for two pedicures two days beforehand, walked in and sat down. Then proceeded to wait a half hour while my mother-in-law started her pedicure and I just watched. Normally that wouldnt bother me, but by the time my tech came over it felt like she was rushing through my deluxe pedicure, not very relaxing. Mother in law and I ended up finishing at the same time. I also ended up with a cut on my toe.

I have been going to Princess Nails for many years. I am never disappointed. The service is great. Everyone is very professional and does an amazing job. I’d recommend anyone to go here!!

I switched between 2 nail technicians and both were great! I asked for multi colored french tips with flowers and got exactly that :) I’m very happy with my set!

I had only one bad experience but, I completely recommend seeing Lena. She is gentle and the best! Every time I see Lena she always exceeds my expectations.

Lina is the best! Ive gone to so many places and the dip would pick up well before 2 weeks so when I came here I told Lina and she promised she would make them great. I havent stopped going back since. My dip lasts 3 weeks and probably could be longer if I let them.Lina takes her time to perfect what shes doing and she checks in to make sure you like them so far. I usually cant make up my mind and she always has great ideas for me to do. Ive never stayed with the same salon but I dont think Ill ever leave Lina.They welcome walk-ins but if you want to see Lina definitely call!

I made an appointment for 12 noon and told them I needed to be out by 12:45. The appointment was for a pedicure. I arrived at 12 they sat me in the pedicure chair and put my feet in the water at 12:30 I still had nobody taking care of me.when the girl came over I told her just to do you know pick the polish off and do my polish donut give me a massage or anything like that they had the audacity to charge me $27. I guess they needed the money more than I did. The place used to be booming but now they take naps during the day. I had my own salon about 20 years ago so I know what Im talking about.this place is bad bad bad.

I love this salon. I have been to many different salons, both high and low end, and this is one of my favorites. The first time I went, I had Evan (the shop owner) do an acrylic full set (I had taken my nails off a few weeks prior and missed them lol) and he was absolutely meticulous. He gave me the best full set Ive ever had, and Im comparing to high end salons even down in Los Angeles when I lived there. He is just a perfectionist. Lina then did my polish and she also did a great job, taking her time and making sure my nails looked perfect. (It helps that they are both very kind and make you feel like old friends.)The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because I have had a few other people polish my nails (Although I always ask for Evan to do the fill) and they have been sub-par. One girl, although very careful and meticulous, got too close to my cuticles and flooded my nail bed with polish on a few of my nails. STILL worth going there... I am MUCH more picky than the average person with it comes to my nails.Overall - Go see Evan and Lina. They are VERY inexpensive, VERY kind, and I really dont think you will be disappointed. :)

Unfortunately, Kim, my regular nail technician, was not working the day my nail polish chipped and needed repair. The older gentleman with grey hair was extremely rude and refused to help although the shop had one other customer at the time. He kept asking me to come back on Saturday instead of taking 10 minutes to provide a basic service. Finally, another nail tech came over who refused to tell me if the manager was available. I would change shops if Kim wasn’t the best in town! I hope the owner reads this review. Good customer service is a reasonable expectation or at least it should be on any given day.

Every single gel manicure Ive received from this place has been SPECTACULAR! It does not chip at all for at least three weeks. And it peels off after that with little effort so I can remove it without having to pay to get it removed or having to use the 100% acetone which is so irritating on my skin. The service is professional. Not always the friendliest, but honestly I dont like conversations when Im getting my nails or toes done. I like silence so I appreciate it greatly. Even the pedicures Ive gotten have lasted and were done very well. I got one bikini wax and it was, hands down, the least painful experience Ive ever had in that department. I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately my French manicure gel set fell off 2 weeks later acrylics didnt even stay on well. Very disappointed when you spend a good amount of money and the quality was not good.

Horrible. She cut my toe nail and it started bleeding. This is after she ripped apart the bottom of my foot with a “file” (cheese grater). DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Price is decent... Kim did my eyebrows and a very nice pedicure for me which came out GREAT!!! So happy I found this place.

L got a powder dip manicure there, it took forever to complete, other nail techs were observing the whole time.the manicure costs $35 and us supposed to last 3-4 weeks (which it has from other salons) on day 8 an entire nail’s polish popped off..... highly disappointing. Not worth the money spent on what was supposed to be a high quality product... 😐

All I can say is Im disappointed. I have tried this place several times to give them a chance to make things right with my nails. I have very little time to get my nails done because I have two jobs. I get acrylic nails put on and color as well as pedicures at this location. However I have noticed they have been rushing my nails the last few times I have gone there. I have acrylics put on they dont take down the whole layer of the old acrylic they only take a little bit off the bottom and keep the old acrylic stuff on Gross and then they rush to do the nails takes half the time than any other place dont cut the cuticles either so you have to ask them to do this. Ive never gone to a nail salon before where they didnt cut your cuticles as part of the manicure. Within the first week or so even though I have acrylic nails and new gel put on my nails are already shipping and breaking because they didnt obviously remove the old acrylic. Im spending more money and time going to this place to make things right. They rushed the job they dont do a nice job then more worried about getting as many people in as I can take. Im not going back again now I have to go someplace else to get my nails done to fix the problems and pay the same amount of money a week later because these people dont know how to do their job.

I was there yesterday. I know the owners they were always the ones doing my nails. The man I won’t name him out but he is awesome. Always does a good job. I am getting married Saturday and to keep cost down I asked for acrylics with gel French manicure. They didn’t cut my cuticles, my pinkie nail is crooked and the nail is to thick. We also got pedicures which were fine. I wanted my niece to have a pedicure too and they didn’t even put water in the foot bath so she was just sitting there waiting for someone to come. She waited like 30mins before someone came to her. Th y over book and rush because they want to take the next person before they leave. I’ve been going there for such a long time but I’m sorry I can’t go there again. Lavender nails in Easton where the Shaw’s is is awesome everyone is nice and they give you what you want!

My daughter and 2 granddaughters accompanied me to Princess nail spa today for pedicures. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

Horrible experience the lady that did my pedicure cut my pinky toe she clipped it too short down to my skin started bleeding!!!!

Rushed mani/pedí couldn’t be bothered to paint my entire nail or actually clean up toes. Not the cheapest place in town and the results are beyond subpar. I’d like to blame it on some confusion (had to wait until nails dried to grab cash from car for tip, no signs anywhere saying they only take cash - if you only accept tips in cash, advertise that fact) but my toes were “done” before we even realized I didn’t have cash on me.

Horrible place. My nails were done by a girl who either was in training or just was doing bad job. It turned out I picked a thick gel which was apparently hard to put on and she was really struggling with it. She made me keep my hands constantly under UV light to the point my hands became red. Then she ended up asking other girls to help. They kept redoing my nails, scrubbing the old layer off and putting new one one and then scrubbing the old layer off again. The final quality was really bad even though it took them more than an hour. I usually do my nails in Norton in A + salon and they do much much better job. Doing my nails in Princess seemed like a torture. Dont go there.

First time here and last. I accidently went here thinking it was another salon on same street I was looking for and didnt realize it until I left. I got a mani and pedi. Pedi was just OK but I dont like they dont put disposable liners in the tubs. They kinda turn the water on and forgot about you. A woman next to me was waiting for someone the entire time I was getting my pedi. Felt like they cut corners on my manicure, they skipped the primer most places put on before the base coat for gel. My biggest issue is that I was cut on my thumb with the cuticle trimmers. No sorry, she put some stuff on it but didnt acknowledge what happened. It bled for over an hour. Your nails are supposed to look nice after not a chunk taken out of your skin. Google unfortunately doesnt let you post pictures in reviews. Ps- I gave my debit card and didnt even know what my total was until I looked at the slip. Polish looks good but time will tell how it holds up.

I dont get my nails done often (maybe four times in my 26 years) and I asked for a gel manicure when I meant acrylic. I let them talk me into a pedicure, they prepped my nails etc. during, and when we went to the chair and I said this is acrylic right? the woman was absolutely incredulous and acted offended. That would have been fine, everyone has their days and it was my mistake asking for the wrong thing...but then she yelled out what had happened to the other women in there and they all started laughing and raising their eyebrows and looking at me like I was an idiot.Long story short: my manicure and pedicure were great in quality. The attitude I received gets them an F.

Terrible, got a gel french manicure on Sat and it already chipped it is Monday. They also left the UV light on Continuous so she could run around do other peoples nails while mine were under UV Light and my hands burned. Told me it would be a 5 minute wait turned out it was 25 minutes. Dont bother there are plenty of other places that are better.

My experience was not good,first, the assistant was rude not even eyes contact, She cut me several times and for that reason my fingers became infected, I had to return the same day for a redue . which I did, but I realised that was reluctantly only for not giving the place a bad name .I do not recommend it.
