Love love love MY!!! This was my first time here and she was very helpful, courteous, and took her time doing the service instead of rushing. I will be back for sure.

1st time coming, the man who gave me a pedicure was really nice and paid attention to the small details so I appreciated that. Probably will come back.

I love this shop now that it is under new ownership on May is the nail tech and she is sweet and wonderful and she does beautiful work and she is very gentle.

Pretty good nail shop

Excellent service. Daughter came in for pedicure and I had a change of color on my toes. My daughter had a great time and almost fell asleep on the chair. The lady that did her toes was patoand gentle with her. I was very pleased with the service and attention to detail they provided not just to me but to my daughter! It’s convenient and they so nice. I highly recommend them. Now I know why this place is always busy. Great job!

My has been my manicurist for 5 years. She does an excellent job; and is extremely talented. My treats us like family and we love her!! Thank you for a job well done!!

I dont understand the bad reviews about this location! I have been coming here for 15 years and have never heard any rude comments or been laughed at by Joe or Anna. Both Joe and Anna are just the sweetest people and Joe is a perfectionist at doing your nails exactly right! I have never seen them be rude to anyone EVER! They are always trying to work in anyone who comes up without an appointment, and they have never been off of my appointment time by more than 15 minutes. I plan to keep on coming to this Regal Nails every month because of the great people who run it!

I went near closing and the lady who did my nails acted like she didnt know how to do it. My nails are uneven, I asked for coffin and half of them dont even look coffin shaped. The power she used got stuck to the outside of my nail. I do not suggest this place. My nails look absolutely disgusting.

I love coming here, Ann and Joe are very patient with me, every time I go I do something different and Ann always gives me input if something is not going to look good. She always tries to do the designs I want even if she hasnt done them before.

First time coming here and my pedicure looked very sloppy and unprofessional. My nails even had some air bubbles. very disappointed.

As Im typing this, Im waiting to be acknowledged by the owner. They were 20 mins late and didnt apologize for it. First and last time coming here.

This place is absolutely the worst! I bought a gift certificate for $40 for my wife to get a mani pedi as one of the gifts for her her birthday. It took the lady over 15 minutes to find them and didnt apologize for the wait nor did she apologize to the customer she was already assisting...I should have known then...my wife goes in today to redeem it and the woman was totally rude! She asked my wife what she wanted...and my wife told her a mani-pedi. The lady asked her again three times and got the same reply. She then proceeded to laugh at my wife for no reason! There wasnt a language barrier or anything, she was just showing out in front of another customer. My wife then asked for a refund on the gift certificate since she had been treated so rudely and no longer wanted to be serviced there. The woman said too bad, we dont give refunds, the money is already at corporate and good luck getting it from them! My wife left angry and of course embarrassed. These people have ZERO customer service skills. Not only will we voice this issue with corporate but also with Walmart as well since they hold the lease. Im sure they would love their customer centric store to be associated with such a disreputable business!

THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE!!! IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE TO LOOK AND FEEL GOOD THIS IS NOT THE PLACE... I WENT THERE SINCE IT WAS CLOSE TO MY JOB AND THE ONLY LADY THERE STARTED DOING MY PEDI, MIND YOU I DIDNT ASK FOR ANYTHING SPECIAL, NOTHING NO OTHER PAYING COSTUMER ASKS FOR BUT TO CUT AND POLISH MY NAILS RIGHT, WELL NONE OF THAT HAPPENED, WHEN I LOOKED DOWN AFTER SHE CUT MY NAILS IT LOOKED AS IF MY 3 YR OLD CUT THEM THEY WHERE ALL CROOKED AND UNEVEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO HER ATTENTION HER ANSWER WAS SO OMG SO SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO NOW I WAS LIKE I WANTED MY NAILS TO LOOK GOOD AND IT DOES NOT SEEM LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING. SHE THEM SAID IM DONE GET OUT GET OUT OF HERE IM DONE WITH YOU... AFTER SHE KEPT RUNNING HER MOUTH TALKING NONSCENE SAID OH U SO PICKY U DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, AFTER THAT MY DAY WAS RUINED MY WEEKEND TO HAVING TO WEAR CLOSED TOE SHOES THEY R NOT FIXABLE I HAVE TO LET THEM GROW BACK AND HOPE THE NEXT PERSON KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.THIS PLACE IS SO UNPERFETIONAL PLEASE NO ONE GO THERE!!!
