Ellesa did my nails and she was AMAZING! So personable and made the whole appointment so enjoyable! My dip nails are exactly what I asked for and my toes look great too!Already scheduling my next appointment with her!

First visit today and I am extremely disappointed! My cuticles are bleeding and less than 30 mins after leaving the salon the gel has bubbled up and they are not smooth! I called the establishment and left a message, hopefully they will address this flawed service.

I really like this nail salon and I have never had a bad experience until today. The individual who was doing my nails was not using enough dip to secure my nails from breaking, I understand dip is not the same as acrylic. I broke two nails within one day of each other, it was over 7 days so I knew I would have to pay for my repairs. I was a little upset because I have not had any issues except for this time, the repairs did not match my other nails (length and color). I tried to speak to the manager to just voice my concerns and it seemed like he didn’t really care, he just made excuses as to why it was my fault. He didn’t charge me for the 2nd repair but I was just hoping he would hear my concerns and have a little empathy.

Really disappointed in the work that was done. My daughter was about walk out with her nails looking like this picture. I understand everyone is not able to do different nail art I get it! But I felt a little upset the way they got frustrated because I told them even before and after I paid it was a mess. They even recognized that it was horrible and recommended I come later. I was trying not to make a scene. So finally the rude manager had someone change her nails and just polished them. I was given a gift card for 15.00.I work hard for my money just like they do. Respect and understanding is always good customer service pointer. Something they lack. The overall issue was Kevin was irritated and upset at me. I didn’t do the nails his employee. Me nice and understanding. Don’t make me feel like I’m bothering you. The eyes rolling and breathing hard responses is rude!!

New to the area and have been searching for affordable great work. Michael did NOT disappoint! I showed him a picture and he was spot on. I was in and out in no time and very pleased. Search is over, I will be back!

I normally schedule an appointment, but even when I don’t, I am usually serviced within ~15 mins of arrival, it seems. The service is always good. The technician, Michael, is very nice, and he does the BEST job on my nails. I highly recommend him. My husband and I get pedicures, and the service is always exceptional.

Ellesa DESTROYED my nails. I was so happy with how they looked when I left. Gave a good review but am now editing that review. A day later 3 had broken and several were peeling. I have think, long, natural nails normally. She was impatient for the soaking off process so she filed them instead. Even my nail beds are soft and caving in. Im FURIOUS. Never again will I set foot into any Villa Nail Salon. Ever.

I like this place a lot. Good atmosphere, good location, good drink selection. Strong margaritas. Some technicians I like better than others, but theyre all nice and it feels like a luxurious experience every time, and Ive been about 20 times. Its my go-to.

I called in an appointment yesterday early in the morning. I asked for a specific time, I was told I could come. I went after work and they just had me sitting for like 25 minutes. They gave me no explanation as to, why I was waiting everyone else was getting called but me. I hate when you call early, in the morning and still have to wait. That’s not the way it should go. So I just left since, no one had professionalism, to handle my situation. 🙄🤨🤬

Just perfect! I had a fantastic pedicure, my husband got the best manicure ever, and our 8-year-old granddaughter had a great mani/pedi. The atmosphere is both fun and relaxing. What impressed me the most, other than the fact that it was just a great service, was that our granddaughter was treated with the same courtesy and attention that my husband and I were. But I think that’s just how they treat everyone. Could not be happier.

I love going here. From the minute I walk in I’m greeted by such professional and welcoming staff members. Kevin calls me by name and hand delivers me a drink after I arrive at my chair and I’m ready for my pedicure. Ellesa gives such a great pedicure. I arrived at 5:46 p.m. on a Saturday needed a dip ma icure and regular pedicure. Pedicure by Jenny was great no issue there, however the manicire was horrible. Bumpy, deep dips in the nail and tech ruined the shape of my nails. I returned Sunday to get it fixed and the same nail tech (Mailynn poss.) was sent to fix the hack job she did the evening prior. After looking at my nails she blamed my previous acrylic tips for the bad job. I havent had acrylic or tips in over 8 years. I explained my nails are natural. Then the excuse was the shape of my fingers!? After eye rolls and sighs she had someone complete fixing them. I will not return and do not recommend

My husband purchased a gift card for me to use at this nail salon. I expected a better overall experience. I had to guide the text doing my manicure and pedicure. Both tried to skip steps and the manicurist tried to leave my nails filed incorrectly. 4 days later and I already have chipped gel polish from the manicure. AWFUL WORK!This place is also dirty & unclean! They need to hire a cleaning company for a deep clean. I was there when they opened so there should be no excuse for unclean pedicure chairs. The chair I was assigned and 2 others nearby had dirty armrest. I requested the tech wipe the pedicure bowl before starting. I noticed someone finishing a pedicure and the technician did not clean the chair afterwards. Just removed the plastic and moved on to another customer. This can cause a major infection if chairs are not disinfected properly.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Had a nice pedicure the guy was polite and very quite. I got a daqari to try and it was pretty terrible. I also got my eyebrows waxed and while she did a pretty good job she got some was stuck in my hair which is unfortunate. They do have a sale going on now though to get a $5 gift card when you spend $35 or more.

Elisea was very quick and patient while working on my young daughters nails. She made sure my toes were perfect before I left.

Took my mother and grandmother there for a Mother’s Day gift to both and it was a horrible experience they rushed us in and out and the whole entire time she were rushed didn’t enjoy or get to relax at at. We we’re rushed so much the lady messed up my nails and my mothers toes moving us out of the way so the next customer could get in. Horrible experience and will never go back. They took something that should have been relaxing and enjoyable for me and my family to a stressful no enjoyable time. So don’t waste your money and my mothers feet look like al they did was change her nail color there was no cuticle trim or even filing done on her feet. Definitely not with the $65 pedicure I was charged!

The owner Kevin is very rude and do not know how to treat customers. I’ve been visiting since it first opened and had a bad experience on yesterday with my nails. When I returned on today to show him how it nails were chipped and peeling. He never apologized but was very rude. He did see how bad my nails looked and had someone to do the job right. But still I want be returning because HE does not respect or value his customers. Please do business with people who respect and value customers!!!!!

I received a gift card from my husband for this place so I came here (not my normal place). I booked an appointment online but when I arrive it’s not in the system and I’m told I should’ve called instead. I sit for about five minutes where I then had to spend another 15-20 minutes explaining and showing what should be a simple dip with easy nail art and then having to repeatedly change it to an easier design as the tech (who never gave me her name), was clearly not able to do nail art. During removal of my previous dipped nails and tips, bleeding was caused in two spots. Tech did use sanitation that I saw. Nail tips cost extra, that’s normal. But then I had to pay extra to have them shaped as well, and they charge for that depending on length. I’ve NEVER had to do that. I’ve also never had to pay extra just to have my cuticles trimmed so I’m not having the new nails dig in to my nail beds. My ombré dip nails had visible lines and were not seamless and it was not a relaxing experience at all. I gave the entirety of the rest of the gift card as a tip simply because I will not be returning. I recommend Amaris on Matlock and Debbie by Sprouts, Selena and her team are wonderful.

My experience was pretty good. Lyna did my nails, she was really patient with me because I was super indecisive. She was great. My pedicure was okay, one of the guys did my pedicure and it wasn’t that great as far as the massage. However previously when I came Lynn did my pedicure and it was great!! I’ll book her next time. Other than that, Great experience.

Ive had pedicures here, and never been impressed but I tried out getting dip nails. My experience was not great. Basically was made to feel guilty for getting the color I asked for. End result looks only ok. Will not be back. Gave 3 stars only because they did EVENTUALLY try to give me asolution for the issue.

Terrible service! They charged $5 to file my nails. Doesnt make sense when I didnt ask for a special service. When you have a manicure that is a normal service. I also asked for them to work on my heels more closely. Again they charged $5.00. Everytime Ive gone in they up charge. When I spoke to the manager he didnt care.

Went with my 2 daughters for quick pedi and nail color. Fast, great service. Very efficient and kind. Will definitely go back.

Nice nails but lady dropped nail color on my shoes and didn’t even say sorry or apologize just went away .couldn’t take it off only took off 15% of nails total tried to over charge for design and shape.

Its a lovely atmosphere. My person was a little timid and I didnt feel like he worked on my cuticles at all or under the front edge of the toe nail. He did amazing with the massage and paint so I left happy.

Lyna did my nails and she was fantastic. She checked to make sure I was happy with the color, length, shape.. And my nails look SO good! Someone else did my pedicure and it wasn’t a great experience. I don’t know her name. She was a little rough with the cuticle cutter. It hurt during the pedicure. I thought maybe I was being sensitive but now I can see that I have cuts all over my toes by my toenail bed. I also have polish all over my skin. My pedicure came with a hot stone massage and she barely used them. She rubbed them on my feet and that was it. She didn’t speak to me the entire pedicure to ask if I needed anything or if everything was alright. Overall, my pedicure was not worth the nearly $50 I paid.

They started off strong but definitely not the same. $60 Charcoal Pedicures could use some improvements.

I had called earlier in the day to make an appointment for 6PM which was confirmed. Later to arrive to my appointment to a sign stating their last appointment would be at 4:30. Very poor communication and business practice on their part. Especially if you know you’re having a holiday party. Also if you don’t take appointment why take them over the phone.

This is the cleanest salon I have ever been to!. Mary T. is wonderful. I have been using her almost exclusively since moving to Mansfield two years ago. I stick with someone who consistently does a great job. I am an older client with some specific needs and Mary always stays aware of my comfort and issues. She is a great asset to this salon.

The front desk ladies are very professional and all smiles! I always go to Ann, she’s passionate about her work and wants to please her customers. It’s hard to find a nail lady like that. The salon is very beautiful, clean, good music and good choice of TV channels. Prices are great for their service and experience too.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. They were over crowded, very busy, left my nails bumpy and with jagged edges. I didn’t notice until after I left or I would have had them fix them. Overpriced for the service received.

Mary is exceptional! She takes great care of my feet with fabulous pedicures. She also provides the best French dip for my nails that never lift. Villa Spa is very clean and relaxing. Villa Spa is great and with Mary it is even better. Thank you Villa Spa and Mary for the great customer service.

In all the years I’ve had my nails done, today was by far the greatest experience!!! Aidan was the BEST!!! I had my “normal” dip and a polish change on my toes. I always thought I had to match my own colors, and they never end up looking the same. Aidan brought me out this fabulous book that does this for you!!! What?!?! He was meticulous...a perfectionist!! I love this salon! I had come here a couple of times when I wasn’t able to get an appt with my regular tech. My nail tech posted to let her customers know that she was taking a yr off. I’m a creature of habit and once I find someone I like I stay with that person! so I decided to come back here. Jay has done my nails and I absolutely love her and her work! She’s so kind! Went to get my nails done with my mom today. We both got dip and picked different shades of pink. The lady went to receive our colors and got them mixed up, so me and my mom ended up with the wrong color on our nails. When the lady found out her mistake instead of apologizing she proceeded to argue with the other nail tech and didn’t own up to her mistake. I also paid $5 extra for coffin shape which is fine, that’s normally what I pay for the shape, but when I walked out of the store, I had full on square nails. I had to file them more when I got back to my house. Probably will not return.
