I went in because my air conditioning was leaking water into the driver’s side floor. They were able to clear the blockage and went a step further to reroute the line. The service was quick and friendly! Thank you so much!

They sold me on an expensive set of tires saying they came with a $100 dollar mail-in rebate. After they put the tires on, they handed me the rebate form and it was for $50 dollars and didnt even apply to the model of tires they sold me. My rebate was denied by Cooper because I didnt purchase a qualifying tire. So I paid full price, not a penny back in rebate. I will never do business with them again.

They wanted to charge $400 to replace a brake hose, and another $1,600 to replace a catalytic converter. I cant judge their work because they didnt do any. It was crazy expensive. While he did have a reason for the expensive work they wouldnt use the parts I had, and wouldnt do the work I wanted.

Had a complete exhaust system installed in about two hours. Everything looked and sounded good! Friendly folks! Will recommend.

I’ve been in the Dickson TN area for just over a year, therefore I’ve been to a few different auto places for oil changes. Midas is by far the best place I’ve been to. Top notch customer service, quick service and affordable pricing. The manager, Kristopher was very kind and helpful.

Called was quoted 120 to change a muffler got there and suddenly the price now jumped to 275 it was ridiculous Ive had the whole exhaust done before all the way back with tips and it was only 300. If you go here its up to you but just know they shoot straight..

Made an appointment yesterday for an oil change today at 10:30am.Was here at 10:15 it is 12pm and my car is still in the air for a basic oil change. Very slow service

The Manager Kristopher is awesome. The work they provide is superior to all the other lube and go stations. Hands down i will return for future work. All the employees are very friendly and diwn to earth. The quality is definitely worth waiting a few extra minutes for. I went in needing an oil change and left with my car running way better than it was previously. All for the advertised price of the conventional oil change. I would suggest that anyone who needs car maintenance or repair this is the place to go. Was the best experience of having car maintenance done EVER.

This location had a rocky start with several managers, but the current staff does an excellent job and Im usually in and out within 45-60 minutes for an oil change.

I called and the mechanic was knowledgeable about the plugs. Later I visited the store. No waiting time to answer my questions. Requested bill for projective costs. Service technicians were all courtesy and I felt at ease. Recommend store to all of my friends. We are senior citizen and have been taken advantage of in the past.

They are very thorough and honor their quote. My car had a leak that was quoted to replace the thermostat housing and once complete found additional leaks that they corrected with the original quote.

I came in with my brakes grinding and assuming I needed new brake pads and rotors. Derek was super helpful, informative and genuinely kind. Left with brand new brakes and feeling a lot safer than when I arrived! Can’t say enough good things about this place - they genuinely care about you and your best interest.

Do not trust this place. It’s owner is shady and greedy. It comes from the top as always. Always told to rip off customers because it’s all about the bottom line. Go to Firestone or Goodyear but stay away from Midas. I was not onboard with the thievery that was expected.

Just disappointed all the way around with this Midas facility. $75 for an $8 belt! Wait times were ridiculous because of understaffing. Mouse in the waiting room. Coffee but no cups. Rude tech, and my car is white and was left with greasy hand prints all over the hood and fender. Just bad bad and bad.

Kris was great at explaining everything. He was a great help and the guys did wonders with my car.

Derek promised me mid morning he would have my car repairs completed by the end of the day. It needed a lot of work.At 8 pm he called to say his mechanics were staying long past closing to ensure it was completed as promised. He soon called to say his mechanic would be at my house within minutes to deliver my car. Thats commitment to excellence.

Scheduled an appointment at 4p.m. On Thursday 2-6-20 to get four tires mounted and balanced. When I arrived they were packed and said they wouldn’t be able to get to it right away so I decided to leave it which was no problem for me. They called me at 7:30 p.m and said they wouldn’t be able to do it because a piece on their balancing machine had broke and that the part would be in the next morning so I told them that was fine and I would get it the next day. Friday around 4p.m. I payed and picked the truck up. I left than when driving it I noticed it had a wobble to it like one of the tires weren’t balanced properly so I went back in a couple hours later and told them the problem and asked if they would re check it and they said they would but not till the next day because they were busy. I brought it in Saturday and he told me they still couldn’t do it because they were busy so I left my name and phone number and told them to call when they were available and they never called. The following Monday I gave up and decided to get someone else to check them and when they did they discovered that all the weights were missing on the rear 2 wheels and there was a weight strip barely hanging on on the front wheel. They did not clean the surface of the wheel at all before applying the new weights but instead just placed them over where the old weights were. Never doing business with Midas again!!! I paid $98 + tax to basically just have tires mounted because they can’t balance them correctly

Long wait to get a estimate, it was busy though. But when they finally got it on the rack to repair a weld on my exhaust it took just over 1 hour and two people training. Cant be mad and everybody has to learn sometime, but it was a overall lengthy stay for what was a quick fix. I was there for exhaust broken, and they sleeved it with two welds and the visit was around 2 1/2 hours long. Here is pictures of the welding

Its a great new shop in town with a well known name and reputation nationally. They offer everything automotive related that they can get their hands on from oil change to major engine repairs, they will take care of u with smile.

Do not go to this place for anything other than an oil change. My car is overheating they said for sure no doubt it was my fan. Im out $1000 and car is still over heating.

Chris is an absolute joke he will say anything to get a customer in and then all the sudden things just dissaper and trys to upsale the hell out of you what a shame and waste of time

Staff was pretty friendly and the price ($19.99) was nice but the hour and a half it took for the oil change (with an appointment) was a bit frustrating when I know it shouldnt take that long.

They charged me 110.00 for labor on a stud they broke.. my oil change ended up costing me 158.00..

Went in for an oil change and thats what was done right, the oil change. Went to leave and noticed the tire pressures were all marked the exact same pressure for each tire coming in and leaving which was odd, and the tire depth was the exact same for each tire, even though two were almost new and two were almost a year old. Mentioned it to the manager and he said well they dont really check those they just gauge by looking. Got home and pulled a tire gauge to check pressures, not even close toneight all the tires were off, they obviously didnt even look at them. Didnt check my trans fluid either. Will not be coming back. Two stars because for all i know the oil change was done right.
